Whale Wars, Japanese Sashimi, China Traders And Barking With Bob Barker

Raw Deals
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

When Milton Eisenhower, General Dwight D. Eisenhower's brother, was appointed to head the Japanese interment camps in the US during WWII, he was concerned that Samauri swords would be waved in the faces of Californians from a "5th column" of Japanese-Americans.  That didn't happen.  Instead those swords are often seen today at the Sushi Bars from San Francisco to Manhattan.
According to the Hawaii Seafood Buyers Guide, yellowfin tuna is widely used in sushi bars, often served raw or barely seared.  Tuna buyers recognize two grades of tuna "sashimi grade" and "other".  In 2010, Greenpeace International  added yellowfin tuna, Thunnus Albacares, to its seafood "red list" meaning that it is being harvested in non-sustainable ways, much like the whales which are also being served in sushi bars.

Yellow fin tuna
Like yellow fin tuna, whale has also been a Japanese delicacy.  Whale flesh is often delivered to Japanese restaurants under the guise of scientific research that uses excess meat for human consumption.
In April 2010, Dennis Romero reported for the Santa Monica City News that whale sashimi turned up at the Santa Monica restaurant called The Hump.  He wrote " The restaurant closed last month after it and a sushi chef were charged with serving the endangered meat following undercover dining by a documentary film crew"
Fred Olson from Santa Monica said "I didnt' know it was whale.  I knew the meat looked a little funny compared to other cuts of sashimi, but I always like a new adventure and didn't want to miss anything in spite of the hefty price."

A typical dinner of sushi in Southern California for four can run four or five times the cost of American or other ethnic cuisuine leading Mr. Olson to remark "Yea, those Samauri warriors didn't get us one way, but they sure got us in another," he said pointing to the large and small Samauri swords over the sushi bar where we met.

Olson, whose father sailed aboard the USS Panay, an American gun ship that was actually fired upon in 1937 during the Japanese invasion of China and the rape of Nanking, instilled some of this adventuresome spirit in his son.  Before the Japanese attack on China the Panay protected US interests along the Yangtze River...Rockefeller oil production from the region and the "China Trade" which everyone knew was a synonym for opium," he said.

"The Mao Revolution expelled the Americans for supporting the China Trade.  We even used the threat of a Japanese invasion to protect our legitimate and illigitimate interests there.  As a counter balance to the Japanese we could carry out gunboat diplomacy along the Yangtze River prior to Japan's all out invasion.  We felt that it was higher moral ground to sell them opium and kill 'em little by little than to charge them with bayonets, so we were the good guys.  We even sent them nice missionaries.  Meanwhile, back home, Supreme Court Justices like Fred Vinson led the charge for outlawing marijuana, which was really an embargo on hemp rope, which was going to be replaced by synthetic ropes from the oil industry which didn't want the hemp competition and instead favored state-sponsored monopolies.  It was a hand in glove procedure.  In fact, Illinois Governor, Daniel Walker who clerked for Justice Vinson, was well aware of the China Trade connection.  His father sailed on one of the Yangtze River gun boats.  Daniel Walker was not only the man who was appointed with Milton Eisenhower to investigate Mayor Richard Daley's handling of the 1968 Democratic National Convention Riots in Chicago, but he went  on to form Walker Savings and Loan which received most of its money from Bill Clinton's friend from Arkansas, Daniel Lasater, whose Mena, Arkansas Iran-Contra connections have leaked out like honey from a beehive slapped by a bear paw.  Bill Clinton's brother, Roger, was Lasater's chaffeur .   Governor Walker went to jail for three years for his part in the Saving and Loan scandal which included close ties to Neil Bush, brother of George Walker Bush. But who better to call the Irishman mayor of Chicago, Richard Daley, a renegade leader of a police riot, than Dan Walker?  When Daniel Walker was released and retired to San Diego, he then moved to Baja and became a writer for English speaking newspaper there. I was sure that he was an ancestor of the Baja filibusterer, William Walker, but who knows?  Maybe he just liked it better there than in Illinois or Texas where he grew up."

David Blaine Football Videos Will Be Levitating Off Shelves

David Blaine Football Videos

Winsip Custer CPW News Service

David Blaine, the levitating street magic wizard has produced a new training video for football players who want to know how slight of hand can help them win football games.

"Players said to me 'if you can do that with magic techniques, why not teach us how to do it in football to give a player the edge they need to win," said Blaine whose videos will go on sale on January 25th.

Among the techniques taught are "Holding without Your Hands", "Chop Blocking Unseen", "Face Guards are Just Handles", "Clipping That's Their Fault", "Hidden Kicker Kicking", "Blurring the Line Between Necessary and Unnecessary Roughness".

The NCAA, NFL Players Association and High School Football Coaches Association have all denounced the videos as being counter to the spirit and letter of football's historic rules.  The corresponding referees' and field judges organizations have also decried Blaine's videos as in poor taste.

Meanwhile, the sale of Blaine's videos titled Field of Dreams are expected to be brisk.  The four part package sells for $425.00 per set.

Fred Paxton with BBO Sports Media in Kansas City said, "Your school or team has to buy the damn things just to know how to protect yourself against these techniques in case they really work.  Blaine will make a fortune.  Blaine should make one for golf, basketball and baseball.

British Royal Wedding Coin Doctored by Buckingham Palace Kate Middleton Not Pleased With Trickery

Royal Wedding Coin Not Plumped Up in Pressing

the prior proof- PC"

Contrary to reports that the image of the future bride of Prince William was somehow plumped up in the pressing process, Buckingham Palace's garbage revealed a photo apparently doctored by a member of the royal family. The photo of the coin proof provided a model indicating that the image should look more like the one provided than like the actual likeness of Kate Middleton. "More like this than like the prior proof," said the notation with the initials PC.

The photo was found near the back alley of Buckingham palace underneath five spent jars of Russian caviar.  Beneath the proof was a London Times with Kate Middleton's photo and a story about the fairy book wedding that is in the making.

"I am sure that someone in the palace doctored the coin's image to make Kate look less beautiful than she is," said John Rogers who found the scanned copy of the proof and presented it to Reuters, London.

John Hall Says American People Still the One In Spite of John McCain and George Walker Bush Treachery

NY Former Congressman Says McCain and Bush Had No Respect for Private Property or Rule of Law

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

When John McCain and George W. Bush disregarded intellectual property laws just as William Walker had disregarded the sovereignty of Central American nations, a pattern of 'the hell with you, what's yours is mine' became so obvious that it could not be disputed," said John Hall.  John Hall was the  New York Congressman and a founder of the group Orleans.  Their song Still The One is an American Rock and Roll classic and both Republicans, McCain and Bush, took Hall's song for their own campaign's music without bothering to ask 'whose is this?'" said Hall.

