Time Magazine Photo of General David Patraeus Gets Special Treatment

Apparition of Col. Theodore Westhusing Vomits on Photo of General David Patraeus
Multiple Witnesses in Baghdad and West Point See Strange Sightings
An apparition of popular West Point professor and officer in charge of the training of Iraqi security forces, Col. Theodore “Ted” Westhusing, was seen outside Baghdad’s Green Zone today.  “He had on a U.S. Army battle uniform with helmet and the name ‘Westhusing’ printed  above the pocket.  He was leaning against a bullet riddled wall reading what looked like the latest Time Magazine.  I approached him,” said Saddam Al Bin Wazi who had been in training as a security officer and recognized Westhusing who he said “was as much loved by the men he was training here in Baghdad as he was reported to  have been loved by students at West Point.”
A similar report of an apparition in West Point, New York occurred at approximately the same time under a light pole near the West Point campus.  “It was him alright,” said a West Point resident who  wished not to be identified.  “The guy was dressed in U.S. Army fatigues and helmet and he was reading the December Time Magazine and then vomited all over it and disappeared, but the magazine stayed.  It was the damnest thing I’ve ever seen.  Didn’t say anything, just wiped off the magazine in the grass and it was turned to page 12."
That was a “Person of the Year” page where the Time Magazine editors had interviewed General David Patraeus, now head of the CIA, for his vote on the 2011 Time Magazine 'Person of the Year'.  Of course everyone knows that Ted Westhusing had confronted General Patraeus about human rights violations in Iraq among private contractors during his work there.  Westhusing was dead within four hours of that confrontation with Patraeus.  The encounter and death was chronicled in the book Blood Money by Christian T. Miller.  "Anyway," said the witness, "the Patraeus article said how his recommendation for Person of the Year was ‘Mohammad Bouazizi, the Tunisian street vendor whose suicide by self immolation touched off the events in that country that led to the Arab Spring.'"

I asked the West Point witness if the Westhusing apparition may have been vomiting on the photo and recommendation of Martha Stewart just beneath Patraeus’ photo and statement on the same page.
“Nope.   Doesn’t fit at all.  The apparition reappeared looked down at the magazine and said 'Patraeus, you worm…..and now you’re head of the CIA!'" said the witness.  Bin Wazi agreed...."It was page 12 alright, but the vomit projectiled with such force that the picture of Patraeus was destroyed by what looked like a big chunk of balony or maybe it was piece of Baklava.  I couldn't tell," said Bin Wazi who agreed that the apparition said "Patraeus, you worm!"
Vienese psychiatrist, Dr. Isadore B. Fritzmueller, has analyzed the data and has concluded that sub-consciously General Patraeus' selection of Bouazzi may be saying "I wish that Col. Westhusing's death would touch off a similar response in the United States.  I'm a Greek.  The cradle of democracy and freedom and not the bowl of degenerated bull sxxx that I have given my life to defend.  These soulless jerks that made me turn a blind eye to Ted's legitimate complaints can't tell me who to choose for this years 'Person of the Year'!  They'll think that it's good reverse psychology to say Bouazzi since we did everything for forty years or more to silence his kind.  Either way I win and ever since that bullet through my lungs at Fort Campell, Kentucky plugged by Dr.  Thomas Frist, I'd do what I have to do to survive.   You think I want to be another William Colby?  Who knows? That whole thing may have been a way to set me up as their little Greek gofer,'" said Dr. Fritzmuller.

Mrs. Alan Greenspan, Andrea Mitchell, Promotes Class Warfare

Suggests Paying for Social Security Cuts With Millionaire Tax
By Winsip Custer CPW News Service
During her Wednesday, December 7th , 2011 Andrea Mitchell Reports program on MSNBC, the wife of former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan, Andrea Mitchell, asked U.S. Senator from West Virginia, Democrat Joe Manchin and Republican Senator of Illinois, Mark Kirk, why they have challenged President Obama's proposed payroll tax cut.  The cut aimed at reducing contributions to Social Security has infuriated the two Senators, who hide their anger with gracious statesmanship.
“Social Security is NOT charity,” said Kirk.  “People have paid into the program.  It is a retirement security program paid for by contributions of workers.”
Andrea Mitchell asked “What if another way was found to pay for the cut like a millionaires' tax?”
Kirk asserted that the cut would cost Social Security $250 billion versus its current $10 billion in the red.  Noting the nation’s $15 trillion deficit, “Social Security is relatively healthy in comparison,” asserts Dr. Walencus Z. Spiffelbeck of the Citizens for Sane Leadership who found Mrs. Greenspan's question highly objectionable and a short term subterfuge leading to the eventual repeal of Social Security once it is viewed as welfare.

