     The following response to the question of just why the aging Donald Trump would want to be impressing Billy Bush speaks for itself, but it is obvious to many that Mr. Trump was not aware that he was being taped on the Access Hollywood bus in 2005. "Billy Bush, known to be problematic by nearly everyone in the media,  still NBC appointed him as a replacement on the NBC Today Show just two months before the airing of the Access Hollywood tape on the Friday before the 2nd Presidential debate at the alma mater of Minoru Yamasaki in George Herbert Walker's hometown,"  said Rev. Wesley "Geronimo" Bacon Witherspoon adding...."it has all the earmarks of a Yale S&B 'wrecking'."

     Several things are obvious according to Witherspoon.  "The roll-up of NBC's Access Hollywood bus as it is filmed with both Trump and Billy Bush on a live mike, didn't just happen.  For the whatever reason it was orchestrated.  Billy Bush's appointment as a regular on NBC's Today Show following a series of career miss-steps as the 2016 Presidential election is pulling into the closing stretch is suspicious.

     In late 2015 NBC affiliates across the country began pumping their local viewing area with station ads that encouraged viewers to watch NBC....."because we're stronger together."   These ads were continued up until two weeks before the release of Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine's book published by Simon & Schuster of the title Stronger Together.  Simon & Schuster is the publishing company that signed in 1992, the election year that the FINCEN investigation into Saudi influence peddling the USA that had James R. Bath, GWB's Air National Guard roommate as a person of great interest, stood down.   It was the year that the author of the book The Mafia, CIA and George Bush was signed by Simon & Schuster offering the author to provide the editor of Woodward & Bernstein's book All The President's Men as the books' editor...so important was his findings, but S&S withdrew the offer at the last minute leaving the author, Peter Brewton, to publish another way.   On the Board of Simon Schuster was Hugh Liedtke of Pennzoil, a close Bush family friend who was clearly in a position to influence Simon & Schuster.  Brewton would be the confidant to the San Jose Mercury New's Gary Webb, author of Dark Alliance, the subject of the 2015 movie Kill the Messenger, whose reference to Brewton during an IRE, Investigative Reporters and Editors, debate between himself and the Washington Post's reporter Jeff Leen nearly sent Leen into apoplexy in calling Webb a "conspiracy theorist," after Webb had shared his conversation with Brewton in which Brewton had affirmed the special protection given the CIA.  The association of the OSS/CIA history to Yale University and S&B was not just featured in the Robert DeNiro film The Good Shepherd, but in Yale's Sterling Professor of History, Robin Wink's book, Cloak and Gown.   Jeff Leen was reporting to the Washington Post's Steve Coll who became the Henry Luce Professor of Journalism at Columbia University where the father of the credit-default metrics of Wall Street that tanked the economy, Robert Merton, saw his father, also Robert Merton, indoctrinate the leading media moguls of CBS, ABC, NBC and others to use his "applied sociology" in the mind-science manipulation of the American masses.   Coll was also the manager of Vernon Loeb, the WP reporter who produced the propagandized consent-building stories of Lt. Pat Tillman and Jessica Lynch before Loeb became the co-author of All In: The Education of General David Petreus with Paula Broadwell," said Witherespoon.
     The debate Witherspoon referenced between Leen and Webb was moderated by the University of Missouri's Steve Weinberg, the Emeritus Professor of Journalism at Walter Cronkite's alma mater, but where Melissa Click became a national embarassment for shutting down free speech on the campus from her teaching position within Mizzou's communication and journalism departments.  All of that happened in the lead up to the 2016 Presidential election with a debate taking place in nearby St. Louis following the Ferguson, Missouri riots.
