PEOPLE PLAYED AS FOOLS BY LEGAL SYSTEM

    Sanford, Florida and Pasadena, Texas have much in common.   Guns are good for defending property in both states. In Florida, under the ‘Stand Your Ground Law’ and in Texas under the “Castle Law”…..a man’s home is his castle...and worthy of lethal defense. 

     In Pasadena, Texas Joe Horn a former AT &T employee saw a break-in next door.  It was broad daylight.  He called 911 as did George Zimmerman from his own phone and disregarded the 911 operator’s instructions to wait for the police.  He exited his house with shotgun in hand and killed the two intruders, one with a prison record, both black illegal aliens or undocumented men depending on your political persuasion....Hernando Riascos Torres (AKA: Miguel Antonio DeJesus) and Diego Ortiz.  There were reportedly undercover police officers whose names mysteriously evaporated in the hoopla.  To remain undercover they stayed anonymous to the public, but were reportedly in the area, but arrived too late to intervene.  This all happened in a city where the crime lab under the former Medical Examiner, previously  from Washington, D.C., a black woman, Dr. Joyce Carter, was in such disarray that the medical examiner's lab had to be investigated by Michael Bromwich, the leading prosecutor in the Iran-Contra affair.  That was the late 80's drugs for weapons for hostages scheme that many felt should have led to the impeachment if not imprisonment of Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.  "The debacle at the Harris County Crime Lab had two effects:  it served to cover up important evidence from prior crimes with an "oops" defense while discrediting the entire race of the black physician responsible, Dr. Joyce Carter," said one Pasadena resident, Placenta June Indoogu.

    "My nineteen year old mother, a non-English speaking immigrant named me 'Placenta June' because I was born in June and Placenta had a certain ring to it.  She heard the delivery RN say it first.   I took a lot of ribbing for that name and could have changed it, but after hearing that Johnny Cash song 'A Boy Named Sue,' I thought 'why do that?'  I'll prove that a rose by any other name or color is still a rose.  So I worked my way through college at Columbia and graduate school at Stanford.  Sure, my diplomas read 'P. June Indoogu', but I'll be damned if I will dishonor my struggling mother's best efforts to give me a good start in life.  Maybe she couldn't hand me a family trust fund filled with stock in a company that made Agent Orange or aerial drone killing machines or stealth bombers, but she did the best she could," said Indoogu who admitted that after a twenty five hour delivery of her daughter she wanted to name her "YuYu Bittyshit". 

     In Sanford, Florida the 911 telephone call came from Zimmerman’s phone and he, like Joe Horn, disregarded the 911 operator’s instruction.  Zimmerman left not his home, as did Joe Horn,  but his car in which he was following young Martin.  Zimmerman started tracking Trayvon Martin on foot. 

    In the aftermath of the Martin killing,  Zimmerman was released by Sheriff William Lee, no admitted relation to Confederate General Robert E. Lee,  who was told by the black Sanford City Manager, Norton N. Bonaparte, no admitted relationship to first FBI Director, Charles Joseph Bonaparte, had instructed Sheriff Lee that he could not attend the hearing of the 911 telephone tape when it was played before all the Martin family members.   Lee's wisdom in presenting the tape to each family member individually and in private so as not to bias the conclusions was therefore excluded from the tape playing by an unsophisticated black city manager, Norton Bonaparte.  "Either that or Bonaparte was going along with what we see from the Sheriff and most of the Prosecution that patched their case together like a homeless wino .tying slivers of bed sheets and burlap sacks together on a cold night," said Indoogu.  "The Florida Prosecutors were likely brain dead and the Medical Examiner made Dr. Joyce Carter  in Houston look like  Sherlock Holmes between cocaine injections," said Indoogu.
     Bonaparte and the Sanford Mayor, however, sat in on that  tape playing session of the final shot and scream.   Zimmerman’s defense  attorney asked if it was normal for the City Manger to instruct the police department in their work.   Lee, who was fired for his actions, said that it was not normal, but the defense attorney did not, obviously, ask Sheriff Lee if he cautioned Bonaparte about compromising the investigation. Many felt that Sheriff Lee's release of Zimmerman citing the "Stand Your Ground Law" had already indicated his position on the case and given the Medical Examiners ineptitude he made Dr. Joyce Carter look like life-time member of Mensa," said Dr. Barney "Stitch" Grimm of the victim support group Medical Examiners for Examining Botched Protocols.

    While it was reported that Trayvon Martin had marijuana in his blood when the incident took place, no toxicology report was given on Zimmerman’s blood alcohol or drug levels.

    “You put three beers in one guy and a reefer in the system of the other, 10 to 1 the aggressor will be the beer drinker and those early pictures of Zimmerman say 'Dos Eqis', said Stanley Fawzs of the citizen group Earth Law: Harmonizing the World's Legal Systems Starting With the Golden Rule.  Fawzs believes, however, that from photos of Zimmerman at the time of the shooting that Zimmerman had employed the services of Adam Pollack, a personal trainer, in order to prepare for the encounter with Trayvon Martin or whatever person of a darker skin tone than Zimmerman who happened to be passing through his neighborhood that night.  'The beer chugger was buff,'" said Fawzs. "
     Forget all that BS about his body fat in relation to Trayvon.  That was all from earlier photos and from when he was eating tons of dehydrated potatoes in prison after his incarceration.  So when he was getting his ass kicked by Trayvon after all that preparation he knew he wasn't the most interesting man in the world.  So he went for his gun, the sorry a-hole," said Fawzs who said that the ineptitude of the prosecution in not cross examining the personal trainer, following a time-line of the photos of Zimmerman before and after the encounter, nor pinning Sheriff Lee on his lapse in common sense and their overall mismanagement of their performance  indicates that this case, should Zimmerman be acquitted or not be convicted of First-Degree murder, was "rigged from the get-go."     Fawz believes that even the timing on the case and the verdict being released in mid-summer in the height of the summer heat when coupled with the massive amounts of money provided to Zimmerman's defense from the gun industry shows a pattern of race-baiting, fight promoting and propagandizing aimed at what has historically be war profiteering.

     "This was cold blooded, premeditated murder.  I wish there was double jeopardy in Zimmerman's case.  That you could apply for a mistrial based on the Judge's reversal of her earlier ruling not to allow the toxicology report.....not without releasing the same on Mr. Zimmerman," said Fawzs.  I'd kick it all the way to the Supreme Court where I would then lay out the agenda of our group...Earth Law: Harmonizing the Worlds Legal Systems Starting With the Golden Rule, but I'm not a lawyer," Fawzs admitted.