“Mrs. Greenspan’s question was aimed at infuriating rich people and promoting class warfare.  Why should people who have paid into a national system all their lives suddenly ask that the same idiots who ran up the deficit through Mr. Hank Paulson’s bail out  pay for something they abhor so they can turn around in a year or so and point a finger at the middle class and poor and call them beggars?  Are Mrs. Greenspan and the President nuts?"
“Our group rejects payroll tax cuts in favor of mandatory penalties for business fraud to be paid directly into the coffers of the Social Security System to offset the current or future deficit.   If you think of corporations as teams playing in a national league, like the NFL or AFL or NBA, these teams don’t let their players bet against their own teams, or to deal drugs to the spectators or peddle steroids to kids at the local playground.  They get penalized if they do...which is what should have happened with companies like Enron, Worldcom, HealthSouth, ColumbiaHCA, United Health Group, Arthur Anderson, Country Wide, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sacks and others like those who sold sub prime mortgages like punk junkies in South Chicago then used that as excuse to take our sovereign money.....ours not theirs.....to bail them out of a problem of their own making.  Joe Schmo was not sophisticated enough to have created the problem by wanting a house with a bigger bedroom.  That fiasco was Wall Street and Madison Ave rigged, pure and simple and then they bailed themselves out of their own septic tank using sovereign money.   Your money.  My money.   And if the NFL paid their penalties into a fund for the older players whose knees and hips have deteriorated like Dick Butkus’ and other I can think of... well you get my point.   If  we have a 15-20% corruption rate among corporations... which is probably even higher... and use that to leverage their assets into the coffers of social security,  then all’s well that ends well,” said Spiffelbeck.
Spifflebeck suggests that the same principle could be used by Penn State to divert money from its scandalous football program into its primary mission of education.  “I am hopeful that under this new approach it is proven that even the Federal Reserve is a criminal enterprise and that it be penalized so that its assets be diverted into the Social Security program,” said Spiffelbeck.  "Let the millionaires tax themselves through penalties when they stray off course, but don't blame the American worker by making them into welfare recipients.  Citizens for Sane Leadership also promote bans against moving production facilities offshore to Communist and tyrannical regions while returning goods made there to the U.S. by companies like Walmart.  Mr. Walton who founded the company and drove around that old truck as a symbol of his simplicity?  His father's job during the Great Depression was to evict American farmers from their homes at a time when they were most vulnerable.  That old truck was a reminded of Farmer Green Jeans who's now on foot.  So Walton's  cheap foreign goods made by the equivalent of slave labor is an example of the American free market system at it's best? I don't think so.  Put tariffs on goods made in communist and tyrannical countries like China and use that to replenish Social Security since that policy raped Social Security in the first place by taking our jobs," said Spiffelbeck.  "And give free U.S. citizenship and clandestine escape from their captors to any foreign citizens of tyrannical regions who will provide the proof we need of their crap and corruption so that we can go after their assets in a new international court aimed at promoting worldwide peace and stability.  Is Obama some kind of  an idiot for proposing this step back to the jungle?" asked Spiffelbeck.

Why Short Selling Should Be Banned in the United States

Random Copulative Assembly and The Healing Power Of Banning Short Stock Sales
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service
With the advent of Michael Lewis’ book The Big Short and it’s aggrandizement of short sellers who rejoice and profit in economic disasters like Kyle Bass, a key figure in Lewis' best seller, the question of banning short selling inevitably comes up.  Its recent ban in Europe, particularly Germany, has received widespread attention.
Michael Lewis,
author of The Big Short
Andrew Lo, an economist at M.I.T., has said “It’s a bit like suggesting we take heart patients in the emergency room off of the heart monitor because you don’t want to make doctors and nurses anxious about the patient.”  Others have argued that to ban short selling is to artificially protect the politicians and bankers who don’t want widespread panic.
“Who says they don’t want panic?” asked economist at the Rymanhowser Institute, Dr. Banisar Rubleminic.   “Hitler loved panic.  Remember the Reichstag Building?  Doctors and nurses don’t usually bet against the recovery of their patients.  That would be like the doctor or nurse owning the next door funeral home,” said Rubleminic.  When told that in the U.S. there are some states that have no laws against doctors owning funeral homes Rubleminic said, “Then I’d definitely find another doctor or move to another state!  And if you find that the doctors are receiving under the table kick backs from the morticians or fraudulent pill pushers, I would demonstrate to them a visual example of what economist Adam Smith called the Invisible Hand!" said Rubleminic.  "Theirs would disappear!  Legally.  They'd loose their medical licenses.  Nobody is arguing that the government not regulate physician behavior and some say that the American Medical Association is even due for a tightening of its own oversight policies."

Ken Lewis, Bank of America
considering "shot gun"
marriage of Bank of
America with Merrill
Lynch.
“I know economists and investment brokers who will argue ‘I can’t think of a a single good example of the market driving down a bank stock’, for example, when that bank is not already in terrible shape anyway,” said Rubleminic.  “Well I can,” he said.  “When Treasury Secretary, Henry Paulson, told Bank of America President, Ken Lewis, that his bank would have to buy out Merrill Lynch because of Merrill’s toxic assets, you might as well have held a gun to Lewis’ head.  Unless Lewis was in on the deal from the start  so as to appear not to want Paulson’s bailout money citing the real financial health of his bank.  We may never know,” said Rubleminic, “but banning short selling would go a long way to heal the U.S. economy.  “Simple is better,” said Rubleminic.   “Adam Smith’s Invisible Hand only works efficiently when there is simplicity in the markets.  We don't let baseball  or football players bet against their own teams.  Do that and you have what we economists call a 'random copulative assembly'.  When there  is a lot of slight of hand tricks the Invisible Hand is so damned invisible that it might as well have been amputated and fed to a bear,” said Rubleminic citing WorldCom, Enron, HealthSouth, ColumbiaHCA, United Health Group, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, AIG and several other companies he considers 'slight of hand' stock market magicians including accounting firms like Arthur Anderson who were suppose to provide what he called necessary "legal certainty to the investing public and handsoap for Smith's Invisible Hand when  it is covered with fecal material."  Rubleminic lamented what he described as the Wall Streeter's economist icon, Milton Friedman, as "always selling the reliability that no feces infected Smith's Invisible Hand....which as anyone can tell you is humanly impossible...which is why we wash."
I mentioned that Milton Friedman won a Nobel Prize for his work.  "So did Henry Kissinger....the Noble Peace Prize.  Can you believe that!"  retorted Rubleminic.  " You'd think the Nobel Peace Prize was created by some psycho bomb maker or something," he continued.

