The inaction of bystanders to render aide to Kitty Genovese, for example, a woman who was repeatedly stabbed in New York with multiple witnesses failing to render help, is given as a rationale for the delay in the release of the Sandusky indictment. Temper that with the Rodney King riots when young blacks in L.A. threw themselves between an angry mob and a desperate truck driver to save his life. This is not about the ‘Bystander Syndrome’,” said Laminature. “There's too many coincidences in this case when you consider the disappearance of a prominent Pennsylvania District Attorney who refused to release the indictment earlier.