     That Trump is pumping himself to an otherwise quite average looking man with a shaky career history adds a secondary concern about the motivation behind Trump's admitted shabby behavior.  Clearly, Trump is not trying to make a normal favorable impression on Billy Bush.   I believe that you can expect to see as a result of this outing of Trump's monarchial, misogynous, self-aggrandizing, affirmation-seeking mannerisms the Bush family rally around the Bush brand as Trump seeks to untarnished his. Is there enough metal polish anywhere to do that?  Given the 2000 to 2008 global financial meltdown from the 1999 repeal of Glass Steagall which opened the door to George W. Bush by Bill Clinton and given that the Billy Bush video significantly favored Hillary Clinton's campaign, America is being given a clear view of the dialect dithering in the American power elites game plan.  They are agnostic as to political positions so long as they remain in control of the money spigot.....in the case of 2000-2008.....the power of corporations to mimmick monarchies and of Wall Street to bamboozle the people so to get to their sovereign tax dollars like in the 2008 bailout or even like the rape of California by Enron whose president, Ken Lay, was once advanced by GWB as Energy Secretary or as NYPD's Police Commissioner and avid supporter of Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerik, was advanced by GWB as Director of Homeland Security before his conviction and jailing for corruption.   The Bush family's other profit center is the world's battlefields that use high tech weaponry like General Atomic's Predator and Reaper drones which shoot depleted uranium like that mined by Bush frat brothers Neal and Linden Blue or like Tony Rodham's UraniumOne.  The Bush family will work overtime to convince the electorate that they represent the arsenal of freedom.  It was that once before it became the arsenic of freedom leading Los Angeles prosecuting attorney, Vincent Bugliosi, to write before his death and to set in place in all 50 states the legal framework for any family losing a soldier in Iraq, a bamboozled war based on what even Zbigniew Brzezinski called 'absolutely false, in fact fraudulent, evidence', to press charges against George W. Bush.  Bugliosi, who convicted Charles Manson, wrote The Prosecution of George Bush for Murder.  I have called on my S&B friend to continue secretly in prayer for Bugliosi' plan to bring rich fruit before another event like we witnessed in Dallas at the funeral of five slain police officers.  I would look for NBC, CNBC and other media outlets to present a pure, wholesome and family-friend, philanthropic side of the Bush clan....the flip side of the Willie Horton ads or the Billy Bush/Trump video, to help bolster the brand," said Witherspoon explaining the Bush and S&B dialectic at work.  "Look for CNBC or NBC to defer in its coverage to anyone close to this 2005 Billy Bush and Trump event like Joe Scarborough did on Morning Joe to Willie Geist to keep the story going and for other major networks to do likewise as Dan Rather and Mary Mapes have done previously.  Rather and Mapes of CBS had the George W. Bush's Texas Air National Guard story in their pocket in mid-2000, but didn't present it in 2000 and when Rather did finally present it on 60 Minutes four years later he botched it while at the same time Dan Rather co-owned the Tecolote Ranch in Las Vegas, New Mexico, an exotic game hunting ranch, with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld while Rather also covered the Abu Ghraib prison story that had been previously reported in 2003 by Amnesty International, but which Rather claimed he broke in 2004.  One thing is sure, these are big game hunters who don't like to share the hunt with poachers and they see the American people as their prey," said Witherspoon adding "Trump is clearly a poacher."

     Wesley "Geronimo" Witherspoon is clear about the methods that time will use to un-brand imperial ambitions.  "It would be quite logical after JEB Bush's political shellacking in 2016 for him to have a "come to Jesus" moment from which he jettisons the primogeniture, retro-grade family ambitions that are shared by his ancestor's S&B sympathies which clearly departed in 1833 from the Founders' values.  I always counsel the younger children of the Tafts, Huntingtons, Russells, Heards, Forbes, Cushings, Bushes, the ancestors of Braxton Bragg and William Tecumseh Sherman who were business partners in their China trading ambitions before and after the Civil War as shown by Lowell Wigglesworth, not to engage in patricide or fratricide though the temptation is clearly appealing.  No.  We've had enough killing.  Instead, just move away from the fireplace of their dark rituals so that it not ignite you and your everlasting soul and reduce it, too, to the ash heap of history," said Witherspoon.