Rubleminic explained that there are two forms of chaos that undermine investor confidence....1) Random Copulative Assembly or  RCA and 2) Planned Copulative Assembly or PCA.  He noted that the second is significantly more devious than the first and seeks to permanently shift the Invisible Hand's motor mechanism by controlling the market's hidden ligament movements well up the Invisible Hand's wrist, forearm and shoulder.   "Random Copulative Assembly was what happened in 1979 when it was widely reported that two professional football teams, rumored to be the Washington Redskins and New York Giants, not unlike the  1919 Chicago Black Sox baseball scandal, were throwing the game, but neither knowing that the other team was purposely trying to lose.  They battled to a 0-0 tie before a twenty minute sudden death overtime when a defensive player accidently ran the ball into his own endzone for a touchback accidentally losing the game by two points," said Rubleminic citing the bizarre effects of Random Copulative Assemblies versus Planned Copulative Assemblies that have reliable outcomes, but only for a small group of power elites.
G. Gordon Libby, White House
Plumber and gold salesman.
Rubleminic said that one of the most obvious examples of what he calls the "Reichstag Rumble" is the advertisements of Rosland Capital, the gold purveyors.  "They use the CIA/White House plumber, G. Gordon Liddy, who was known for quietly spreading panic in Washington until he botched the Watergate break-in.  The subliminal message is that 'if your government hires guys like this piece of work,  you really ought to be in gold'.  I'm not so sure that the Rosland Capital guys didn't make the phone call to Washington Police to report Liddy's Watergate activities as part of their PCA strategy.  It sure the hell wasn't Forrest Gump!  What Americans should  be saying is.... 'we ought to use the rule of law and line up these assholes against the wall and execute them for treason when they undermine the nation's primary mission,'" said Rubleminic.  "Liddy, that kinky numb-nuts, was about as good a tactician as John McCain was at not crashing airplanes.  For Christ's sake, to crash five airplanes and not be drummed out of the service you'd have to be an Admiral's son rising against all reason within a Planned Copulative Assembly," said Rubleminic.

I explained that Senator McCain is an Admiral's son.

"Then in all seriousness, go get some gold!" said Rubleminic.

Rubleminic's work has not gone unnoticed by others who have attempted to trumpet a warning to the American citizenry.  George Royall of the non-profit group, The Invisible Hand, said that Rubleminic's work proved invaluable in his research into the manipulation of the free market by both RCA and PCA factions.  "We have shown this in the exposure of the government's civil defense film The House In the Middle which was a promotional advertisement for the American paint and varnish industry.  Our government leadership sides with Wall Street to form a PCA group that paints over the truth and cannot be trusted not to white wash the facts," said Royall who argued that "this is why our work is to insure that the Invisible Hand is truly invisible and clean if not manicured, and that it operates totally independently of outside forces like the severed hand in the horror film, The Addams Family.  Only when people fear the Invisible Hand like they do when they come over a hill doing 80 mph in 20 mph school zone and see Old Smokey's radar on the roadside ahead can you trust that the Invisible Hand is doing the job it was intended to do," said Royall.  Royall noted that dishonest Smokies can be the handmaiden's of RCA or PCA factions and as such should be "throughly washed and scrubbed out of their leadership roles."

Jo Becker, David Gellman, Jerry Sandusky and the Degeneracy of Robust Survival

Award winning Washington Post and NY Times insider-reporter, Jo Becker, has interviewed Jerry Sandusky for his view of the charges against him.

