The Techno Meltdown of John Birch, Resistance Records, Robert Welch and Fred Koch

Computer Games and Modern Myopia

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

When the 2002 computer game, Ethnic Cleansing was developed  and released by Resistance Records, the music label owned by William Luther Pierce's Neo-Nazi group which splintered off of the Robert Welch and Fred Koch created, John Birch Society, heads turned.
Who would want to produce a Neo-Nazi white supremacist game that allows the player to choose to be either a skinhead or Klansman?  The game featured the protagonist running through the ghetto killing black people and Latinos before descending into a subway system to kill Jews.  When the killer reaches the "Jewish Control Center" where Ariel Sharon, former Primer Minister of Israel is directing plans for world domination, the killer must murder Sharon to win the game.  The game uses Genesis 3D, an open source game engine.

John Ruckleshouse Morgan III,  of the Christian Missionaries to Skin Heads and Klansmen of Memphis, Tennessee said "it's an absolute abomination.  How could a skinhead Neo-Nazi who worships a man with designs of a one-world government, like Hitler, claim to be cleansing the world of a threat from a tiny ethnic and religious group that has always distrusted concentation of power as evidenced by Moses' resistance of Pharoah and David's backhanded selection as the Hebrews' king from the dregs of Jesse's progeny?  A group whose religious heritage is the opposition to the Roman Empire upon which Hitler based his whole concept of world domination? There is none so blind as those who will not see," said Morgan.
Morgan's organization works to bring religious and cultural toleration to America's fringe groups of the far right.   "Does this mean that you have a leftist ideology?" I asked Mr. Morgan.
"You've heard of Capt. Morgan the pirate?" he asked me.
"I have," I said.
"He was my great, great grandfather and I can tell you from the heart that he was not a communist in the modern sense of the word.  I'm not sure what he was, but there comes a time when you have to chose just what it is that defines you and so here I am.  A missionary to my own," said Morgan.  "Today we are using computer games to help get soldiers through the suffering of PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I pray to God that that's not so they can go back and serve some ungodly, unprecedented number of tours of duty in wars that breed deep seated bitterness and instability or so they can go and play a stinkin' game like Ethnic Cleansing" said Morgan.