"Their thievery goes to the heart of all that is wrong with America," said Hall.  "Our ancestors came to these shores to create a new life where freedom, honor, justice and liberty were to be respected.  These guys are nothing but filibusterers like William Walker whose treachery was confronted in California and then in Central America.  They take what is not theirs and smile at you while they spit in your eye.  It's high time we put them where they belong.  Behind bars.  Why?  Because as far as the American people are concerned we're Still the One!" said Hall

When asked if John Hall would support an effort by the group Central Americans for the Exhumation and DNA Analysis of William Walker's Remains which is pushing for removal of William Walker's body from the  Cementerir Viejo in Trujillo, Honduras so that his DNA can be compared with that of the George W. Bush, John Hall said, "what a great idea!"

Million Dollar Money Drop Wrong Answer Correct for Gabe Okoye and Brittany May

Which Came First, the Walkman, the McIntosh of the Post It Notes?
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

John Smithers of Watonka, Ohio has what Gabe Okoye and Brittany May desperately need for a law suit against Fox Television....a 1977 receipt for Post It Notes bought from  the Office Warehouse in Watonka.  They were told that their answer to the question...'which came first....an Apple McIntosh, a Sony Walkman or 3M Post It Notes?'  was wrong. They said Post It Notes came first and lost all but $80,000.

"I was going through an old high school letter jacket when I pulled out a wad of papers.  I thought it would be a love note to Mary Beth Lawson.  It was her letter to me, but with it was the receipt for the 3M Post It Notes that I used to plaster her locker the Monday after our high school prom in 1977," said Smithers

When asked if Mr. Smithers was going to make the receipts available to Mr. Okoye and Ms. May so they can win their dispute with the contest's designers,  Smithers said..."Yea, for the right price."  Representatives at 3M were not available for comment and the Office Warehouse in Watonka closed when Office Depot and Walmart opened subsequently in nearby cities.  Mr. Smithers contacted Mary Beth Lawson who is now Mary Beth Grider in Miami, Florida to see if she still has the photographs of the Post It Notes hanging form her school locker.

"She first said that she had them, " said Smithers, "but her husband works for 3M and will likely lose his job if she turns over the photographs so now she says she can't find them. I asked some our good friends from back then if they could remember me using Post It Notes that day.  Everyone one of them asked me if I had lost my friggin' mind."

William F. Buckley, C. Wright Mills, Braxton Bragg and Nathan Bedford Forrest

Professor Loses Tenure Over How The West Was Won...and Why

by Winsip Custer CWP News Service

Dr. Lowell P Wigglesworth, Professor of American History at Continental College in Oakland, California, will not receive tenure and is suing the college for job discrimination based on their rejection of his doctoral thesis. Wigglesworth claims his thesis is as solid an account of American history as those provided by the leading textbook publishers.

"I make the case in my thesis that Shelby Foote loved Nathan Bedford Forrest because Forrest knew that Braxton Bragg had opened the front door of the Confederacy in Kentucky and Tennessee with losses at Fort Donnelson and Fort Henry and that Forrest finally got a handle on who Braxton Bragg was really working for...the Northern Railroad interests who wanted to acquire the South's agricultural production and its lowland rail route to San Diego instead of having to punch through the Rockies," said Dr. Wigglesworth speaking in long, lugubrious sentences.

Wigglesworth was hired by the college because of his knowledge of the San Francisco connections to Leland Stanford who was one of the "Big 4" who built the Transcontinental Railroad along the Omaha to San Francisco route.

"We just didn't look closely enough at Wiggleworth's assertions that showed the entire Civil War being a means of Northern Industrialists commandeering the South for a rail route from Alexander Brown's hometown of Baltimore.*  Brown's connections to E.H. Harriman and their eventual creation of Brown Brothers Harriman and then to Brown and Root and eventually to Kellogg Brown and Root or KBR were too controversial for our little college to absorb," said Continental College President, Samuel B. Morse Walker, a descendant of both Samuel F.B. Morse and William Walker the "Grey-eyed Man of Destiny" who died in Central America trying to annex Nicaragua and Honduras.  That was a hundred and fifty years before the Iran-Contra debacle in the same country that had Ronald Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush's administration hauled before Congress for neutrality violations.  "And it made me very uncomfortable when Wigglesworth argued that President Bush may be related to filibusterer William Walker and then there were all the Yale connections between Bush and Walker and Harriman and Brown and the others and that also made us squirm.  Especially when these guys' ancestors cloister together in the woods each year not a hundred mile from here.  Plus he makes the claim that the push to the Pacific was to get to the Orient's opium poppies for the China trader-Brahmins of New England and it was quicker than going around the Horns," said the college president.

William Walker was expelled from California the year following Jefferson Davis' appointment as the primary surveyor for a Southern transcontinental railroad route through Santa Fe, New Mexico to San Diego, California. William Walker's filibusterers came mostly from Kentucky and Tennessee, but after failing in Baja his recruiting efforts shifted to Galveston, Texas in 1857 for the Nicaragua venture," according to Dr. Wiggleworth's doctoral dissertation, two years after sailing from San Francisco for Central America with what was left of this Baja soldiers of fortune.  His efforts were publicly endorsed by President Franklin Pierce, an ancestor of Barbara Pierce Bush, wife of George Herbert Walker Bush and mother of George Walker Bush.

"Southerner, General Braxton Bragg, was a scoundrel," said Dr. Wigglesworth.  "Nathan Bedford Forrest was correct.  He is also a direct relative of one of the most controversial sociologists in Amercican history who would have had great insights into this whole matter had he lived longer, C. Wright Mills.  Mills, author of The Power Elite, an exploration into the U.S. Military Industrialist Complex,  grew up in Texas where his grandmother was a Gallagher of the San Patricio Colony.  Had it not been for John Henry Brown of Galveston, Indianola, Belton and Dallas encourageing the Roman Catholic Bishops at Alexander Brown's hometown of Baltimore to send English speaking Catholic Priests the Irish would have been fighting for the Mexicans...as many did anyway and the Texas Revolution would have been lost" said Dr. Wigglesworth.  "The popular song 'Give Them More Grape Captain Bragg' was in honor of Braxton Bragg fighting in Texas in 1847 so he was well aware of things there.  That was more than a decade before the Civil War, but it shows you the unfolding gameplan of connecting the coasts by rail across the South.  It was just harder to do than Alexander Brown's clan and the Harriman's had realized. So they went around the pithy Rebels and cut through the Rockies using poor Irish in the East and imported Chinamen in the West.  The Southern route would come later.  C.Wright Mills grew up at Lagarta Ranch minutes by car from Duval County where William F. Buckley of National Review Magazine grew up.  Buckley's father was the sheriff of Duval County, the county responsible for the senatorial election of LBJ who replaced Irish Bostonian Catholic, John F. Kennedy, after his murder in Texas in 1963.

According to Wigglesworth, Braxton Bragg opened the door to the Southern rivers with the losses of Fort Henry and Donnelson, was later removed from the front to join Jefferson Davis' staff with his sight on the Great Southwest rail route to the Pacific's China trade routes.  In spite of this Bragg refuses to surrender with Robert E. Lee at Appomattox "a public relations ploy to recover the lost reputation of Bragg which Nathan Bedford Forrest knew was deserved?" asked Wigglesworth.