      "As for the 2016 Presidential election, it is symptomatic of the problem of over one hundred and eighty years of disorder provided by the S&B order.  When the culture turns to a big septic tank you can expect the biggest turds to float to the top.  Is that not where we are, today?  Some would say that we should just given our future over to these lords of the flies and to the piles of pyramidal poo-dung onto which they descend with delight.  Now, the Great Almighty made everything so crap, too, but it's high time we raked it into the earth where it belongs and where it can do the most good," Witherspoon concluded.

Why Washington Is In Gridlock?

       The internet is buzzing with rumors that FBI Director James Comey cannot come clean on the Hillary Clinton email debacle because he has been told by secret society members using hand signals to shut the hell up and say nothing of the Tammany Hall-like circus that has become the 2016 Presidential election.  Those signals were reportedly coming from both sides of the political isle.  If that is true the government of the United States, a government "of the people, by the people and for the people," is not what it claims in its creed.  What is the real battle being fought behind this clearly visible and painfully vexing curtain, hand signals or no hand signals?
       Meanwhile, the too-big-to-fail banks have dropped another load of mismanagement on the American people with what is essentially fraud and outright theft of depositor's money.  Could the two events be intertwined like the snakes in Medusa's hairdo?   Let's go where the major players will not take us.....to our collective history to unravel the mystery.
      C.D. Wensch and Ben Gazzi have covered well the seedy background of Wells Fargo banker, John Strumfp, husband of Linda Spanier Strumfp, and the blatant mismanagement of this banking enterprise's well demonstrated anti-American assault on the core value of Western democracy: Truth.
Their article North Carolina Rep. Patrick McHenry, Wells Fargo's Strumfp Slimeing  U.S. Consumers, rightly focuses as I will on North Carolina and its history in the evolution of the American banking and political processes.
       Wensch and Gazzi have shown that North Carolina was a Tory, Hessian and Jacobite (Predominantly Catholic followers of James I and James II, the Stuart kings of England following the reign of Elizabeth I) stronghold during the American Revolution.  Tories and Jacobites were monarchists.  Jacobites were also  strongly Roman Catholic or Presbyterian as can be clearly seen in the relationship between "Bonnie Prince Charlie" the Jacobite Catholic "Young Pretender", backed by North Carolinian, Flora MacDonald and her Tory/Jacobite/Presbyterian husband.  Before immigrating to North Carolina from Scotland, Flora had hidden "Bonnie Prince Charlie" from British Protestants when he tried from Scotland to reclaim the British throne for the Stuarts by raising an army like that which General Smedley Darlington Butler said was the secret motive of the 1930's "Business Plot" in the U.S..  Both movements were political coups involving the expansion and contraction of shared governance.
    We see echoes of this unusual U.S. political/religious alliance in former CIA Director, Alan Dulles and his cousin, both Presbyterian until Avery Dulles converted, joining the Roman Catholic priesthood to become the first Cardinal in church history to bypass the office of Bishop.  Tories and Jacobites were by definition anti-American.  Americans decided early on, as we all well know, to opt for a President instead of a king.  In England the Roman Catholics backed "Bloody Mary Tudor" the sister of Elizabeth I and not to be confused with Mary of Guise.   Elizabeth, a Protestant, the semi-illigitimate, certainly "second-class" child of Henry VIII, was targeted by the Roman Catholic Church which sought to murder her and causing Elizabeth to surround herself with loyal courtiers, among them my ancestor Francis Bacon, the "father of the scientific method" who said "knowledge is power" and who was most influenced, not surprisingly by Democritus and Galileo who saw knowledge of instrumental value.   To Elizabeth's credit, as a result of seeing what the people of England did in opposing the Spanish monarchs whose loyalty to the Roman Catholic Church blinded them to the abuses of the Spanish Inquisition and its Abu Ghraib-like-only-a-thousand-times-worse brutality, she was open to new ideas.  Queen Mary had, after all, imprisoned Elizabeth where their father had imprisoned Elizabeth's mother, Anne Boleyn.  Anne Boleyn had received shameful treatment from her first husband, Elizabeth's and Mary's father, Henry VIII for her inability to conceive a male child, which could well have been Henry's fault and not Anne's.  Mary Tudor's mother, Catherine of Aragon, the Spanish Roman Catholic queen had equally failed to produce a male heir, thus conflicting Henry over his desire to see the monarchy avoid any unnecessary dilutions in the absence of a male heir.