By Winsip Custer CPW News Service
Jerry Sandusky tells his highly redacted story to Jo Becker who admits at the outset that Sandusky's facial expressions are not always included in the interview.  A 2008 Pulitzer Prize winner for The Reckoning: Behind Biggest Insurer’s Crisis, A Blind Eye to a Web of Risk: How a Small Freewheeling Unit Brought A.I.G to Its Knees,  Jo Becker co-authored the piece with Grechen Morgenson,Peter S. Goodman, Charles Duhigg, Carter Dougherty, Eric Dash, Julie Creswell, Sheryl Gay Stolberg and Stephen Labaton.  As the title suggests, the Wall Street financial crisis was not the result of a systemic culture of runaway greed and corruption, but of a small, well-defined worm-eaten bad apple in a barrel of delicious healthy red fruit.  While Gretchen Morgenson's book Reckless Endangerment pummels the system as well as key individuals within it her glove never really touches the conservative Republicans whose leadership is historically tied to the Franklin Cover-Up in Omaha, Nebraska.  If you read the Prologue to Reckless Endangerment she argues that Barney Frank, James Johnson and Bill Clinton caused the 2008 economic melt-down.  Steve Labaton has left The Times and is now a full-time consultant for Goldman Sachs in Washington.  Gretchen, not only worked for Malcolm Forbe's magazine, the employer of convicted Iran-Contra conspirator, Secretary of Defense Casper Weinberger, but also for Malcolm's son, Steve Forbes, in his presidential bid.
“Basically, whoever wrote that apple sauce in Reckoning was an apologist for the big boys,” said Herman K. Winklemintz of the Society for Truth in Investigative Journalism of Vancouver, British Columbia.  Winklemintz has spent much of his career researching pedophilia in Vancouver and its relationship to the children and power elites of that region with roots in Omaha, Nebraska and Washington, D.C..  Winklemintz is working on a twelve year study of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover's obsession with the Lindberg child kidnapping case and he notes that "the timing of the release of the film on J. Edgar's life, written by the author of Milk, during the week of the Nebraska and Penn State game is highly suspicious....especially given the film's total disregard for the most chilling chapter in U.S. history, the near Nazi coup de'tat by Lindberg and his friends, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone and Philidelphian industrialist, Joseph Early Widener," said Winklemintz who admitted his anger that this was never taught to him in his formal education in the United States.  "The FBI's dealings with this case is totally hidden like it never happened and disappeared with J. Edgar's secret file," said Winklemintz who cited the firing of O. John Rogge, the U.S. government's chief investigator of the Lindberg, Ford and Firestone plot.   Winklemintz noted that a hand delivered letter from U.S. Attorney General, Thomas C. Clark in 1946 was delivered to Rogge by  an FBI agent named 'Mr. Savage'.  Savage had intercepted Rogge in Spokane, Washington.  "The incident is in both Rogge's book, The Official German Report and Dale Harrington's book Mystery Man," said Winklemintz indicating that America's far right and the Mafia which for forty years was given a pass by J. Edgar Hoover showed their mutual distrust of moderation which might lead toward Joseph McCarthy's feared Communist subversion.   This concordat between the FBI and organized crime provided a  "petrie dish for the kind of crap and corruption we see on Wall Street today," said Winklemintz noting that former FBI Director, Louis Freeh has been brought into the fray as Penn State's damage controller.  "Whatever rises must converge," said Winklemintz, "and I suspect that coach Sandusky's operation leaned against some very high and well established walls in Pennsylvania that link to places like Vancouver, Omaha and Washington."
Winklemintz noted that Sandusky's interviewer, Jo Becker, also won a UCLA Anderson School of Management Award with Barton David Gellman whose book Angler:  The Vice Presidency of Dick Cheney was summarized in Harper’s magazine by Gellman as…"There's no venality here. Cheney was not trying to aggrandize himself, to steer money to friends, or to set himself up for higher office. He simply believed that the stakes were high and he was more capable than others. He saw the world, he believed, as it truly is and was prepared to do the "unpleasant" things that had to be done to safeguard us. Cheney is a rare combination: a zealot in principle and a subtle, skillful tactician in practice.”
“For any journalist to have written that in 2008, two years after Dick Cheney unloaded birdshot into his close friend’s face….’a skillful tactician in practice’….and even after everything else we know about Cheney, he would have to be a loose wing nut or another apologist for the big boys,” said Winklemintz. In fact, that is what Winklemintz believes both Jo Becker and Barton David Gellman are…apologists.
I challenged Winkelmintz's assessment. "But Becker and Gellman won a 2009 Gerald Loeb Award in journalism," I recommended.  "So did Michael Lewis in 2011 for The Big Short which is pure propaganda for Kyle Bass and the gold and gun merchants," said Winklemintz citing my own work on the subject in Boomerang: The Big Short Is Big Bull.
“You have to consider the entire field of business and financial reporting provides the proper context for the whole Sandusky and Penn-State scandal.  Why would an up and coming business affairs writer take on a coaching scandal in an Ivy League school?  This is not Jo Becker of Human Rights Watch's (HRW) children's unit who works with David Gellman's friend Kenneth Roth, HRW's president and a former U.S. government Iran-Contra investigator....and remember the snow job that the whole Iran-Contra fiasco proved to be as it ultimately protected Reagan who admitted that he had a lapse in memory.  This Jo Becker's interview is not exactly in the mainstream. Why not a NY Times leading sports writer? An expert in adult and child psychology or pedophilia? Why business?” asks Winklemintz, "or Jo Becker of Human Right's Watch?  As Edward R. Murrow said...'if all of this doesn't confuse you, you don't understand.'  I believe it is because Sandusky’s legal team is calling the shots for him and knows that what he knows is his salvation, not his innocense.   They know that the stakes in this long-lingering series of incidents, as evidenced by the disappearance of a District Attorney, is far broader and wider and damning than the public yet realizes,” said Winklemintz.

Jo Becker, Sandusky interviewer (l) and Jo Becker
Human Rights Watch child advocate (r).

Winklemintz noted that Becker’s writing partner, David Barton Gellman, does not swim in any mainstream either and is a highly decorated investigative journalist anyway.  “The mainstream is all over the place,” said Winklemintz.  Consider that Al Gore’s mentor was Roger Revelle who is known for his arguments about global warming and his work at San Diego’s Scripps Oceanographic Institute, but that Gellman delivered a talk on his book Angler about Dick Cheney at the Revelle Forum.
It was learned that in 1991 Roger Revelle made a speech at the Bohemian Grove in Northern California, where he apologized to some of the world’s most powerful industrialists for his research that sent so many people in the wrong direction on global warming.

"Revelle worried about the political fallout from the United Nations' IPCC and Al Gore. A man named Don Michael Schmidtman who lives in the San Francisco area was there that day. Reportedly Schmidtman remembers the Revelle speech very well and told about it in some detail.  That was in 1991.  Revelle died of a heart attack shortly after that presentation in the same year forever solidifying his recantation in the public forum," said Winklemintz.