"Meredith Jones said upon reading Bragg's personal letters....'Running through these private letters I find a trace of bitterness toward the Yankees and the people of the North, who are to furnish the capital with which to start the proposed railroad; also, at times, a suspicion that he doubts the ability of the capitalists to provide the necessary funds.'  That, of course was several years after the completion of the first Transcontinental Railroad that used the profits from the prolonged Civil War to fuel the central route from San Francisco to the industrial centers of the Northeast bypassing the South altogether.  This left Davis and Bragg, reguardless of any previous agreements with Caleb Cushing and the other Northern industrialists, in the back waters of American life," said Wigglesworth noting that Bragg was replaced by an African-American engineer in New Orleans before coming to work on the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe for Henry Rosenberg, the assistant of James Moreau Brown of the Northeast's Brown Brothers of Baltimore's Alexander Brown clan.  "C.Wright Mills in studying his family's history would have had a front row seat to the brutality and evolution of the American Military Industrialist Complex," said Wigglesworth.

     C. Wright Mills would eventually move to New York where he would run in liberal circles and even support Castro and Che Guevara.  He was a very rare commodity...a Texan socialist sociologist.    So you can understand why when William F. Buckley interviewed Gore Vidal or Noam Chomsky he was so intense and threatened that he snapped.  Said he'd punch their lights out on national television," said Dr. Wigglesworth who also said that his attorney is encouraging him to take a low profile until other historians validate his thesis and justify his claims.

I asked Wigglesworth if Presidential historian, Michael Beschloss, would argue for his position.   "No, his wife's on the board of the Carlyle Group," said Wigglesworth and "I don't know how long I can hold out, so I'm asking my fellow historians to burn the midnight oil, but to be aware that there is great resistance to the truth.  If C. Wright Mills and Shelby Foote were still alive they could quickly clear this whole issue up for me," he said.  "Foote could validate Walker Percy's connection to the Walker clan of Georgia, Missouri, Texas and California and Mills could tell us about his grandfather's uncle, General Braxton Bragg, and just why Nathan Bedford Forrest hated him so much," said Wigglesworth.

*Since the publication of this article Lowell P. Wigglesworth has shown definitively that the North's rail barons joined with the New England power elites to control the South's railroad ambition by shutting down the South's "great snout" of a rail hub between Savannah and Atlanta where William Washington Gordon had long been a champion for the South's Atlantic-to-Pacific rail route/  That route laid out by Jefferson Davis in the 1850's, showed an ambition that Jeff Davis disingenuously rejected in the lead up to the Civil War while his Vice-President, Alexander Stephens, further disguised those ambitions laid out in his "railroad letters of 1857".   Stephens  claimed just before the storming of Fort Sumter that the Civil War was ONLY over slavery, but from a propaganda and public relations viewpoint, Davis and Stephens, the President  and Vice-President of the Confederacy, had trumped the larger economic motive and replaced it with the one motive that could fuel the raging fire of Civil War....the inhumanity of slavery.  All out war over closely controlled opioid distribution is not a palatable motive for a majority of Americans outside of the inner circle and therefore a potential market for this new form of widening slavery.   Slavery was an issue that had philosophical, ideological and religious threads strong enough to sew up what Jefferson Davis' 1861 letter to Franklin Pierce referencing Caleb Cushing and the "soi disant" civil war that Lincoln's election in 1860 would guarantee.   The message contained in Stephens "Cornerstone" speech delivered in Savannah on March 21, 1861 provided a closing stitch and razzle dazzle to a national bamboozle.  Stephen's "railroad letters" from the same year underscore his support of William W. Gordon's railroad expansion plan to the West that gave the South the advantage in the race to the Golden Crescent and the worldwide opium markets.
Wigglesworth's continuing refinement of his initial thesis which has not significantly changed has been posited in an article of April 6, 2016 by Winsip Custer titled Tracks II: Joe (Hi Jolly) Camel to Cross Great Southwest With Robyn Davidson?

Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Michael Savage and the Knights of ODD

Oppositional Defiance Disorder Has Defiant Resistance

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

Conservative talk show host, Michael Savage of The Savage Nation radio program is sure that the American Psychological Association (APA)  is out to brand him a misfit, but he is not the only one to be defiant of opposition and diagnosed with ODD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder.  History is filled with defiant individuals....and indeed, all progress depends on the unreasonably defiant  personality.  Moses, David, Galileo, Copernicus, Martin Luther, Albert Einstein, Jonas Salk, not to mention George Washington, Andrew Jackson, Teddy Roosevelt, and Groucho Marx were all defiant in their own ways.

Bible of the
American Psychological Association
with 5th Edition approved
in 2010
Each year the DSM Handbook (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders) committee manages to add a new disorder which brings both praise and criticism with opposition often coming from the introverted Jungian acorn-admirers, anti-pill-popping holdouts for cognitive therapy and those who see the APA thrusting people ever closer to an Orwellian candy land of psychotropic mood levelers like Lithium, Zoloft, Effexor or Retalin.

Michael Savage is a mouth-grinding, hacksawing air-ways philosopher of a Viking-Anglo-Judeo-Christian bent, which puts him somewhere between the anti-authoritarianism of the German Martin Luther and the Israelite King David.  Judaism's Golden Age was initiated by David, the defiant Goliath-slayer and the youngest son of a Bethlehemite named Jesse  who nicknamed his youngest son "Stumpy".

Like Michael Savage, David would have made a poor Benedictine Monk.  Benedictines are required to take a vow of obedience and are rarely oppositionally defiant.

Oppositional Defiance Disorder or ODD was Mr. Savage's target the week of December 15th on his radio show and he says that this new "gotacha" diagnosis is not unlike ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder for which children are being medicated in record numbers.

While some authorities including the pedestrian Wikipedia says that ODD is often associated with unprovoked anger, belligerence, theft, vandalism and other sociopathic qualities, many on-line shrinks will not stress these negatives.  Instead they highlight the eight classic signs that are considered the hallmarks of  ODD.

Considering that America was founded by pilgrims escaping the domination of the birth-ordered primogeniture model of Britain's monarchy, the APA is seeking to remake the American collective personality in total, or so Dr. Savage argues. Frank J. Sulloway whose groundbreaking study on birth order titled Born To Rebel (NY Times Book of the Year, 1996) says that birth order is the primary determinant of revolutionary personality traits. Sulloways' research indicated that the most defining characteristic of revolutionary tendencies is birth order with younger children being most resistant to compliance and submission, thus making America a repository of revolutionary tendencies and proud of it.