      The keeper of the Great Seal of England was Sir Nicholas Bacon, Francis' father.  Nicholas had several children. His firstborn named for the Sr. Bacon, Sir Nicholas Bacon, 1st Baronet of Redgrave

     Francis Bacon, though a last-born child, had a keen wit and phenomenal mind.  They don't give you the title "Father of the Scientific Method" for nothing and nor does the greatest assembly of scientists in history dedicate its very existence to your influence.  Was it their second class status that gave both Francis and Elizabeth their fascination with observation and analysis?  It has been reported that when Elizabeth heard that the Spanish Armada had sunk and that a miraculous storm had assisted Britain in its defense of the empire that she said something to the effect of "thank God for Kent."  Kent, later the home to Churchill's residence of Chartwell, was also home to the White Cliffs of Dover which the Spanish, had they landed, would have had to scale, but Elizabeth added "If it had not been for Kent all of England would have gone over to the Spaniards," but Kent's cliffs played no part in the victory.  That could only mean one thing.  There was something else in Kent that informed English sympathies and Elizabeth's assertion.  What was it?  Was it that Kent was an early adopter of Puritanism and its affinity for a congregational approach to life?  Perhaps, but more likely, it was the prior evolution of Kent's rule of law which was contrary to  the dominant regulation.  The historic monarchy had, like the monarchies of Europe, the Hapsburg dynasty and others still operating on Alexander's retrograde 'divine right of kings' been a prime example of rigid primogeniture law for which gavelkind was the antidote.  Gavelkind is the name given to equal inheritance.  Primogeniture law bestowed upon the first born male child the family's greatest blessings and power, something that Elizabeth had come to know first hand, Francis Bacon, too.  We see it today in the British monarchy that went into power with a $500 million fortune and grew it to $14 billion primarily on investment in uranium which is used as fuel rods and then depleted uranium rounds that cut through steel armor plate like a knife through butter, but leave a disgustingly dirty and radioactive battlefield that would have had Princess Diana creating a new charitable foundation.  We see primogeniture law clearly in Sharia Law, too.  Mohammed was clearly not a progressive which explains much about the Bush dynasty's dark legacy with Saudi royal alliances which included the Bin Laden builders whose beloved architect, Minoru Yamasaki had been commissioned to build New York's World Trade Center.
      Yamasaki, a graduate of St. Louis' Washington University where the second 2016 Presidential debate was to be argued in the shadow of the George Herbert Walker's historic home and where once Yamasaki's Pruitt-Igoe social experiment had been the site of a draconian radiation experiment in what Dr. Lisa Martino-Taylor's 800 page PhD dissertation had uncovered with indisputable evidence.  The divine right of kings like the Jacobite and Tory sympathies in our past die hard.
        It is said that Francis Bacon's mentor in the British court was Dr. John Dee, an enigmatic personality that has become the model for Dr. Faust, Ian Fleming's James Bond,  J.R. Rowling's Dumbledore, and J.R.R. Tolkien's Gandalf.  While Francis Bacon was a Christian and a scientist and lawyer, he could not have been both a supporter of Elizabeth, which he clearly was, and a Jacobite, as were the European Hapsburgs.  As the understudy to Dr. John Dee, Bacon was not particularly supported by Elizabeth, though they had much in common.  Both Dr. John Dee and Francis Bacon were famous English polymaths, but Francis would not be knighted by Elizabeth.  That honor would not come until she was succeeded by James I, the son of Mary Queen of Scots wife of Henry Stuart (daughter of Mary Guise not to be confused by Bloody Mary Tudor, Elizabeth's sister).   James was raised a Protestant, in adulthood commissioned the King James Version of the Bible and made Francis Bacon the Lord Chancellor.