Attempts to confirm Winklemintz's assertion containing the Revelle 1991 speech at Bohemian Grove only provided a report on the internet appearing to begin with a site titled Uncensored with the posting on March 30, 2009 by Clare Swinney, an author tied by other stories to the 9/11 Truth movement, but nothing more.  If there had been an attempt to discredit Revelle with claims that he had jettisoned his belief in the dangers of global warming, this was set to rest by a September 13, 1992 Washington Post article by Revelle's daughter, Carolyn Revelle Hufbauer titled "Global Warming: What My Father Really Said".  Still, why the high profile interest in the sad situation in State College, Pennsylvania by writers of the larger U.S. business  and government reporting community?
Winklemintz noted that the Revelle Forum was domiciled in the University of California’s Neurosciences Institute headed by renowned brain scientist from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School and Nobel prize winner, Dr. Gerald M. Edleman .  “Edeleman’s unique contribution to mind science is, I believe, found in his argument that degeneracy contributes to robustness of biological traits.  In other words, the reason that the strong survive is because they are less averse to whatever it takes to survive than those little weaklings that cannot ‘take one for the team’,” said Winklemintz as he reflected on how  and why Sandusky would tell young boys “it’s not what happens to you, but how you handle what happens to you.”
If this is a recurring theme in the Sandusky story as more and more witnesses who were "worked out" by the coach come forward, it may "indicate a form of radical Darwinism of the type applied by Nazi mind scientists during World War II and incorporated in the Cold War's CIA mind control programs," said Winklemintz.  When asked if he believed that this was somehow related to the wounded Texas attorney Harry M. Whittington thanking Dick Cheney for his friendship after receiving a near-deadly load of bird pellets in the face and torso, Winklemintz, said “Yes, I can imagine Mr. Cheney saying,’hey, Whittington, it’s not the fact that you were shot, but what you do with it’ and then Whittington saying ‘thank you Dick’”, said Winklemintz noting the collectivism inherent in both communist/socialist and fascist thinking and its destruction of the individual.  "Western civilization was built on the value of the individual and we are at war over its proper place within a spectrum of lesser, but highly motivated and devious, philosophies," Winklemintz concluded citing America's fight against British monarchical imperialism, World War II's battle against Fascist tyrrany, the Cold War's fight against the collective oppression of Communism and this spring's revolutions across longstanding monarchical models of world government which found us often backing the wrong philosophies for narrower nationalistic interests....mostly oil," said Winklemintz.
"The Jewish community didn't learn this lesson in Germany?" I asked Winklemintz citing the possibility that Gellman, Edleman and even Winklemintz, himself, were of Jewish heritage.  "They have always held it. Rule of law that is.  The value of the individual.  King David, the leader of Israel's Golden Age did not inherit his role like a son of a first-born king as did Mr. Widener or Bush or Cheney.  Sadly, people forget," said Winklemintz, "from every corner of life they forget with great fan fare....and usually for a price."

Incompatibility Redefined

Un-Spratt Church Rejects Fat and Skinny Spouses
By Winsip Custer CPW News Services
People use to accept Jack Spratt and his wife.  No longer.  Acting on the example of the Kentucky Freewill Baptist Church that rejected interracial marriage, the  new Well-Yoked Fellowship of Venice Beach, California, formerly the Lord of the Palates Assembly, which meets in the Bronze Age Maxi-Gym has announced a new leniency toward divorce.  “The Bible says that we should not be unequally yoked,” said the church’s pastor, Rev. Blaine B. Knox.   “It goes without saying that Susan and Sidney Farmer, Jack and Betty Crow and Sammy and Beth Foreman are as unequally yoked as a Clydesdale and a Shetland Pony.”
Dr. Barry G. Griswell of the nearby Center for Centered Living said “it is a well established fact that we human beings share a common gnome that survived the mating of the first modern humanoids and Neanderthals to provide 98% duplication of the human DNA.   However, in the case of Jack and Betty Crow that little bundle of 98% similarity of DNA is carried in package that is 95.5% heavier in Betty’s case.  I can fully understand why Rev. Knox is taking the position he is taking, “ said Dr. Griswell as he spoke from his Nordic Track elliptical trainer.

Moderate Church Changes Its Stance on Members' Coloration
By Winsip Custer CPW News Service
Following a conservative Kentucky church’s passage of a inter-racial marriage ban, the church across town made of former Hatfield and McCoy family members who purposely intermarried following the blood bath known as the Hatfield and McCoy feud passed their new “people of a different color” campaign.

Ronnie Hatfield and Stella, Betty and Suzie McCoy
protesting the Gulnare Freewill Baptist Church stance.

“I got the idea from one of our members who is a realtor.  He was asked to show a mixed race couple…..oriental and native American Indian….a new home and they asked if the neighbors were friendly," said the pastor of the ReUnited Children of David's Rose of Sharon Church.   “Sir, you could be green or purple and fit right in with your neighbors.  They have long believed that ugly is something that starts in the human heart and ends up in the human head,” said Rev. Peter Weederman quoting his parishioner.    Weederman said after the Gulnare church’s stance the congregation voted to all dye themselves green.  Though this is not a statement about  world ecology, he did say that they liked the color of green and the congregation voted on it.  Green won by 584 votes.  The next highest color was gray, but they liked green a lot more,” said Weederman who said that the color is very helpful during deer hunting season as "a perfect camo color."