According to Dr. Karl Rienmarkim of Paris, France's Centre de Reflecteur Introspection or  Center for Reflective Introspection,  ODD is, well... odd.  "I am a Presbyterian of French Huguenot heritage and a last born child.  I am an Elder in our church and hate the title," he said.   "Personality characteristics are often reflective of what the culture values as a whole," said Rienmarkim.  The French are full of defiance as anyone who has ever seen the movie Casablanca can tell you."  It's a matter of national priority and pride.  Winston Churchill was a defiant Englishman while the Duke of Windsor was defiant in his resolve to abdicate the British throne in favor of marrying Wallace Simpson, "or he may have just been horny" said Dr. Rienmarkim.  "As head of the Center for Reflective Introspection I am concerned that the American Psychological Association will soon discover Oppositional Submission Disorder or OSD, sometimes wrongfully referred to as OCD or Oppositional Compliance Disorder, but we all know that OCD is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder," he said. "With OSD the patient tries to outdo others in submission, passivity and obedience.  I discovered it when my wife could not stand to have the dishes in the our dishwasher arranged in any way but in the pattern designed by the manufacturer.  I would rearrange them and find that she would go bonkers.  Then one morning I clanked the dishes in the washer without moving them...dishes she had arranged the night before.  She got up and rearranged them neater than she had the previous night.  This is thinking well within the box and it makes the diagnosis of OSD difficult, often confusing it with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD.  It's also frequently confused with spouse-hatred which has not yet been labeled a disorder. When the DSM committee finally adopts OSD as a disorder our eighty thousand members will find traveling to the U.S. very threatening and opt instead for a more reflective destination like Pongo Pongo.  French history at Normandy shows that the military learned during World War II on D-Day that only a small percentage of soldiers could be counted on to take the lead in defying the machine guns and mortars of the enemy.  The troops trained in shooting a bulls eye target which was non-threatening.  That was changed to a human silhouette in order to condition future soldiers to shoot to kill and get over their OSD," said Dr. Rienmarkim.  "Most of those who would be labeled Obsessive Submissive Disorder individuals at Normandy were medics and journalists. If the American Psychological Association wants to tee them off then they run the risk of finding those labeled ODD men, those who lead the charge, may sadly be left on the beach to bleed to death, their wounds unattended and their stories never told," concluded Dr. Rienmarkim with an air of introspective defiance.

Meanwhile, in the U.S., Jungian therapist, George Wilde Heathenson of Fountainhead, Missouri  has organized the Knights of the Order of ODD whose motto is "Show Me!".  Their flag reads "Don't Tread On Me" and their official crest is shown below.  A copy of their crest has been sent to the British Ministry of Chivalry for documentation and approval.  Meanwhile, Michael Savage who was banned in Britain and has written a book of that title found the ban lifted in the summer of 2010. Heathenson who anticipates that he will be banned in Britain, like Savage, has publicized that he will travel to England to receive the documentation for the new crest when it is approved.   He will be accompanied by a delegation of three hundred direct ancestors of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin,  John Adams, Paul Revere, Andrew Jackson, Theodore Roosevelt and Pamela Harriman's cousin.  Pamela Harriman was married to both Winston Churchill's son and to W. Averill Harriman who served as Ambassador to Britain and the Soviet Union.  "It's great that we will have a Harriman with us," said Heathenson, "since the Harriman's employed the father of the George Herbert Walker Bush and grandfather of his son GWB...an attempt at the return of the British dynasty if there ever was one," said Heathenson.

Kosher Criminal Reversing Trends: Human Fat Goes To Pork Bellies

German Jewish Doctor Sells Lipomeal to
Pig Farmers

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

Dr. Faust Finkleman says that he did not intend to violate any of Germany's laws nor did he wish to offend German Jews when he processed medical waste from his seven liposuction centers into a product he calls Lipomeal.
Schwein,the hog, with
Dr. Finkleman
raised solely on Lipomeal and
and discarded hops
from the  Beck's and
Widner Breweries.
"I was just trying to be a good steward of what most people consider a waste by-product," said Dr. Finkleman who says his own ancestry should mitigate against criticism of racial bias from either Jews or German Gentiles.  "My father was a Polish sausage maker, beef only, but he always dreamed of cloning a non-cloven-hoofed hog so that he could by-pass the Kosher laws and tap into the bacon market.  My mother was a Kohler and her grandfather on her mother's side was a German Lutheran Von Koch."

The Food Security Center (FSC)  a newly established university center at the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany which is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) with funds of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany may be assigned the task of looking deeper into Dr. Finkleman's business plan for Lipomeal.   The mission of FSC is "to make effective and innovative scientific contributions in research, teaching, and policy advice to eradicate hunger and achieve food security in collaboration with partner Higher Education Institutions in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and national and international development and research organizations."

"I am not sure what they are going to charge me with," said Dr. Finkleman, "and whether it is a criminal or civil offense, but I was told yesterday that it is a criminal offense to feed human medical waste to animals so I'm expecting the worst."

Meanwhile, authorities are looking into the possibility of reevaluating this policy given concerns of worldwide food shortages in some areas and record obesity in others.  "A change in thinking with factories producing Lipomeal, particularly in America in states like Texas, New Mexico, Southern Arizona and California could deeply impact food shortages and reduce world hunger," said Otto Opperman of the BMZ.

While the Association of Conservative Jewish Rabbi's (ACJR) said that they would never support Dr. Finkleman's new product, they were interested in supporting genetic research that could produce a non-cloven-hoofed hog.  Especially ACJR's Rabbi Sol Hepperman, who accidentally ate a BLT while on a civil rights protest in Selma, Alabama in 1968.  AFSC’s activities deal with issues of sustainable food availability, food access, food use, and food utilization. Brett Favre's Chicken Neck Football Cards

NFL Star On To Bigger Things
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

With his recent sidelining, NFL quarterback and inevitable Hall of Famer, Brett Favre, doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for him. His new business which is a joint venture with other retired NFL stars and Popeye's Fried Chicken is called Chicken Necked Playing Cards Inc. and will be featured in advertisements during the upcoming Super Bowl. A set of 50 playing cards will come free with the purchase of the new 34 piece bucket of Popeye's Spicy Cajun Chicken Neck Snackers.

When asked if this wasn't a rather risqué' business venture and potentially repulsive to the general public and demeaning of the entire NFL system, Favre said "how can it be any worse than the pictures that have circulated on the internet already?  I blazed a trail for my retired NFL buddies many of whom have lost their fortunes in stranger business deals than this one.  Besides that, there is absolutely no nudity whatsoever. Kind of refreshing when you think about the past NFL half-time shows."

Wikileaks Releases Secret Dave Ramsey Emails Showing Real Wealth Building Strategy, Julian Assange Not Commenting

Financial Guru's Emails May Provide Clue to State Department's Anger  At Julian Assange

By Winsip Custer CPW News Service

If you always thought that the secret to Dave Ramsey's monetary success was transparency with the whole family unit, think again.  A series of Wikileak emails from the Fox News contributor and radio personality and captured by Wikileaks hackers shows something else.

A letter to a very close associate reveals that Dave's strategy was developed in Sunday School at the age of six when he first heard the story of Adam and Eve from the Bible.  "Women have never been straightforward with us, what, you think I'm not going to chuck that away for future reference?"

He did just that according to the email.  "Each year I report on my tax return my actual taxes...all legit, but in my monthly reporting on the family budget I include the PT Tax.  People are so stressed about taxes they never ask what the heck that is and if you don't ask, I don't tell. It'd be like telling Eve that there's an apple tree over there in the middle of the garden. It could be a payroll tax, but for what?  Workers at my business?  No.  For gardeners and maids?  Maybe, but no one ever asks," he said.