    "There are undercover officers in Houston where Pasadena is a suburb….a city that for a long time had a KKK store front on Main Street.... that would take two black aliens, especially if they are already in trouble with the law, tell them they’ll have a house that’s a sitting duck for a break-in, offer to fence the goods and set them up for a Joe Horn shooting.  Target practice in Texas," said Fawzs.  "I say the prosecution should have called former Texas Governor George W. Bush and his little brother, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, whose ancestor was Texas Ranger Samuel Hamilton Walker after whom the Walker Colt pistol was named, as witnesses not for either Zimmerman or Martin, but for setting the stage for jurors to understand the bigger picture in a world where Presidents are judged not for their ability to keep the peace, but to wage wars," said Fawzs who noted that another Florida Governor's son, Burr Duval, rode with James Walker Fannin whose relationship to Samuel Hamilton Walker has long been assumed based on Fannin's relationship to Samuel F. B. Morse, inventor of the Morse Code and whose Western Union lines ran alongside the Union Pacific Railroad of E.H. Harriman whose wife was a life-long supporter of the pseudo-science of Eugenics...a grandiose name for 'anglophilia'.  Guns, butter, barbed wire, sulphur for gunpowder shipped by Mr. Harriman who employed GWB's grandpa....it's all part of the mix and there's plenty of fight promoters who love this stuff and see Trayvon and Zimmerman as just a couple of unwitting pawns or one unwitting victim and a dutiful dufus," said Fawzs noting Zimmerman's father's work as a Virginia magistrate before moving to Florida.  "Any state that elected as its Governor after Jeb Bush the  Texan, Richard Scott, the CEO of Columbia-HCA Healthcare which in the period of deregulation ushered in by Ronald Reagan in the 80's and continued in George W. Bush through the World-Com and Enron scandals, when Columbia-HCA had the biggest Medicare fraud fine in U.S. history has got to tell you something about Florida's culture and history as a retirement home for major rip-off artists and upper-class criminals," said Fawzs.

    Fawzs does not believe that the Zimmerman case shows that the KKK runs the nation.  "Not at all.  The Order does....a mixture of anglophile, militaristic, weapons producing power elites who sell civil strife to make profits for their families like selling yellow cake uranium to a revenge hungry nation following the World Trade Center attack..   I agree 100 per cent with Professor Wigglesworth's thesis.  He has laid bare the mythology, stripped it down to the bare kernels.  Now I now that Ann Colter has said that the Black community and Al Sharpton have said that the KKK runs the country.  Sharpton hasn't said that, but being a New Yorker he is in the heart of the Wall Street beast  and even though he had that little problem with cocaine kickbacks, he is more able to understand the Order's warped power than most...though Jeremiah Wright knew, but was thrown under the political bus by Obama whose wife, Michele, worked for the historic Springfield, Illinois law firm of Sidley Austin which merged in 2000 with New York's Brown and Wood Law Firm.  That merger shows alot with its historic ties to Brown Brothers Harriman and the National City Bank Boys that General Smedley Darlington Butler knew was the war profiteering power mongers he addressed in his book War Is A Racket.  Sidley Austin was the firm that represented Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln whose cousin, John Breckenridge, was an unrepentant slaver and a Knight of the Golden Circle which was the support group for filibusterer William Walker," said Fawzs  "There nothing wrong with Ann Coulter that a marriage to Jamie Foxx wouldn't fix," said Fawzs.

    "Detective Chris Serino said in court testimony that Trayvon’s father had told him that he could not tell if the voice on Zimmerman’s phone was  his son’s voice, or Zimmerman’s, a charge that Tracy Martin, Trayvon's father, flatly denied on the witness stand.  "The scream for help stopped when the shot was fired.  If it had all been spontaneous Zimmerman would have still been yelling 'I told to to stop, damn it.  I told you,' but instead there was silence.  Then when the prosecution had so squirreled the case it slam-dunked the verdict by trying to switch it to a child abuse and manslaughter conviction in the 11th hour.  How odd was that?"  asked Fawzs.  The head of the NSA and CIA have just shown us how difficult it is to get a government official who will lie under oath.  No problem," said Fawzs who believes that if he is acquitted George Zimmerman and Joe Horn should go in together to open a shooting range in upper Idaho surrounded by a deep moat filled with Michael Vick's pit bull dogs.  "Hell Vick went to jail for killing dogs and Zimmerman doesn't get squat.  It just goes to show you if there are no eye witnesses you can get away with murder in this country."

    "Unless or until all of the laws across the world are harmonized into what we call 'Earth-Law', there can be no solution to the fight promoting that spins and re-spins the narrative in ways that promote fear and loathing, murder and mayhem and makes lawyers and magistrates wealthy like George's father whose book will likely sell quite well at Mr. Martin's expense.   The lawyers don't like our group, but so what! Scribes and Pharisees.  Neither do the Sharia Law advocates," said Fawzs who thought Mr. Zimmerman's second book should be "My Son George:  Dead Man Walking". 
     "We also believe that the 911 terrorist attack was planned to coincide with the telephone number 911, the emergency telephone number, so that when the 911 system is overwhelmed as it is now, murder and mayhem will follow in order to open the door to fascist rule.  It's the type of global Gesthalt that would have made Joseph Goebbels proud," said Fawzs reflecting on the current NSA surveillance program and American's loss of Habeas Corpus.   "The only one who will then be safe are guys like Edward Snowden who will soon be living in the mountains of Bolivia or Julian Assange in the Equadorian Embassy in London," said Fawzs.