Rakoff Rakes Off SEC/CitiBank's Suit, Vest and Pants

Judge Rakoff Pulls SEC/CitiBank Case Off the Rack

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

As Wall Street occupiers cry for reforms of the nations financial markets, NY Judge Jed Rakoff strikes down an out of court settlement between the SEC and CitiBank.  The $285 million settlement which if paid by CitiBank would have eliminated any requirement to make the facts of the case known is what was at issue at a time when disgruntled Americans are ready to reach for their pitchforks.

“In much of the world, propaganda reigns, and truth is confined to secretive, fearful whispers. Even in our nation, apologists for suppressing or obscuring the truth may always be found,” Rakoff wrote. “But the SEC, of all agencies, has a duty, inherent in its statutory mission, to see that the truth emerges; and if it fails to do so, this court must not, in the name of deference or convenience, grant judicial enforcement to the agency’s contrivances…. for otherwise, the court becomes a mere handmaiden to a settlement privately negotiated on the basis of unknown facts, while the public is deprived of ever knowing the truth in a matter of obvious public importance.”
In September 2009, Rakoff  pulled the Bank of American/SEC settlement off the same rack as if to say that there will be no “off the rack suits in something as intricately woven as a U.S. bank and SEC wrong-doing settlement.”  Rakoff wants the public to see more of the stitches and contours that define the American financial tailoring style.
It was Bank of America’s CEO, Ken Lewis, who declined to accept the Paulson bailout money just after the 2008 election because Lewis was sitting over the most financially viable bank in the country at the time.  Instead, Lewis was forced to accept the money and then purchase Merrill Lynch, formerly Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith.  The Pierce name links to U.S. President Franklin Pierce and ancestor of Barbara Pierce Bush.  Bank of America was forced to use its bail out money to bail out Merrill Lynch from its lumbering sub-prime loans much the same way as the U.S. taxpayers soverign money was used to bail out the S&L’s which included Silverado Savings on whose board was GHWB and Barbara’s son, Neil Bush.
“What makes this hidden disgorgement like the green puke spewed projectile-like from the spinning head of the obsessed girl in the Exorcist is that the priest, in this case the SEC, and parishoner, in this case CitiBank, are cohorts in cahoots to save face....thus costing those wronged any serious chance at recompense,” said Wishman T. Dice of the Wall Street consulting firm of Dice, Dice and Ruletts, LLC who noted CitiBank's long standing insider relationship with the U.S. government's leading power brokers.  Dice cited a CitiBank timeline from the Clinton to the George W. Bush administrations that was developed by former Los Angeles police officer and investigator Michael Ruppert showing CitiBank’s relationship to former CIA Director, John Deutsch:

  •  May 10, 1995 - John Deutch sworn in as Director of Central Intelligence Agency.

BENETTON AND UNHATEFUL KISSING

BENETTON: UNHATE AD KISSES UP TO SAVVY RETAILERS
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

The United Colors advertising campaign of Benetton’s photographic ad  wizzer, Oliviero Toscani, which launched in 1982 needed to be redefined, re-energized and reshaped for a brighter, younger, but less hopeful market.   “Jobs pay for clothes. Not kisses.  These kids have felt like the world has told them to ‘kiss my ass’.   The world-wide economic picture sucks,” said Igor Rumincendle of the non-profit Center for Ad Literacy in Brookline, Massachusetts.   Enter TBWA a subsidiary of Sigmund Freud and Edward Bernay’s monolithic mind blowing cranium crunchers, Omnicron.  With a long history of sliding the most powerful mind-science motivational manipulators under the radar of conscious thinking, TBWA decided to sell clothing with nothing more than a kiss.  But a unique kiss.  One that captures a vision of the seemingly impossible, like Coca-Cola teaching the world to sing in perfect harmony while Coke executives  helped fund Iran-Contra training bases in Belize in the 1980’s.

“Advertising is amoral at its core,” said Rumincendle.  “But when the Vatican revolted at the thought of the Pope kissing a Muslim cleric just after 37 Roman Catholic pedophiles were revealed in June, 2011 in Philadelphia just ahead of the Sandusky scandal, the gig was up.  It was a perfect storm of crisscrossed tornadoes.  Even though there’s going to be a tremendous surge in product identity associated with the campaign, it is way too early to tell if that will have an overall positive or negative effect on Benetton’s  bottom line.  I mean, who could possibly be against an innocent kiss?  What could a kiss possibly do with anything but joy and happiness and rising Thanksgiving to Christmas clothing sales?  These youngsters have been kissed more than Ireland’s Blarney Stone,” said  Rumincendle.

AFTER SANDUSKY and PATERNO

FREE MARKET SOLUTION TO CHILD ABUSE:
“PEDO-FREE CERTIFICATION”

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

In response to Jerry Sandusky’s problems with children at Penn State the Simi Valley, California firm Pedo-Policing, LLC has come up with a solution to protecting children and institutions from child abuse and cover-up.
“We provide an iron-clad endorsement of any and all organizations that deal with children and are concerned about the conduct of their employees and the risks involved in hidden unethical, illegal or immoral conduct,” said Jasper G. Gimminez the company’s founder.