"So the wife sends me to the grocery store and I pick up some of the stupid air freshener that you plug into the wall.  Five bucks.  I just refill the ones at home with scented lamp oil for ten cents.  Then take back the new ones," said Ramsey.  "Same with the Swifter. My wife likes the house to smell like Pinesol, but Swifter doesn't offer that fragrance and if I move Sophia to a regular mop she'll quit, so I fill the swifter myself, return the bottles and pocket the money in the PT Tax.  At the end of the year I will have converted the dollars saved to gold or silver to help us ride out the coming financial crisis...if there is one.  And let me tell you over thirty years I've put away a handsome sum with this little step."

This comment seems to go against everything Mr. Ramsey has said about investing in gold or silver versus the stock market.  Also about openness in marriage.  "Before you judge me too harshly you must reread Genesis 1 over and over," said Ramsey.

A representative from Wikileaks, Arnold Perryman, had no immediate comment from Julian Assange, but another spokesperson for him, Cassius Luxembelt, said "this may be why Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is so angry at these leaks," he said.  "We have heard that several of her emails asked her husband, former President William Jefferson Clinton, to explain an identical posting in his monthly family budgets over the past thirty-five years. "We have it on good authority that it's the 'Poontang Tax", said Luxembelt who concluded 'the total money makeover' to which Ramsey ascribes, as we have found in our monitoring emails, at least in Clinton's case, is rarely total.

U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson and Supreme Court To Be Circumvented by Lindsey Graham Bill

Southern Senators Provide Breakthrough For Insurance Impass
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

The solution to a national health insurance plan that would not exclude preexisting conditions is standing in the wings of the U.S. Senate ready to pounce on the decision of Virginia Judge Henry Hudson. "We should have seen this long ago," said Lindsey Graham, from the porch of his lake house on Stonewall Jackson Drive outside of Beaufort where he was enjoying some genuine Southern Comfort.

Fed. Dist. Judge in Virginia
 Judge Henry Hudson
"Sweden has only 5% of its military that are paid professionals," said Senator Graham. "Training is 18-21 weeks per year for about twenty thousand people who keep their own personal weapons at home for defense. We will need to have many times that number, but what's wonderful about it is that national conscripts are ages 18-50 and ours will receive free healthcare during their years of service in the military which for most will be that long. This is a plan to which no one objects in Switzerland. Our program offers conscripts a free Remington, Colt, Smith and Wesson or other weapon on a list of 424 gun manufactures and the government pays the cost. Conscripts who wish to have larger weapons, say a mortar or trailer-able Tomahawk Cruise Missile with conventional warhead are free to purchase them for additional protection. We figure that the larger ranchers and farmers and some smaller cities would like to have one of those in their pastures or parks for a deterrent to invasion and profits from these sales will help to defer costs of Medicare for those over 65 as well as fill in the donut hole," said Graham.

"There is a donut hole between ages 50 and 65, but this is to also be covered by private security firms which will proliferate under this plan. A blue-ribbon panel of Ex-Special Forces retirees will determine if and when the U.S. Military should be sent into other nations...but, never unilaterally.  The President is still Comander in Chief, but he has them to back him up if he ever needs to take on the U.S. Military Complex.  This group will have commission status.  Major American corporations with interests in foreign markets will be free to hire their own private security firms, but at their own cost and with no promise that if their ventures run into some unmanageable situation or opportunity, the U.S. military will not automatically bail them out.  The bigger the corporate prize in some country and they will have to ante up for their own para-military support, not the tax payers who will find the booty shipped to some distant country for processing at the expense of American jobs.  A special tax on these private security firms will also underwrite the national militia health care plan," he continued.

"What keeps these companies from just relocating elsewhere?" I asked.  The Senator said, "The high cost of securing the nation where they land.  This is the free market system at its best. Why should the U.S. corporations use the U.S. military as its private socialized global security system?   Meanwhile, the safest place to produce products is the U.S. with its serious system of shared representation and military service unbeholding to anyone, but only to the nation as a whole and to the individuals for which it stands," said Graham as he placed his hand over his heart.  "Land, labor and capital are the factors of production.  We got the land and we got the labor and here comes the capital!" said  Graham humming a few bars of "Give Me The Simple Life"....."give me tomatoes and mashed potatoes, pheasant slides off my knife.....just give me the simple life."

I asked if the U.S. Military favors this move or whether it is just a clever way to provide a route around Judge Henry Hudson's court decisions concerning the unconstitutionality of nationwide healthcare. Senator Graham said, "There is a compromise element in this new package, but one that makes everyone happy. We have invited Switzerland's Lt. Gen. André Blattmann to Washington to explain how the program works there. Swiss Banks are delighted. They will handle many of the issues of premiums, accounting and payout for claims. We feel this is only fair in order to make it a neutral decision that keeps the companies like AIG or Blue Cross and Blue Shield and competing American banks happy. We are after all moving into global economies and if the U.S. corporations complain we will point out that what is good for the goose is good for the gander," said Lindsay who is calling the bill the "Smedley Butler Bill."

"When asked if he thought that the private security firms backed by U.S. Corporations would lead to a proliferation of regional conflicts in far away places," Lindsay said, "well we always knew that the when the Cold War ended that would be a natural outcrop of the loss of equilibrium and parity between East and West.  This takes that serious inevitablity into account while shifting cost from the U.S. middle-class and poor to those who create jobs in America, the rich.  But the rich can no longer use the U.S. military as a private security support system...and kind of butler for Blackwater.  People who want to make more money than in the domestic economy may want to think in terms of creating security companies or going to work for one," said Graham. "And I'd suggest you save up for you're own flack jackets,  Blackwater was kind of stingy with that kind of stuff."

"Won't these security companies face very heavy scrutiny from the world-wide news media, specifically from muck rackers like Wikileaks?" I asked.

"Probably, but we'll also be able to shave enormous sums off of our intelligence budget which lost the confidence of the American people with Mk-Ultra and the CIA backed take over of Cambodia and its Golden Triangle opium crops that cost our boys their lives.  Read Expendible Elite by Daniel Marvin.  Hell he ought to lead the Special Forces Commission.  He knows.  That's a story very close to my South Carolinian heart.  There was the  yellow cake uranium and Valerie Plame and Pan Am 103 and Iran-Contra debacles.  A brand new day for the CIA on a short leash and we'll be keeping Hillary Clinton grounded as we move toward the 2012 or 2016 elections.  Healthcare is a matter of national security," said Graham with a determination in his eye not seen since the 2000 Presidential election's "hanging chad" issue.  "You hear me?  It's a matter of national security."