     Fawzs was particularly focused on the Monday, July 7th C-SPAN appearance during the massive coverage of the Zimmerman case of former CIA Director under Bill Clinton, James Woolsey, talking to students at Johns Hopkins University, a school that former Hoover Institute member and critic of America's secret establishment, Anthony Sutton, said is a key cog in the establishment's continuing educational venues.  Woolsey spoke of the 911 telephone system used by Horn and Zimmerman.  "That's right said Fawzs.  "Woolsey scares the beegeezies out the students by describing an electric pulse created by a solar flare or a nuclear bomb attack that could, in an instant, disrupt communications.....kind of like the one imagined in the old film, 7 Days In May, that set the stage for a military coup d'état.  Woolsey said that "sometime in the wee hours of April 16th the day after the explosion in Boston that ended the Marathon, something between one and four individuals showed up near San Jose at an electricity station that included a number of transformers.  One report says that there were twenty transformers.  Another that there were seven, but a number of transformers.  Gunshots were heard......some other individuals, it may have been part of the same group, lifted a 250 pound man hole cover and gone down twelve feet into a chamber where all of the wiring was for the 911 emergency calls. Although some cellular emergency calls got through the land lines were the ones that were cut and after an initial dispatch of several Deputies to look into the matter as they came closer the culprits were signaled, one can apparently get this from the surveillance videos that PG &E had, as the they came closer to the people who were shooting or otherwise doing what they were doing were warned by a flashing flashlight and they left,"  said Woolsey. 
     Not far from San Jose is San Francisco where James Bamford has indicate that the NSA is looking into people's internet and cell phone communication.  Further South is San Diego, California where the U.S. Navy Seals' headquarters are shaped like a swastika in the city where the Sheriff is the former FBI agent in charge of the Ruby Ridge killing of Rebecca Weaver.  San Diego was home to the son of the U.S. Navy Admiral that oversaw the Gulf of Tonkin affair in Vietnam, Jim Morrison of The Doors.  "Morrison was either a dope salesman or a pissed off son of a U.S. military industrialist with Oedipal issues like Obama's friend, William Ayers," said Fawz.   Woolsey cited PG&E... means Pacific Gas and Electric... the company made famous by Erin Brockovich and her work at Hinckley, California where the company had poisoned the water wells.  A chief legal counselor for PG&E was also the father of John Walker Lindh, the American Taliban," said Fawzs.  "Is Woolsey capable of spreading a well-constructed prevarication or planned media event that sets the stage for citizen on citizen violence as they stand their ground in the middle of a massive communication blackout?  Get your friend to buy CB and Short Wave radios," said Fawz.  "Was the U.S. Civil War needed or just another profit center for the military complex?  Woolsey is no less likely to be spinning a pot of propaganda than the current CIA Director, James Clapper, or the NSA's General Alexander were when they lied to congress about data mining," said Fawzs.  "In a word,", Fawzs said, "Yes, and this all plays upon people's sense of helplessness and fear.  AT&T offered a $250,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of the transformer bandits.  AT&T was the primary culprit in what James Bamford said is the government's overreaching surveillance program, so anything is possible with respect to that story.  It could be another Una-Bomber...a home grown nutcake or some jack booted element of the NSA seeking to justify their mission like an arsonist fire marshall.   John Walker Lindh perhaps not unlike the Weather Underground's William Ayers, friend of Barack Obama, saw something in his father's life that decries the  'land of the free and home of the brave'," said Fawzs.  Fawzs also expressed concern that Woolsey's timing on the 911 telephone tale was as seemingly choreographed as his nearly immediate suggestion that Iraq was responsible for the World Trade Center attack," said Fawzs who added...."Well crap here we go again, Woolsey is part of the Nightinggale singers of John McCain, Ollie North, Bud McFarlane and Jim Webb...though I think that Webb is more balanced even though like Zimmerman he carries his own heat through the halls of Congress.  Woolsey is also a graduate of Stanford and Yale.  What do you expect?"

     "Woolsey raised the spectre of a larger plot.  The sheriff of San Jose said that it was sabotage, but it was also obviously done with those with insider information on which cables to cut," said Fawzs noting Woolsey's presentation on the 911 telephone system at the same time that 911 telephone systems were a key part of the Zimmerman case in Florida and the earlier Joe Horn case in Texas.

     "During the jury deliberations the cable companies ran all of Charles Bronson's Death Wish movies about an American vigilante who took justice into his own hands.  Add to that the fact that from Florida to Texas the Gulf Coast of the U.S. was the northern border of a proposed 'Golden Circle of Slavery' envisioned by the Knights of the Golden Circle whose patron saint was American filibuster, William Walker, who many in Honduras believe is the ancestor of the George Herbert Walker Bush family who has always had designs on this region under the guise of defending the Monroe Doctrine," said Fawzs

    "If this sounds conspiratorial consider that the Tammy Hall case included many hundreds as did the Serpico case in New York and that the Savings and Loan Scandal of the 1980's and the sub-prime housing bubble and bundling of toxic assets included hundreds of thousands and the Iran-Contra scandal tens of thousands and that many millions watch modern cage fighting so much that they think that fighting is the solution to every problem.  Throw in the 2008 Wall Street meltdown and raid on the U.S. Treasury and all the folks involved in that siphon job and it's not at all unreasonable," said Fawzs who believes that the harmonized "Earth Law" will not create Utopia, but a more just, free and livable society.

     "When asked what penalties would be implemented for violation of the Golden Rule," Fawzs admitted that an ancient custom of trial by ordeal would be nice.  "I favor the snakes taking a barefooted walk through a quarter-mile trench filled with rattlesnakes, copperheads and water moccasins and leaving the outcome and verdict to a Greater Power.  Couldn't be anymore screwed up than the present system," said Fawzs.

     On the surface it looks like a coup d'etat.   Following the ousting of loyal American-backed dictator, Hosni Mubarak, during whose regime the Muslim Brotherhood rose to power, that same Brotherhood surfaced following the Arab Spring to dominate political processes in Egypt.   During the 2012 overthrow the Egyptian military's top brass, many educated in the U.S and trained in U.S. tactical and strategic military philosophy were in the U.S. and substantially detached from the events in Cairo.

    Wael Ghonin, the Google executive who was jailed during the initial uprising for opening a Facebook page on the events stated: “There was no Muslim Brotherhood presence in organizing these protests.  It was all spontaneous, voluntary. Even when the Muslim Brotherhood decided to take part it was their choice to do so. This belongs to the Egyptian youth.”

     CIA agent and author of Syriana and Sleeping With the Devil: How Washington Sold Our Soul For Saudi Crude, Robert Baer, has made clear that the Muslim Brotherhood came to prominence during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan.  The Brotherhood was initially a U.S. ally and within its ranks emerged Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden who fought with the Mujahidin in Charlie Wilson's war...which was really the Bush/Reagan War.  "That today John McCain and members of the Brookings Institute are decrying the dangers of backing the Egyptian military and their moderate Islamists is a travesty," said Seymore Klearly of the Foundation for Human Toleration and Progress.

     According to Klearly the Muslim Brotherhoods roots in Islam date back to the 1920's and to the rise of the Grand Mufti in Iraq who would become Adolf Hitler's agent in the Middle East.  This was confirmed by John O. Rogge's Official German Report published in 1967, but which covered his investigation into the German American Bund and "Business Plot" that would have been in the U.S. a military coup that would have used Smedley Darlington Butler as its leader.  He refused, blew the whistle and wrote War Is A Racket.  This also means according to Klearly that the remnants of the "Business Plotters" had used their ally, the Muslim Brotherhood, throughout the Middle East including the creation of Al Qaeda for use in Afghanistan to fight the Russians.    The anger of Egyptians against the Muslim Brotherhood reveals, therefore, a progressive movement and the Egyptian military have acted in the initial removal of Mubarak, as with the Brotherhood, with remarkable restraint.  Klearly sees the Muslim Brotherhood as a force not unlike the John Birch Society or KKK in America.