ViewAll 360 degree camera collar
“Our stylish state-of-the-art camera collar called the ‘View-All’ provides 24/7 surround-sound and viewing of all employees who deal with children.  We see and hear what the employees see and hear.   Whoever is fortunate enough to be given jobs in such forward-thinking and sensitive institutions will have the full support and protection of the ‘PedoFree Certification’,” said Gimminez.
The nearly indestructible camera-collar is solar and battery powered and never needs maintenance while sending out a signal on broadband channels that is fed to continuous loop computer storage.  “It takes a 360 degree continuous video with high quality sound and imaging,” said Gimminez.
“Our endorsement and continuous monitoring is far less expensive than the cost of multiple civil suits as in the Sandusky and Penn State case, “ said Gimminez
Critics argue that Gimminez’ program and company violate privacy laws.  Gimminez argues that this is not the case as the cameras can be set on a “blurred image” setting for up to four minutes every two hours for giving  the wearer privacy for potty breaks and such.  The sound recording continues and children are instructed to yell 'Sandusky! Sandusky!' if ever threatened.  Others argued that this is not enough time for some functions.  “If the U.S. Navy’s sub-mariners can shower in less than two minutes, we think it’s plenty of time,” said Gimminez who concluded….”desperate times  demand desperate measures.”
Gimminez sees the ViewAll as a solution to much more than child abuse as in the Sandusky case.  “We believe that beyond schools, the courts, companies, and even marriage partners will use them in cases of all kinds.  If Hillary Clinton had used one…..demanded its use by President Bill Clinton…..after the Jessica Flowers affair….there may never have been a Monika Lewinski,” said Gimminez who added….”though the President’s national security clearance may have been compromised, but how he passed an FBI assessment with all those potential security leaks going in is beyond me, anyway.  Which is why we will offer the service free to Mrs. Obama should she ever need it and the Secret Service will have its own ‘View All’ system provided by my company for free with their own confidential monitoring.”

Meanwhile, just as the Penn State marching band is removing the Star Wars Evil Empire theme from its repertoire, Sandusky, Ohio  residents have petitioned the city to change it's name to Kidsville, Ohio.

PENN STATE TO CHANGE ITS TUNE

No more Evil Empire Theme for Marching Band
By Winsip Custer CPW News Service

In an effort to revamp its image as an evil football powerhouse, the Penn State Marching Band will discard American composer John Williams' draconian Star Wars theme, "The Imperial March".
“We are delighted that after years of hearing that sardonic, grinding, dirge that we now equate with a Dracula-like coach Joe Paterno running out of his cave and into the arena, we will be uplifted, instead, by the marvelous work of Miklos Rozsa from Ben Hur, 'Parade of the Chariots', ” said Binny McBride of the Nittany Lion Tamers, a citizens' support group from Philadelphia.
"We feel that Penn State's decline began when it added this weak and morbid song just because it seemed to match Paterno's appearance and personality.  When Penn State identified with the Roman Empire rather than with the enslaved Ben Hur and other oppressed peoples its fate was sealed.  For any part of America to identify with the evil empire's theme is like putting a gargoyle of Darth Vader on the Washington National Cathedral," said McBride.

When it was explained to McBride that a gargoyle of Darth Vader is on the Washington National Cathedral, his response was...."Well, then what the hell did you expect?"

Heidi Weber, a tuba player from Munich, Germany, said "We Germans know what can happen to you when you think of yourself as an evil empire and start playing its theme song.  It is sad when you think about it.  It's almost like America has the same death wish we had in the 1930's and 40's," said Heidi.  "It's almost as if our most monstrous personalities were imported to join up with some wretched Americans and are recreating our old mess over there."
It was explained that under  the CIA's Operation Paper Clip, that's exactly what happened.  Heidi said, "Gut, was zur Holle hast du erwartet?"......"Well, what the hell did you expect?"

NYPD Police Celebrate Thanksgiving with Protestors
Police Splitting Their Overtime With America's New Job Creators
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

“The overtime is great, but we sure wouldn’t have it if these protestors were not here.   This is our way of thanking them for keeping us working.  It can’t be any worse than what the bankers and politicians did in the big Wall Street bailout,” said Robert Quizzling, a NYPD officer from Newark.
Quizzling, who is single, is now dating Beth Rister, an out of work computer graphics designer from Chicago.  “We met on Wall Street at the protest and he was so nice.  At first I thought he was going to billy club me, but when our eyes met, we knew that everything else was just some passing parade.  We’re forever,” said Ms. Rister who explained  that they are planning a June wedding in front of the Wall Street bronze bull.

Kenneth C. Frazier of Merck Sees Future of Penn State Murky

KENNETH C. FRAZiER CEO OF MERCK TO HEAD PENN STATE INVESTIGATION
Freeh Free To Probe Penn State’s Hind Quarters In Search of Wrong Doing

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

The 56 year old CEO of Merck Pharmeuticals, Kenneth C. Frazier, has been appointed to the daunting task of shedding light on the horrific scandal that has gripped Happy Valley, Pennsylvania and the nation.
Frazier’s position over Merck’s 40,000 employees world-wide, has given him extensive experience in handling public relations nightmares as the Sandusky case is proving to be.  Noting that Merck was able to handle its own scandal issues related to price fixing and illegal physician compensation that resulted in only a $671 million fine, sources close to Frazier indicated that “this thing should be cleaned up for less than a couple of billion, certainly no more than $4.5 billion.”
The Merck fine was only twice the cost of United Health Group's out of court settlement for similiar practices which sent it's CEO, Dr. Wayne McGuire, into retirement in Florida where he donated his $41 million butterfly collection to Florida State University and invested his $1 billion compensation and severance package.
In 2006, a Florida State University linebacker, A.J. Nicholson,  was indicted for raping a woman which brought coach Joe Paterno to the player's defense.  This triggered a demand for Paterno's resignation from the National Organization of Women or NOW whose members cried "Do it NOW.  NOW! You hear us?  NOW!"  It is not known if Nicholson did community service time mounting butterflies for FSU's new collection to help him reform from mounting unwilling co-eds as many members of NOW recommended.  Two years late in 2007 Nicholson, a second year player for the Bengals, was arrest in Cincinnati for assaulting a woman. He became a poster child for player misconduct.
The NCAA board member, Anthony Welters, also of United Health Group, could not be reached for clarification on the Paterno-Florida State player connection.   Nor could we get his take on the plans of the NCAA for dealing with Penn State.    Nor for possible connections of the Florida's player, A.J. Nicholson, to Paterno since the incident.  Nor for Penn State's and Florida State's problems as part of an overarching culture of corruption, greed and averice accentuated by the fine paid by Merck, the out of court settlement by United Health Group founder, Dr. McGuire, followed by his $41 million gift. Nor for current Florida Governor, Rick Scott's finding "safe harbor" in Florida and his election to the state's highest office after his company, Columbia-HCA, paid a medicare-fraud fine was just over $1.7 billion, a national record for health care companies.