Fort SandiBrown

When asked if the new recruits to the militia would train at Fort Hood, Fort Bragg or other existing facilities, Graham said "thats' the finest quality of this change.   They will train at Fort SanDiBrown."  I told him that I had never heard of that fort.  "It hasn't been built yet" said Graham.  "It is a twenty foot wide base that starts in Brownsville, Texas and ends 1,996 miles west at San Diego, California.  It has no permanent facilities  Its' strictly latrines, MRE's for food and tents.  Anybody seeing it for the first time thinks 'what hath God almighty wrought?'  Sorry KBR, you won't get the ice cream consessions. Aren't any.  We know that the initial 10,396,320 soldiers needed to march the distance during their basic training period will need to take more time initially so they will be recruited from the unemployed who have just been approved for 99 additional weeks of funding.  That ten million number is less than 5 percent of the entire U.S. population so many, many more will be in reserve and they will be proud of it," he concluded.

I asked John Boehner for his opinion of this new Senate Bill and reaching for his handerchief and blowing his nose he said, "they pass it today and we'll pass it tomorrow."

"Is this a compromise?" I asked him.  "No," he said, "it's common ground.  Very common.  I like it.  It's simple. Straight forward.  It has everyone pulling the load and proud of their contributions.  It reminds me when I was having to sweep floors in my family's pub.  We were left with not knowing how the Founding Father's wanted us to solve the slavery issue. So we worked it out ourselves only to find our jobs exported overseas.  This bill will give power back to the Republic.  The best days are still ahead.  Why, hell, I'll be the first person to walk the 1,996 miles just to show my solidarity with my fellow Americans to whom I owe so much."

Admittedly a long way, I asked if he thought soldiers were up to a 2,000 mile march.  "Yea," said Boehner.  "Especially when they're marching on common ground and this is common ground.  The House version may add that any non-documented aliens who sign up and walk the line with us will get automatic U.S. citizenship.  For any soldiers fighting the battle of the bulge, we run 'em back through Fort SandiBrown and they're back in shape in less than two months and every soldier will be locked and loaded all the time so we don't have any screw-ups like happened with that maniac at Fort Hood," said the trim, bronze skinned Congressman as he reached for his handkerchief, again.

Boehner's right.  Iraqi War vet Gunnar Swanson marched from Dallas, Texas to Minnesota in just over a month.  For a view of Gunnar Swanson's trek see....

Gerard Depardieu Asks Valdimir Putin to Sing Juliette Binoche's Favorite Blueberry Hill

Putin on the Ritz
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service
Gerard Depardieu is so sorry for his rant at Juliette Binoche that he decided to do something truely spectacular to convince her of his sincerity.
"I know that words are words and actions are actions.  It is not enough  that I apologized to Juliette verbally.  I wanted to do something that would tell the world of my sincerity.  My friend Vladimir Putin loves to sing and I knew that Blueberry Hill was Juliette's favorite song.  When I called the Kremlin and asked Vlad he was initially reluctant, but when I told him of the purposes....well, what can I say.  At heart Vlad is a lover like me and neither of us are getting any younger.  He wanted us to do a duet of "Thank Heaven for Little Girls" but he was afraid that would give the wrong impression to some given the rumors that float around.  We compromised with Juliette's favorite song which should have been our first choice anyway," said Gerard.

Sean Hannity of Fox News Wins Jesuit Award

Sean Hannity Receives "Cluelessly Perceptive Profundity Award"

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

With a simple question Sean Hannity has received the annual Brothers Caspian  "Cluelessly Perceptive Profundity Award" following his Thursday evening, December 9th, program when he asked his special guest on tax legislation "have you  ever been hired for a job by a poor person?"

The Caspian Brothers were meeting in secret session when they overheard Sean Hannity's remark from a television in the hotel lobby where the annual award was being determined.

"We had already made our selection for the year, but with that question we had no choice, but to redeliberate and he won by unanimous vote," said the Caspian Brothers' spokesperson, Brother Timothy.

The award, known officially as the Profundus Ignotus Positus Mercedus, is presented to the person who is totally oblivious to the profound nature of a question or statement in the public arena. "One year we gave it to an engineer in the Army Corp of Engineers for stating that the New Orleans levy system was in exellent shape. Another year we gave it to James Lovell, the skipper of Appollo 13 for saying 'Houston we have a problem.' But we had to give it to Sean Hannity this year."

Brother Timothy explained. "Hannity was debating with a man who wanted rich people to pay more taxes than poor people and Sean asked him the now famous question "have you ever been given a job by a poor person? We all work for a poor carpenter from Nazareth named Jesus. That's when all seven hundred of us broke out in spontaneous applause and Brother Matthew declared 'I move that we give this year's award to Sean Hannity for his question that unlike any other in our order's history, with the exception of when Brother Stephen lifted that shroud in Turin and asked 'what does this look like to you guys?'" said Brother Timothy.

Hannity's question captures the imagination. "Sean Hannity won this year's Cluelessly Perceptive Profundity Award hands down," Brother Timothy concluded.

President Obama Makes Spiritual Shuffle Toward Dr. Joel Hunter

Spiritual Shuffle Like Moses Moving Toward the Burning Bush

by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

Appearing on MSNBC on Thursday was President Obama's spiritual director from Florida, the Reverend Dr. Joel Hunter. Dr. Hunter is a former president of Pat Robertson's Christian Coalition, but Hunter's new group which evolved from Robertson's group is now called Christian Coalition of America. Ralph Reed took daily control of the Coalition back in 1989 before Reed faced charges for his involvement with noted lobbyist Jack Abramhoff. When asked by MSNBC anchor, Thomas Roberts, about the contents of the day's devotional that was sent to President Obama who receives them on his Blackberry, Hunter said, "I stay away from political messages.  It's a personal devotional."

Joseph J. Winston of the Center of Non-Politicized Spirituality in Sacramento, California, said that it is not unusual for a President to move toward a more evangelical stance as he is confronted with major national and international challenges. "You realize that the problems are so great and you are so small that you need all the help you can get. Rev. Jeremiah Wright gave Mr. Obama the courage he needed to envision himself in the role of President, but once there the view is substantially different and religious sentiments can change rather drastically, but this has absolutely nothing to do with politics.  It is purely spiritual."

Rev. Jeremiah Wright

Dr. Joel Hunter

Former President George W. Bush

When asked why he thought that Dr. Hunter looked so much like former President George W. Bush, Mr. Winston gave comment.  "You mean favoring GWB in speech and mannerisms?"  "That' right," I said. "I'd say that's an attempt to politicize the purely spiritual motives of the President," said Mr. Winston.  "President Obama may even reinstate a department of Faith Based Initiatives which becomes a huge recipient of healthcare money.  Afterall, Jesus was called 'the Great Physician'," he said " and I wouldn't be at all surprised if maybe he'll join the Bohemian Club and attend with General Collin Powell," said Winston.

"Is this like Moses before the buring bush?"  I asked Mr. Winston.  "Sort of like that, but not exactly," he said.  "On the other hand, as we learned with the attempts of Pope John Paul XXIII to reinvigorate the Roman Catholic Church with an identification with the the poor and suffering as Christ intended, the iron-clad rule for all presidents is 'don't do that," said Winston.  "Which is why Rev. Wright has taken such a beating.  In fairness to his critics, however, moving up the socio-economic ladder may have caused Obama to shed old friends, but it's likely that Rev. Wright is guilty of the same thing. Whatever ever rises must converge," said Winston mentioning that Noam Chomsky has given perhaps the best overview of the issue that united, then separated Mr. Obama and Rev. Wright.