    "Baer has also noted that when a CIA agent, Matthew Gannon, found out that CIA foot-soldiers in the Middle East knew nothing about the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda's history he decided to return to Washington to press the CIA brass for answers.  Gannon boarded Pan American flight 103 which blew up over Lockerbie, Scotland," said Klearly.  "The CIA's top brass does not like questions from anyone, particularly their own," said Klearly who questions the official explanation about Pan Am 103.  "Anything is possible with respect to the Lockerbie explosion," he concluded. 

     Fouad Ajami, a Sr. Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution and a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, has said "we should never think that we could extricate it, or that anyone could extricate the roots of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. They run deep.  Right to the late 1920's.  The Muslim Brotherhood should always be in the game and many of the liberals who if you will, begrudge the Brotherhood's influence they ran for elections against the Brotherhood and lost."
Klearly said, "Yes, which means that with Mr. Ajami sitting on the Hoover Institute with its ties to the American conservatism of Donald Rumsfeld and Condoleezza Rice who claimed like Gannon to know nothing about Al Qaeda, the reasons for Gannon's confusion were laid bare.  When Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden flew up the U.S. drug supply lines through flight training schools in Florida and elsewhere with a long history of supplying drug smuggling bush pilots, Bin Laden and Al Qaeda was shown to be to the Muslim Brotherhood who with the U.S. secret establishments support of Mubarak and Morkey, what William Ayers and the Weathermen were to the U.S. Military Industrialist Complex forty years earlier.  Al Qaeda didn't just turn on the Muslim Brotherhood, but on the Muslim Brotherhood's handlers in the U.S.. The new Egyptians don't want to serve a resurrected pharaoh anymore than you or I do and who can blame them?  That's real progress," said Klearly.

     "What is John McCain thinking?  McCain who decried the incivility of  America's extreme cage fighting as brutal blood sport and then withdrew his critique....McCain who chose Sarah Palin as his running mate is telling the Egyptian military what?  The Egyptian military and the moderate majority are playing the statesman's role in rejecting their own history of succumbing to Pharaohs and dictators and McCain sees that as undeserving of our help?   So we kick them when they most need our help?", asked Klearly.

     "It is my understanding," said Klearly that during the first sortie over North Vietnam after the Gulf of Tonkin Affair, pilots were told not to risk collateral damage or death and to abort should they find themselves confronted by a surface to air missile.  John McCain, an Admiral's son and grandson did not heed this order and attempted to deliver his Skyhawk's payload as a missile trailed.  His was the only plane lost in that sortie, but in all he had lost 5 U.S. Navy aircraft.....a statistical impossibility for any active duty serviceman with any hope of a career as a pilot," said Klearly.

    "Well if the one nation on earth that we historically associate in Biblical proportions with the dysfunctions of top down, pyramidal, monarchial, dictatorial models of leadership and economic slavery had a dry run in figuring out just who the Muslim Brotherhood was and is, then that's real political progress on their way to a brighter future," said Klearly.  "John McCain need not crash and burn again.  Just shut the hell up!" said Klearly. "You should have been grounded long ago!"

     "As for the Brookings Institute taking a stance against progress in Egypt, what do you expect?" asked Klearly.  Brookings current Director, Nelson Strobridge Talbott III was educated at Hotchkiss (Henry Luce, Henry Ford II, Robert Bork, Porter Goss) and at Yale he was the editor of the Yale Daily News, a position previously held by Henry Luce and William F. Buckley.  Talbott's immediate successor at Brookings was Bush family strong arm, Richard Armitage," said Klearly.  "I can only imagine that Nelson Strobridge Talbott III sees himself as a kind of Ramses III," said Klearly with a chuckle, "And worships in his closet a black cat named 'Crystal' which he hopes to be buried with beneath a pyramid in Arlington National or better yet, Spring Grove Cemetery in Ohio," said Klearly.

     "Brookings has recently entered into an organic relationship with Washington University of St. Louis, Missouri," said Klearly.  "Phyllis Schafly, the anti-feminist member of the John Birch Society is a Washington University alumni as is William Webster one of the few people to have been both CIA and FBI Director.  More importantly, William Webster was the main obstacle to the Tower Commission investigation into the Iran-Contra Affair refusing to release documents as well as holding up the Walsh Report.  Given our nation's sorry record of statesmanship in Central and South America and given Webster's attempts to derail investigations in the Abu Ghraib torture scandal, it's clear that McCain and Brookings are not looking out for the best interests of Egypt nor the U.S.."

     After the daughter of George Walker Bush traveled to a large family ranch in Paraguay near the head waters of the Amazon River, eyes turned to the earlier Bechtel water wars with Bolivian citizen who sit on top of one of the largest Lithium deposits in the world. Bechtel was going to provide through the initiative of the World Bank, once headed by Larry Summers' colleague within the Bush cabinet,  Paul Wolfowitz, a plan for Bolivia's future water needs and Lithium distribution. Lithium is used in the resilient Lithium-Ion batteries that power electronic devices and automobiles.  Water is essential for all of life on planet earth. Former U.S. Navy Seal and Minnesota Governor, Jesse Ventura, has spoken with clarity about the trillion dollar Lithium deposit located in Afghanistan as justification for our continued presence there.

    Following Wolfowitz's two years as the head of the World Bank, appointed by George Walker Bush, the Nobel Prize winning economist for the World Bank, Joseph Stiglitz said "The World Bank will once again become a hate figure."  The Bechtel initiative in Bolivia would mean that the U.S. could avoid paying a sovereign nation a fair price for its resources.  "We used to call that piracy, now we call it capitalism, but with the fall of the Berlin Wall it's a hollow premise and the real motives are laid bare," said one critic of Bush and Obama policies and of the persecution of Edward Snowden.  "Snowden has joined the ranks of Julian Assange and Daniel Ellsberg, but Snowden told the American people not their Pentagon's papers were being assessed, but that their own personal telephone conversations and emails are being assessed and warehoused by an increasingly fascist leadership," the critic continued.

   In 2000, Bolivia's president Hugo Banzer, bolstered by the Bush 43* election had used the police and military to crush opposition to Bechtel's plan.  Bechtel had been headed by Secretary of State George Schultz.  The plan backed by Banzer, the World Bank and Bechtel was so draconian that Bechtel would supply Bolivia's water for about 20% of their average monthly income in perpetuity.  The citizens of Bolivia had to agree that even the rainwater belonged to Bechtel and the Banzer government.  The Lithium connect while unstated was as obvious as the oil under Iraq and the poppies in Afghanistan.  Bolivians revolted replacing Banzer with Evo Morales.