settlement for a whistleblower lawsuit for distributing
tainted and non-effective drugs like Paxil
was $750 million.

Frazier, a former general council lawyer for Merck, is also a director with Exxon Mobile Corporation  and Cornerstone Christian Academy in Philadelphia.  He is a member of the Council On Foreign Relations, The American Law Institute and the American Bar Association.
"I hope the families at Penn State get a better deal than the sea otters in Prince William Sound," said Rusty Roche, a former Penn State supporter and founder of Wilderness Trekkers, a not for profit "call of the wild" foundation dedicated to reinstilling the values of primitive societies in modern American culture. "Our overarching mission is to rewrite the foundational beliefs of the American Philosophical Society to recapture a lost sense of our nobler primitive passions....like protection of all children and not selling poison to people just cause it turns a buck.  And really cleaning up our sxxx piles once we take a dump on some pristine shore," said Roche who insists that President Obama cannot remove troops from Iraq until "we put that nation back to as good a shape as it was in before we invaded it."
Meanwhile, Penn State students are wondering if Federal Pell grants will in any way be effected by any future Penn State court settlements.

Super Committee Is A Super Duper!

American Citizens Duped Again!
KERRY AND OTHERS SCROLL THROUGH OPTIONS OFFER NO KEYS TO REARRANGING THE ORDER

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

Senator John Kerry spread Heinz ketchup on his roasted pheasant.  As he did he claimed that the whole Super Committee process has been swiftly set adrift on a rudderless boat.   Americans trying to celebrate Thanksgiving discovered that the only thing that the U.S. government’s Super Committee has brought to the table is small plate of stale dressing mated with a continuing, steady dribble of  cold debt-giblet gravy.
Washington insider, Farnsworth U. Sarious, said it clearly, “The adults no longer live in Washington.  I think they’ve moved out long ago leaving only these little SOB picking their noses in the sandbox of their local nursery....the Congress and Senate.  Look, in my study of history it's all the same.  While we were supposedly bringing freedom to Southeast Asia and the U.S. power elites were chasing profits from the natural resources and especially the poppies of the Golden Triangle and now, Afghanistan, I had plenty of time to study it.  Take Republican President Lincoln's first 'Navy Seal'....William B. Cushing.  These guys are always made out to be just one of the boys, but do you think that just 'one of the boys' would be standing in such stark contrast to the U.S.S. Malvern's Admiral David Dixon Porter on his own ship?  Not unless he was a hell of lot more powerful, like the Cushings of the New England China Trade....opium smugglers," said Sarious holding up a photograph of the Union Navy's USS Malvern's crew.  "Same with Kerry," said Sarious.  "You don't have to be a member of Scroll and Key or Skull and Bones to see it," he said.

Lt. William B. Cushing "Lincoln's First Seal" on board the USS Malvern.

standing with arms folded as if to say...."we reject this scam!"  Sarious has
pointed out that Mrs. Barack Obama worked for the Springfield, Il. law
firm that represented Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln.
Sarious noted that while Admiral Porter lived long enough to be buried in Arlington National Cemetery since the initial response was for Union soldiers to avoid it since it was built on the Robert E. Lee estate, the Admiral was given no where near the place of honor given to William B. Cushing.  Buried overlooking the U.S. Naval Academy where sailors were trained to protect the China Trader's lucrative  'China Trade' routes, lies Cushing's granite casket.  Sarious also noted the recent mishandling of soldiers' remains at  Arlington National Cemetery while noting that forty of the Union Generals were buried in Cincinnati, Ohio near Alphonso Taft who along with other New England families created in 1833 the Yale Skull and Bones Society of which the  Taft's, Russell's, Cushings, Bushes, Kerry's and others are a part.

William B. Cushing (r).

Sarious, whose father was founder of the Minutemen’s Bank of Greater Bute, Montana said that he was most disappointed by the fact that the “Thomas Jefferson Debt Reduction Plan” forwarded by his group of blue collar, white collar, red collar, green collar and gray ring-around-the-collar independents, dependents and semi-self-supporting-can-collectors was “flatly rejected by those scum-bag-silver-spoon-up-the-kazoo pabulum purveyors in Washing-tons-of-your-money-down-the-drain, D.C...  Sarious' group of concerned citizens called "Mutiny For The Bounty" is seen here from his Swift Boat days in Vietnam where he was stationed with Kerry and other GI's.

The Thomas Jefferson Debt Reduction Plan calls for “ a unified, nationwide, non-interest-group-directed course of battle-zone austerity that put’s America back in the saddle, again.”