Assange Arrested In Britain Bound for Sweden and Needs Daniel Ellsburg

Wikiflows and Wikigusher to Corner Market on Transparency?

by Winsip Custer  CPW News Service

With the arrest of Julian Assange in Britain on Tuesday, not on espionage charges, but for a reported rape or molestation charge in Sweden, supporters are calling for fellow leakers to come to his aide.  The government watchdog group in New York, called Lift Your Skirt, has joined the London group, Jeepers Peepers, and the Australian Assange Fan club called Put it Out There headquartered in Sydney.

The three groups promise to support a new joint venture with Pentagon Papers dumper, Daniel Ellsburg, if they will united to create the world's most progressive transparency cop-duo.  Dundee Duncan O'Callahan of the Put It Out There fan club said...."If these guys don't jump on this opportunity now then they don't deserve to be remembered for the good work they're already done.  For Christ's sake unite! Now! Freedom!  You guys united and the support and volunteers will be everywhere!"

PRIVATE PROPERTY, RULE OF LAW AND AVATAR

Another Waite-y Proposition: Cultural Conquest and the Solidifying Role of Rule of Law
by Winsip Custer CPW News Service.

He's been retired from his position as head of the Society of Transparency in History and Myth for ten  years now, but the ninety-year-old Polish immigrant, Jonah K. Susej, has long held that sunlight is a powerful disinfectant.
"So how did we get where we are?" I asked him in discussing private property and the rule of law.
"The Dark Ages were introduced by the rejection of Roman law.  The Pax Romana, the Roman peace that their law supported was rejected by the conquered because of the brutality used to establish it and partially because the Huns were essentially Viking warriors who loved to kill things and conquer places.  What goes around, comes around.  Americans love and lament their empire which rests on the twin tenets of private ownership and rule of law and that makes for easy transfer of private property while creating a litigious environment in which everyone from the architect to the zither-maker is worried they'll be sued," he said.

"With its roots in Roman and English Common Law, US law partly left English Common Law behind in England.  To settle the New World, the younger sons and brothers of England's Lords needed some assurances that they would be afforded their own land in America.  The fight for land was on.  Thomas Jefferson wrote the laws of first-born favoritism, called "primogeniture", out of the American laws. No President pushed the American borders as did Jefferson. What cannot be written out of any code of laws is the motives that puts the law into play either to use the law in favor of new acquisitions or to protect one against loss of those acquisitions once the transfer is made by force.  We have all heard that possession is 2/3rd's of the Law.   It was with this in mind that the Christian Apostle Paul wrote the words "the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life," with the 'letter' being applied to the 'letter of the law'.  Paul knew from living under the heel of the Roman boot and in the talon of the Roman eagle, just how things worked," said Susej as he took a Mearsham pipe from a leather case, packed it with Borkum Riff tobacco, lit it and puffed.

"On March 3, 1853 Congress earmarked $150,000 for a route from the Mississippi River to the Pacific to be laid out.  It appointed Jefferson Davis, future President of the Confederacy to complete it.  That would have given the South  the inside track on a Southern continental rail route across the American continent with an Eastern terminus in the Southern states, perhaps at Savannah or Charleston.  Not good for the Northern industrialists like Alexander Brown whose Baltimore and Ohio Railroad was pushing West from Baltimore and Alexander Brown was the progenitor of the Brown Brothers whose English relatives were pushing an English rail road from Manchester to the Western English seaport of Liverpool where the powerful American Russell Trust had its shipping headquarters in England and from which they made fortunes in shipping during the American Revolution and American Civil War.  In 1833 their family members were founders of the powerful secret society at Yale, Skull and Bones," he said.

"Meanwhile, filibusterer, William Walker, "the grey-eyed man of destiny", somewhat like Aaron Burr, decided to annex Baja, California believing that this will make him a fortune when the southern Pacific terminus of Jefferson Davis's route pops up at San Diego on the southern tip of California.  That didn't happen and the account of the 1854 filibustering attempt of Walker can be seen in Juan Bandini's Account of William Walker's Invasion of Lower California by Robert G. Cleland.  A fascinating character in California history, Juan Bandini's family traces their heritage to Florence, Italy where they are forever connected to the murder in the cathedral of Lorenzo de Medici by Benardo Bandini.  Juan's beautiful daughter would marry Able Stearns whose family back in Massachusettes would make their fortunes in lead mining.  George Luther Stearns, attempting to corner the lead market in the run up to the beginning of the Civil War was also one of John Brown's "Secret Six" and a supporter along with a number of the Boston Brahmin families funding the raid at Harper's Ferry. They took the high ground of creating a freed slave army to liberate their Southern brethren from their property, while hiding their real ambition of wanting a rail route across the flater Southern territory to the Pacific.  Believe me, Reconstruction would have been much longer if the northern railroad route that connected at Promintory Point had not occured when it did thus bypassing the hard-headed Southerners," said Susej.

"Those same Northern elite families that profitted from the civil strife and railroad contruction would frequently travel to Florence to study art, history and  the lives of the de Medici and Bandini families seeing them as a major influence on their own power and merchant-class status. The American cemetery in Florence is, for some, their final resting place alongside such notables as Elizabeth Barrett Browning and abolitionist Boston preacher Theodore Parker," said Susej taking another puff from his pipe.

"When Joseph R Walker charged West in 1825 to lay a trail and future railroad route to the Pacific their surveyor was Missouri Senator Joseph C. Brown.  Walker and Brown laid out the Santa Fe Trail, but there has been far insufficient scholarship linking John Brown from Pottawatomie Creek in Kansas to the Alexander Brown in Baltimore and Able Stearns in California to George Luther Stearns in Massachusetts.  Joseph R. Walker, would eventually travel to California not as a fur trapper working for John Jacob Astor, but with John C Fremont one of the Transcontinental Railroad's "Big Four".   Walker would acquire a ranch near San Francisco and Oakland close to where Fremont would lay the Western terminus of the Transcontinental Railroad for the benefit of the Eastern rail road magnates including E.H. Harriman whose company would eventually merge with Alexander Brown of Brown Brother to become Brown Brother's Harriman. Brown Brothers Harriman would employ the son of Samuel Prescott Bush, Sam having been the head of the US Government's small arms production during World War I.  His son was Prescott Bush.  Prescott, of course, being the father of George Herbert Walker Bush, named for George Herbert Walker of St. Louis Missouri and for whom golf's most prestigious award, The Walker Cup, is named. George Herbert Walker was president of the PGA in 1920 and the Walker Cup was instituted in 1921 being played first in Liverpool, England the English port city and home of the American firms of Brown Brother and Russell families.  In America, golf's citadel is Augusta National Country Club in Walker County, Georgia.  The Walker name comes up all over.  In Scotland it's a large clan and in Germany it went by the name Von Walker.  It was John Hardeman Walker, a Southeast Missouri plantation owner and one of the states largest slave owners who was able to alter the southern border of Missouri to place his land in Arkansas within Missouri territory thus allowing for either slave or free status depending on the eventual outcome of the battle brewing North and South.  The Missouri Compromise of 1820 admitted Missouri as a slave state and Maine as a free state maintaining the balance of power between slave and free state senator in the U.S. Senate and making Walker very happy since his crop production depended on his large number of slaves working the fertile river basin soil.  Such power in Washington D.C. was not afforded everyone," continued Susej.  "There was a W.W. Walker who traveled with Joseph and Joe to Texas before the Texas Revolution, but someone needs to do more research on their connection to John Hardeman Walker," he said.