   "Why the hell a national gutsy young patriot like Edward Snowden has to go to Bolivia to be branded a communist is beyond reason.  This is what a nation gets when it trusts in infinite nihilism.  For Christ's sake if this is what the future holds for the U.S. count me in Snowden's camp," said Vince Packard who writes for La Voz de los Perros. 

   Packard believes that this was a simple attempt to control the Bolivian's Lithium by controlling their water.  "The large Bush family ranch is in the same region of Paraguay where Sun Yun Moon, head of the Unification Church and multi-million-dollar backer of GWB while in and out of office, bought an 8 million acre ranch," said Packard.

   "Wolfowitz, the Bush neo-con, was the primary backer of the Bush Doctrine.  That doctrine is nothing more than the policies of national embarrassment and anti-statesman thievery and money grabbing that has sent the U.S. military into disarray, our standing as a world leader into question and the nation into a philosophical morass. William Walker  hiding behind the Monroe Doctrine used his misguided patriotism to dish out misery and pain for his family's profit," said Packard.  "That's essentially the Bush Doctrine.  By definition the frontiersmen in America needing their own water were communists.  Brand me a communist with a big 'C' in the middle of my forehead," said Packard.

    As Secretary of State, George Schultz testified before Congress during the Iran Contra hearings essentially helping to give Ronald Reagan a pass for his part in the CIA-backed plot to fund death squads in Honduras and Nicaragua.  Called "Iran-Contra",  guns and missles were exchanged  for Iranian hostages and cocaine profits and inflated weapons values funded the Contras fighting to depose a freely elected leader in Nicaragua.  The recent ousting of Honduras' elected leader and his replacement by Roberto Micheletti until Porofirio 'Pepe' Lobo Sosa  replaced Micheletti brought U.S. compliance in Honduran foreign policy, but also proved fatal to many Micheletti and Sosa opponents.

     Dr. Pat R. Gonea noting the similarities in the Bolivian and Honduran situations wrote: "The elected leader of Honduras was in exile in Brazil and a CIA shill named Micheletti held down the Presidency.  The government went to Porfirio 'Pepe' Lobo Sosa.   Roberto Micheletti's and Sosa's critics began dying in Honduras after Sosa replaced Jose Manuel Zayala who while in exile resigned his presidency in a letter he claims he never wrote.   As part of a coalition of South American countries joined together against what they have always felt was William Walker's influence.  They include Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia. Bolivia was especially sensitive to American  intervention because of the Bechtel "water wars" and the temptation to exploit Bolivia for its vast Lithium deposits.  The articles called for the exhumation of William Walker's body from Cementerir Viejo in Trujillo, Honduras for confirmation of Walker's relationship to GHWB.  It looks to me that Micheletti whose father was from Lombardy, Italy and who spent much of the 1970's in Tampa, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana, was the resurrection of the Batista criminal class in Central America holding off what will be argued was Zayala's leftists.  It's a big merry-go-round, without much that's merry.   I assume that it wasn't in the best interest of someone in the U.S. State Department to allow Zayala's resistance.  Perhaps they are afraid that they cannot make a palatable distinction between the Monroe Doctrine and a modern Aaron Burr or William Walker annexation attempt and so cloak it all under the dialectic of left-right politics.  It's there that William Walker's family and constellations of corporations can hide their motives quite nicely."

    "It will be argued that Snowden is giving aid and comfort to our enemies," said Dr. Gonea.  "But just what did Bolivia or Honduras ever do to us?  Drink OUR water?  Not give us their Lithium?", asked Packard

    "If Snowden decides he's had enough and wants to put his mind to rest he'll have plenty of Lithium in Bolivia to do that....it also an anti-psychotic drug.... but he may not have the water to wash it down with," said Gonea.

     There is nothing blithe about the 2007-2009 U.S. financial meltdown blamed on the economic engineering that MIT economist Paul Samuelson called “fiendish, Frankenstein monsters of financial engineering.”

    Who were the masters of the financial universe created by the post-Reagan era of deregulation which ironically, or not, included in William Jefferson Clinton’s last year in office, 1999, the repeal of the Glass-Stegall Act that restricted the marriage of banks to investment houses?  This was the financial arrangement that the early years of the republic forbade.  “Banking speculators were hung,” says Occupy Wall Street supporter and best selling author, Christopher Hedges.  Hedges also claims that liberalism in America has given up its prophetic role of holding bankers, investors and political leaders accountable, generally through what was the power of the academic pulpit which has been largely privatized by the investment bankers and politicians.  Today the banks also have a  stranglehold on students' through tuition loans that spread fear and compulsion by design. 

     Credit default swaps are the equivalent of shifting risk from one corporation to another somewhere in the middle of a mortgage’s term like a bundle of horse bets half way through  the Kentucky Derby being traded among the biggest gamblers some of whom will be left holding the bag when the race ends.  If the housing bubble was the horse race, the majority of responsible local banks weren't playing.  They were closer to the horse stable. To them it was like musical chairs which leave the chairless bag holder taking the licking as did Lehman Brothers and Shearson, Bear and Stearns. Credit default swaps were not, however, the brainchild of Blythe Masters as the majority of the U.S. media want people to believe.  Using the Milton Friedman argument for a Darwinian marketplace those who still had chairs at the horse race wanted a do-over with taxpayers sovereign dollars.  Bets were re-cast and the starting bell rung by Henry Paulson, but without Glass-Steagall reinstituted by the bankers or their political minions in Washington.

     Blythe Masters, is the JP Morgan investment banker who grew up in Kent, England, went to school in Cambridge and ascended through the complicated back channels of arbitrage and hedge fund management to become known as the creator of the credit default swap.  In his June 1, 2009 article in The New Yorker John Lancaster  described how Exxon needed someone to guarantee a line of credit to cover potential damages of $5 billion for the Exxon Valdez oil spill.  Lancaster wrote:

     “In late 1994, Blythe Masters, a member of the J. P. Morgan swaps team, pitched the idea of selling the credit risk to the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. So, if Exxon defaulted, the E.B.R.D. would be on the hook for it—and, in return for taking on the risk, would receive a fee from J. P. Morgan. Exxon would get its credit line, and J. P. Morgan would get to honor its client relationship but also to keep its credit lines intact for sexier activities. The deal was so new that it didn’t even have a name: eventually, the one settled on was ‘credit-default swap.  The mathematics of valuation models—horrendously complex equations to assess probabilities and correlations, cooked up in mad-scientist style by the firms’ “quants”—took on the burden of assessing statistical risk. The idea that a banker looks a borrower in the eye and takes a view on whether he can trust him came to seem laughably nineteenth-century. As for the risks? Well, as Lawrence Summers said when he was Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, “The parties to these kinds of contracts are largely sophisticated financial institutions that would appear to be eminently capable of protecting themselves from fraud and counter-party insolvencies.”

     Alas, Richard A. Posner, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, observes with pointed restraint, “That turned out not to be true.” The result has been, in the title phrase of Posner’s new book, “A Failure of Capitalism”.

    While Robert Merton tried to convince the world that the voo-doo metrics was a benign overreach, Blythe Masters like Captain Blythe trying to convince the Bounty's sailors that his policies were good for them as he sought to remain the master of his little universe, the SEC and FBI narrowed in on Blythe's energy investment unit at JP Morgan Chase which had stepped in to fill the void of computerized energy rip-offs engineered and perfected by Enron.

     With 92 percent of the local U.S. banks solvent and not in need of Hank Paulson’s bailout in 2008, the problem was clearly a Wall Street and U.S. government regulation issue.  The wolves were in both hen houses.  Larry Summer’s uncle and Robert K. Merton's teacher, Paul Samuelson, was one of the creators, perhaps by association and lending his credibility to the small group I call MOMM ("Masters of Mertonian Metrics"....sometimes called "Masters of Mertonian Mayhem") the main creator, of these horrendously complex equations. Larry Summer's other uncle, Kenneth Arrow, describes (Arrow more than any other with the exception of Robert C. Merton, showed the value of applied sociology to politics and economics and vice versa) how economic theory was considered mysticism before the advent of the incorporation of the sophisticated gaming theory that Paul Samuelson initially refuted before endorsing only to call it the 'fiendish, Frankenstein monsters of financial engineering."  Ronald Reagan's contrarian economist, David Stockman, claims that Paul Samuelson was the last one to have claimed ignorance of Dr. Frankenstine's Mertonian metrics lab.

     Larry Summers was Bill Clinton's Deputy Treasury Secretary in 1999, the year that the Glass-Steagall Act forbidding bank/investment speculation was repealed.   Summers was also president of Harvard where the endowment funds' investment in risky derivatives was pointed out by Iris Mack by email and letter.  In keeping with the necessity for corporate amnesia, Mack was promptly fired. In the last year of Bill Clinton’s administration the legislated wisdom gleaned from the 1929 stock market crash, Glass-Steagall, went up in smoke opening the draw-bridge to the horde.  This reintroduced the snug sheet-splitting of banks and investment firms like un-chaperoned adolescents at summer camp.  The same thing happened with Arthur Anderson when its time-honored and respected accounting principles were compromised by its wholesale embrace of an investment counseling function for Enron.  Restricted from copulation for fear that Wall Street would turn into a unprincipled orgy with multiple unwanted pregnancies without Glass-Steagall,  it became , in fact, an unprincipled orgy and a house filled with countless unwanted orphans some of which looked like Rosemary's Baby.  Blythe Masters is in some ways a convenient scape goat for Wall Street and obviously one woman who does not share Iris Mack's concerns, or if she does she has not articulated them, yet.  She is the Beauty, but behind her are the hidden Beasts of America’s growing blood-sucker-class.  Sadly,  the real names seem stripped from the story line, hidden from the drama and rarely seen for who and what they are. Oddly, the Koch Brother may have seen it coming when in the late 80's they offered to fund an ethics department within the Harvard Business School.  Their gift was denied, but denied perhaps for reasons that served the Mertonian metrics magicians.  The Kochs were far too close to other prominent Harvard Business School alumni and with their German Bund connections through Koch Industries and John Birch society founder Fred Koch, would have brought much heat on the Mertonians' emerging metrics-mission.

   “Growing up in Kent, England, you would have expected that Blythe Masters understood that the ancestral homeland of Kent with Dover’s White Cliffs, was different from all of England.  It was there that the laws of primogeniture that controlled the rest of Britain were set aside in favor of egalitarian principles of wealth and ownership.  Queen Elizabeth had said of Kent as she faced the possibility of defeat by the Spanish that “if it had not been for Kent all of England would already have gone over to the Spaniards.”  Saved from the Spanish by a storm as the Americans would be saved by a storm from the British in 1812, will this storm save us from ourselves or is the keel cracked?  Kent would inform the Puritans whose anti-primogeniture principles would be written into U.S. law through Thomas Jefferson as well as inform Winston Churchill’s deep distrust of the Royal Windsors and his authorship of books on the world-changing contributions of democracy to Western Civilization.  Puritan leader Oliver Cromwell had repatriated the Jews to England following their exile during the reign of King Edward or “Longshanks” in the 12^th Century and their anti-primogeniture leanings, inherent in Moses’ distrust of Pharaoh and David’s unusual ascent to power, made the Jews a natural ally, but also making the Summers, Paulson, Merton and Arrow contributions to the melt down greater cause for alarm. Identifying with Joseph instead of Moses the game of pleasing the Pharoah becomes intoxicating and triggers all manner of imaginative tricks to further personal ambitions," said a relative of Jay Sarno, founder of Caesars' Palace in Las Vegas. Sarno pointed out that the current owners of Caesar's Palace are also deeply invested in the University of Phoenix where gaming is part of the curriculum and where commercial loans for student tuition are making economic slaves of students before they land their first job.

    With 90 percent of all U.S. wealth in the hands of the top 2 percent of the population and often passed on to family members through interlocking corporate directorates and family dynasties with phalanxes of corporate lawyers protecting their empires, Robert C. Merton and Blythe Masters served the old system that always seeks to resurrect itself.  So did Robert Merton’s father.  "Vance Packard reported after the Great Depression that wealth was in the hand of the top 27 percent of Americans.  There is a fundamental choice that all Jews must make like everyone else.  Am I like Joseph serving Pharaoh or Moses serving the Law?" said one Jewish critic of Summers and his small circle of metrics mystics.