"In their push Westward toward the Pacific Ocean the Walker and Brown families would be well represented, even taking the dip down to Texas because it lay in a direct path along the flatter Southern railroad route that had been assigned to Jefferson Davis to survey in 1852.  They needed Texas for the route and James Walker Fannin would die helping to secure it.  His cousin was Samuel B Morse, inventor of the  Morse Code whose invention needed the railroad route for his telegraph poles.  Whether Northerners or Southerners they are died in the wool Anglophiles and broadly supported the American eugenics programs that fed the push toward Aryanism in Germany in the 1930's and 40's.  For that you need to read the phenominal documentation of Edwin Black's War Against the Weak," Susej continued.

"The first captains of the Texas Navy were Brown family members and before that Jean Lafite, the privateer in Galveston who provided needed amunition to Andrew Jackson at the Battle of New Orleans, had hung a filibusterer named George Brown from the yardarm of one of his ships in Gavleston Bay.  Against Lafite's orders Brown and his men had raided a Louisiana plantation.  John Henry Brown would become the key power broker in Indianola the second most important port in Texas, then he'd become the mayor of Belton and Dallas while owning the Victoria newspaper The Texian Advocate which was one of two Texas newspapers which report on land transfers in the new republic.  The papers produced for the early Republic were sealed in the National Archives in Washington for over 100 years while the new rule of law was established in the newly acquired territory. Southern plantation owners used railroads but not for transcontinental service.  Their use was in hauling their cotton to processing centers and sea ports and they were notoriously parochial.  Even if the Northern industrial powers, Astor, Morgan, Harriman and Gould, Lowell, Peabody's,Shaws and Stearns had won the Civil War, which they would do, the backwoods patrons of Andrew Jackson's rebel rouser's would not be easy to convince that they needed a railroad to San Diego run by their Northern conquerors.  It would be easier to cut a new railroad through granite.  Which they did, naming Omaha as the Midwest terminus city with lines East and driving a connecting spike at Promentory Point on May 10, 1869 at the Continental Divide," said Susej smiling while point to a photograph of the famous gold spike hanging on the wall of his small study.

"English Common Law or more precisely, America's newer version minus the primogeniture rules, but with the Supreme Court deciding that person-hood was extended to corporations,  rode the rails in the mind of the new conquerors fueled by the writing of Andrew Greeley and Thomas Hart Benton.  The law of primogeniture may have been dethroned in the New World, but they still needed the family's ability to pass on wealth as they had done in England under the Lord of the Manor's first born sons with the Royal first-born being head of the national fraternity.  Enter the corporation with full legal status equal to persons under the new law.  For an analysis of how this worked out in real life read The Gangs of America by Ted Nace, but keep in mind that the status of corporations was solidified in the American rule of law by Supreme Court Justice, Morrison Remick Waite (Yale Skull and Bones class of 1837). It was during consideration of the 14th Amendment that Waite firewalled the discussion of potential abuse of power that corporations held.  The law took a clear turn toward private property over human rights at that juncture and would not be challenged until the Civil War and Civil Right Movement of the 1960's when the very power elites who had supposedly championed humanitarian values and liberation in abolitionism began to export American jobs to less expensive foreign alternatives.  Waite's words were clear. "The court does not wish to hear argument on the question whether the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which forbids a State to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws, applies to these corporations.  We are all of the opinon that it does.'"

"In the 2010 movie Avatar which is basically a futuristic Dances With Wolves in blue, the indigenous Navi peoples are organically linked with each other through the soil like the inter-twining of the roots of Giant Sequoias in California.  They had no need for laws that subdivide the planet for purposes of domination, exploitation and control which would eventually ruin the biosphere of their planet, Pandora. Much like mining of gold, copper, sulphur, coal, uranium, oil and other minerals has done to the lands of  the Native Americans.  In Avatar the culprit is the RDA Corporation which is obviously a spear point for the military industrialist complex and behind which the names of the leading architects are hidden.  In the Red Wood groves of Northern California near Walker's Ranch the unnamed power elites who hide behind the corporate veil strip down before each other, cremate the "dull care" that their camoflaged ambition inflicts and urinate on the giant trees," said Susej.

"With Jefferson Davis' assignment to survey a Southern transcontinental route to San Diego in 1853, four years after the discovery of gold near the San Francisco area at Sutter's Mill, the bigger prize of Oriental opium which the New England Brahmans had long before discovered, was sweetened by the golden incentive.  Names like Astor, Cushing, Cabot, Lodge, Brown, Russell and Harriman ...names that would become associated with rail transporation, armaments, drugs and eventually oil...Cushing, Oklahoma setting the benchmark price for North American petroleum," said Susej pointing to a map on the wall of Oklahoma Territory in the 1890's.

"The rush was on as if the gods were funding the push of East Coast business moguls whose ships were already plying Oriental waters when Astor employed Joseph R. Walker in his expedition West.  From Texas came associates of John Henry Brown and Texas Ranger, Samuel Hamilton Walker, for whom was named the Colt Walker pistol.   Texas Ranger, John Coffee "Jack" Hays, would become the sheriff of San Francisco in 1850 on the same day that another Texas Ranger, Ben McCullough, became sheriff of Sacramento less than 100 miles to the east.  Hays' nephew, John Hays Hammond, would make his fortune not in California gold, but in South African diamonds as assistant to head of DeBeer Diamond Mining Co., Cecil Rhodes for whom the Rhodes Scholarship is named," said Susej smiling.

"Joseph R. Walker's ranch lay between San Francisco and Sacramento just east of Napa Valley where the first winery, the Buena Vista Vineyard of Juan Bandini, father-in-law of Abel Stearns of lead mining family member from Massachusetts.  Just to the west of Napa lay the giant red wood trees along the coast about a thirty minute car drive north of San Francisco where the Bohemian Grove is located.  Oral history states that the Bohemian Grove was simply a social club founded by disenchanted members of the San Francisco Symphony, but Ralph Nader has made it clear that there is more to the Bohemian Grove than playing fiddles while the nation burns.  Nader believes that most of California understands what it is and the rest of the nation is clueless. As in the movie, Avatar, they are plotting, just as they have done in the board rooms of Baltimore, New York and Boston and in Liverpool and London before that, to keep rolling across the landscape, harvesting land and securing the advances with rule of law while solidifying their corporate gains," he concluded.

For Ralph Nader's assessment of Bohemian Grove see...