     In the years following World War II, Robert K. Merton, the "Wall-Street Wizard's" father, a Columbia University sociologist, became with fellow sociologist, Paul Lazarfeld, the "Wizard of Applied Sociology".  Sociology may be the science of the study of societies, but applied sociology is of infinitely more value to those who wish to influence, manipulate and control whole societies.  Robert K. Merton, the economist’s father, understood what motivated societies and with research funded in large measure by the U.S. intelligence community through the communications and sociology departments of Columbia came the future presidents of CBS, ABC and NBC.  Merton’s opposition on campus came from sociologists like C. Wright Mills and Vance Packard.  Both Mills and Packard came out of a liberal mindset with an appreciation for wise government regulation and a distrust of power.  More importantly, Merton’s predecessors were concerned with education being a tool for building upon the past.  Merton’s academic bent was development of focus groups and polling panels which hinged on the immediate response to focusing questions which made the lessons of the past irrelevant. People weren't citizens to be empowered, but votes to be manipulated or purchasing units to be motivated.  The combination of applied sociology to gaming theory economics was a hypnotist's dream  come true.  Mills, on the other hand, a great grand nephew of Civil War General Braxton Bragg had seen the down side of the life in the U.S. military industrialist complex.  Vance Packard, a writer for The American Magazine of Ida Tarbell was a muckraker like Upson Sinclair and wrote landmark books like The Hidden Persuaders, Nation of Strangers, The Waste Makers, The Status Seekers, The Pyramid Climbers and The Ultra Rich: How Much Is Too Much. Before his death Packard was shouting for American capitalism to reinvent itself with new forms of renewable energy and a concern for redressing the assault on the American middle class.  It was these voices in the wilderness that needed to be silenced if a Reagan era of deregulation was to unleash the bulls of Wall Street into the China shop of American investing.   Today, Blythe Masters is working in JP Morgan’s carbon derivatives program while renewable energy development is still anemic.  Larry Summers is floating around the internet claiming the power of compound interest....a metric far removed from what Iris Mack saw as a danger at Harvard....and showing how China and India are enjoying stellar growth rates in comparison to the U.S., but avoiding talking about the real social costs of that growth.

      Robert K. “Merlin” Merton had shown how applied sociology could take Packard’s list of hidden persuaders and refine them through tested applications for use by Madison Avenue, media moguls, corporate planners, marketers, politicians and the intelligence community.  This is handy information for  leading people to accept the formerly non-palatable…like the revocation of Habeas Corpus or removal of barriers to predatory corporate profit harvesting, acceptance of wholesale data mining of citizen telephone calls and emails under the guise of national security.   Combining these applications with new explanations of risk and moral hazard opened the door for the abuses that culminated in the 2008 Paulson panic attack. 

     According to Lee Wow Wee of the Institute for the Study of Sublimated Wisdom in San Francisco, California, “We saw this happen in China where our culture was replaced by what we have today, choking on the fuels of carbon fossils, but in nice shiny new buildings. Larry Summers should come over here and start riding a bicycle.  It would help him lose that belly roll, but it will give him emphysema or worse. Summers and his Mertonian metric mystics and their introduction of societal amnesia was previously achieved in China by the sale of opium from Britain and then the U.S.. Wisdom of the past must be abandoned by removing people’s point of reference.  Boom.  Sheep. When that point of reference is removed they are malleable and controllable, grounded in nothing but the uncertain present and an easily misdirected future. This is why researcher Robert Lynd said, "Research without an actively selective point of view is like the ditty bag of an idiot, filled with bits of pebbles, straw, feathers and other random hoardings,’” said Wee.

     “When the CIA used LSD in it post World War II mind control program, MK-Ultra, it was seeking to use the drug as a catalyst for psychotic break and accompanying malleability,” said Wee.  “Keep the people blind and stupid and they become trusting.  They will even turn on their own kind as the fight promoters who control both corners have shown.  That's essentially what happened to us with the Chinese invasion by Japan who believed us incapable of standing up to the onslaught,” said Wee.  "China was Abel, Japan was Cain and the Brits and Americans were Don King....hell, not Don King, but Dana White.....this was blood sport cage fighting.  Wee believes that the U.S. housing bubble used the power of Mertonian metrics to provide opiate-like mass manipulation of markets and the accompanying economic formulas to profit from the mass amnesia.

     The framework for credit default swap formulations came from Paul Samuelson’s student and Robert K. Merton’s son, Robert C. Merton.  The credit default formula provided by Merton was in the journal article On Pricing Corporate Debt: The Risk Structure of Interest Rates, The Journal of Finance (Vol. 29, 1974) over twenty years before Blythe Masters began to promote them.  Stating that debt could be valued as an option, he built upon the Black-Scholes option pricing theory.  This led to Merton receiving the Nobel Prize for economics in 1997.  Merton’s hedge fund would become a casualty of his own debt metrics formulas while leaving many wondering just where all the money went.

     Blythe Masters would serve on the board of Security Industry and Financial Markets Association with members of Bernie Madoff’s family and ultimately be blamed for the credit default jungle to which she was actually a late arriving explorer. 

    In Lancaster’s New Yorker article, Outsmarted, he says that Akerlof and Shiller’s book, The Failure of Capitalism….  "does give the profession some suggestions for the search. 'What allows capitalism to function is the regulations,' they write. This should be an enduring lesson of the crisis—an understanding that the rules governing the operating of markets were not handed down on stone tablets but are made by men, and are in constant need of revision, supervision, and active, imaginative enforcement. All these books coincide on this point: human beings make markets. A general recognition of that fact, led by the economic profession and taken to heart by politicians, would be a step so important as to be almost worth what it has cost to be reminded of it.”

   Spoken like a true New York insider sensitive about criticism of Wall Street or Columbia University.

    In fact, the sociologists and economists initially argue that only they understand their own theories, then when those theories are widely accepted anyone can drive the car.... until it careens off the road and crashes for lack of a guard rail.  By then the metrics wizard has gotten out at the last stop, but when confronted by investigators claims ignorance of what has happened and why.

   C. Wright Mills and Vance Packard would argue with Lancaster and the two Merton’s.  Western Civilization was built on the rule of law and until Moses and his often wayward supporters agreed to replace the dictator with the law, just as the Greeks had done, there will be nothing for the economic profession and the politicians to take to heart, but the love of money, rooted as it is in lesser things.  Whether or not the Mertonian metrics' injection of massive debt that the Bush/Paulson bailout ordered for the sick economy and which the Obama administration  continues without significant strings attached proves fatal to the republic is anyone guess.

60 Minutes' Steve Kroft Laments Greek and U.S. Decline

With concerns that the Greek economy would crater under the weight of its massive debt and questions of whether the European Union would make concessions for the once great nation's role as the cradle of democracy, 60 Minutes' Steve Kroft joined in the chorus.

     "I think that he has a big heart to step up with the rest of us Athenians, Spartans and lovers of baklava and baba ganoush to sing a Greek classic.  I will never forget the scene from Zorba the Greek in which the village widows descended on the home a deceased citizen and like vultures picked off her belongings.  Well Kroft is obviously not ready to pronounce the death of Western Civilization just yet and I for one am glad," said Nicholas Tesla Constantine, an accomplished Athenian tenor.  "I know that Kroft is distressed over the assault on the American media by big government," said Constantine.  "Greeks never trusted big government either which is why we created a government by the people and for the people," he continued.  "You want an empire?  Become a Roman!" he quipped.

     Kroft, a consummate lover of the role that freedom of the press has played in a representative democracy, had previously only sung in Roman bath houses in Milan and Florence. "I always found my vocal chords felt constricted in a Roman bathhouse," said Constantine.

    "Steve has a wonderful voice," said actress Nia Vardalos, "and I wish I had known of his singing abilities.  I would have had him sing during my wedding scene in My Big Fat Greek Wedding."

     Kroft's friends say that he is most concerned that the media in the West has been commandeered by the corporate-state and that freedom of the press is on its last leg.  A Greenwich, Connecticut friend and resident quoted a recent article that showed the connection between the leading sociologist whose son, Robert C. Merton, designed the credit default and derivative formulas that led to the 2008 Wall Street bail out by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson.  "It all right there," he said noting the constricting roots of an increasingly corrupt government in American media and then read:

 At Princeton, Lazarfeld had developed the Office of Radio Research and Lazarfeld's student became the presidents of CBS, NBC and ABC.  In 1944, when Lazarfeld moved from Princeton to Columbia University where Merton would join him, the ORR was renamed the Bureau of Applied Social Research or BASR.  In the 1950's and 60's Columbia became the leading university for social research.  The fact that the father of this research was also the father of the credit-default instruments that tanked the U.S. economy has not been studied with any degree of seriousness.  The fearless defender of American capitalism, Charlie Rose, missed the opportunity to probe this issue with a panel of  Robert C. Merton and his mentor, Paul Samuelson before his death and their critics.  Rose, after all, lives in New York and as Moses learned, to bite the hand of the Pharoah, can mean a long walk in the wilderness.

     As Judge Andrew Napolitano is arguing for the wisdom of NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden, whose passport has been revoked by the State Department, Janet Napolitano is giving close scrutiny to the passport requests of same sex partners.

     Adam Smith Dowdy, a sheep farmer from Tucumcari, New Mexico and a Morman Bishop, has found that his  mailing address is on 74 passport applications all claiming that he is the husband of the applicants…. men from Colombia, Venezuela, China, Russia, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Cuba and North Korea.

     “I met them all online,” said Dowdy, and our marriage was consummated in a multiple ring ceremony last June in Reno, Nevada," Dowdy claimed.

Clapper.  Prior to Edward Snowden’s revelation that Clapper was lying to Congress when he said that the government does not collect massive amounts of information on its citizens, Americans had no way of knowing the truth about the government’s domestic surveillance programs.

     “The fact that Congressman Mike Pompeo is supportive of this program is scary,” said Giuseppe Verde Bandini of the citizen’s group Sons of Italy for the Reinstatement of Habeas Corpus and Glass-Steagall.

     Bandini believes that Fox News' Judge Napolitano has taken the correct position on the Snowden case.  Judge Napolitano makes me proud to be a American.  "If Rudy Giuliani would join Judge Napolitano in decrying the U.S. government overreach the U.S. would go a long way to regain its tarnished reputation as an international bully and now a persecutor of its own people," said Bandini.

     “I know Congressman Pompeo is a lawyer with the Washington D.C. law firm of Edward Bennett Williams, Williams and Connolly LLP.  That should tell you something.  When Enron was raping California citizens thanks to deregulation and it was proven that they were conspiring to set prices and manipulate markets who did Enron get to defend their longstanding law firm, Vinson and Elkins?  Yep, Williams and Connolly.  Vinson and Elkins was founded by Judge James Elkins who also founded First City Bank, a primary mover and shaker in the 1980's Savings and Loan scandal.   When Oliver North was running a secret arms for weapons for hostages program with some cocaine  thrown in to boot to fund a private war in Nicaragua who did North get to defend him?  Pompeo’s law firm, Williams and Connolly,” said Bandini.  “There is no secret screwed up government overreach that Pompeo’s law firm doesn’t support,” Bandini insisted.

    Bandini is especially concerned that Pompeo’s law partner at Williams and Connolly is Brendan Sullivan who defended the FBI against claims that it was criminally negligent in the execution of the wife of Randy Weaver, Rebecca Weaver, as she held her baby in her arms at her Ruby Ridge, Idaho home.

     “Pompeo’s law firm defended the FBI and their trained killer, Lon Horiuchi,’ said Bandini, "who mistook the infant as an AK-47.  The fact that these lawyers are supporting Obama’s U.S. civilian surveillance program is a cause of great concern for every man, woman and child in America,” said Bandini.   "It they can misinterpret a baby as an AK-47 they can misinterpret your email reminder from your dentist as a secret Al Qaeda contact.  Mr. Pompeo expects us to put our trust into the hands of an agency with this record and I say that if Mr. Pompeo was to have an MRI of his colon they could also examine his brain stem at the same time," said Bandini.

    Alinzkee, homeless on purpose so that he can travel freely between the ghettos of South Chicago and the exclusive boroughs of the Chicago suburbs has grounded his theories of American political life by gobbling up first-hand observations and face-to-face polling of a vast array of Chicago citizens. "My only question....so as to avoid partiality and bias.....is simply 'what is going on here?'"

Rockefeller and Prescott Bush's support of the German American Bund.  Even of Mary Harriman's Cold Spring Harbor Eugenics work.  When Obama went to Harvard he was in the center of what appeared to be a bastion of democratic principles, but that has proven to be, as we have seen with the professorship of Harvard economist, Nobel prize winner and creator of the credit default swap formulas that provided for the current "business plotters'" the tools for raping the U.S. economy during the brewing Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush and now Obama sludge pot of downward decision-making.

     "Geoffrey Stone is just doing what comes naturally to those seated close to the seat of power.   Trying to find out where they stand is worse than shoving a wet noodle up a bobcat's ass.  It takes much courage to follow one's conscience as George Washington, General Smedley Darlington Butler, Martin Luther King, Daniel Ellsburg, Theodore 'Ted' Westhusing, Pat Tillman, Jon Michael Turner, Tomas Young, Julian Assange, or Edward Snowden have done.  Edward Snowden did not do as Obama's friend William Ayers had done and joined the brutal Weather Underground and its gang of bombers.  Personally I did not give the NSA permission to gather my phone records.  I pay for those records and in a country where we enjoy freedom of speech, let a Grand Jury show probable cause for their needing them.  I personally exonerate Snowden from liability in my case and ask that all Americans do likewise.  When Ayers found out that his father was serving on the boards of numerous defense contracting corporations he demonstrated his displeasure with some well placed improvised explosive devices.  When the son of the U.S. Navy Admiral who led Lyndon Johnson's Gulf of Tonkin affair found out his daddy's role, he created a music group for which he was the lead singer, The Doors.  All Snowden did was tell a newspaper the truth like Daniel Ellsberg did with the Pentagon Papers, but these aren't the Pentagon Papers, they are MY PAPERS!"