     If all of this seems a convoluted bowl of spaghetti-like political and family alliances, it was.  Which is why the New Atlantis that Bacon envisioned pointed, admittedly in the misty distance, toward what the abandonment of old world models of governance.  The American sword cutting the Gordian knot that tied Britain to the Dark Ages was the sword of anti-primogeniture gavelkind law.  It is the return of this knotty principle that had Harper Magazine's editor, Lewis Lapham, writing his book The Wish For Kings: Democracy At Bay and describing the re-emergence of political dynasties in America.  Within this context the 2016 battle between two monarchial models of leadership....Clinton's or Trump's....fighting in the ashes of the Bush imperial boxing ring that has left many thousands of innocent people dead and nations laid waste reflects the truth in Lapham's assertion.

      Dr. John Dee, made a critical error that could well have tarnished Francis Bacon's relationship with Elizabeth (see "John Dee, an Elizabethan Magus and His Links With Central Europe," by Gyorgy E. Szonyi", in Angol Filologiai Tanulmanyok/Hungarian Studies in English, vol 13, 1980, pp. 71-83). 
     Dee visited the throne of the monarch of the Roman Empire, a Roman Catholic, a Hapsburg and Dee became his mentor and sage.  Dee was, therefore, as conflicted as the Clinton's Clinton Foundation and as George W. Bush's crib sharing with Saudi Prince Bandar whose friendship, if the story were not so filled with contradictions, provided 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers who felled Yamasaki's proud World Trade Center which was further demolished by the same company, Controlled Demolition, Inc, CDI, which felled in 1972 Yamasaki's St. Louis Pruitt-Igoe using a product invented in the 1890's, thermite.
     Dr. John Dee was something of a brown-noser, you see, and in paying homage to the progenitor of the 100 Years War, the Hapsburg monarch, Dee would have made Elizabeth and her relationship to Francis Bacon shakey if she perceived that Dee and Bacon were of the same mind. Time and the fruit of Bacon's labors proved she needn't have worried.   Bacon's enlightenment was truly enlightened though he proved his humanity like Strumfp in the end.  Bacon, often credited as the founder of British Masonry, which allows for ample analogy with the Roman Catholic Church's exiling of the liberty-minded Knights Templars into Bacon's order, the York Rite of the Britist would have been a brand of Masonic Order that informed Washington and Franklin.  While Washington, for example, was a slave owner, he saw the error of that wretched institution and moved before his death to its abandonment.  Bacon would not have embraced Scottish Rite Masonry the form imported to America by the future chief legal counsel from the Prussian royal family, Albert Pike, founder of Scottish Rite Masonry and aligned with the Hapsburgs and Jacobite Scottish Catholics and Presbyterians.  Pike was a Jacobite and Jacobites will bite democracy devotees.
      Since we've jumped back across the pond....the Atlantic.....let's look at what Bacon believed was the New Atlantis, America.  This is where we will reconnect to the Wensch and Gazzi article on North Carolina banking.  Why?  Because Wensch and Gazzi lay out the Mecklenburg Declaration that was signed by a number of leading citizens of Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding area and it claimed to have been an earlier Declaration of Independence than Thomas Jefferson's, a claim that for a time had John Adams accusing Jefferson of plagiarism.  As it turned out it was a bogus claim. A fraud. A complete fraud like John Strumfp's Wells Fargo marketing practices or even like North Carolina National Bank's turned NCNB turned Bank of America and its longstanding ties to the Vatican Bank with Bank of America claiming to have been forced to purchase of Merrill Lynch using 2008 bailout money it didn't want or need....a practice that was illegal under the terms of the Glass-Steagall Act which first-born, William Jefferson Clinton, allowed to be repealed in 1999.  
     That repeal opened the floodgates to George W. Bush (the first-born son of George Bush and Barbara Pierce Bush whose family ties are to Franklin Pierce and even to Merrill Pierce formerly Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith) and his horde of NeoCons who never saw, like the King of the Roman Empire to whom Dr. John Dee was subservient, wars they didn't like. 
     The failure to keep in place the Glass-Steagall firewall between commercial and investment banks that Henry Bascom Steagall, the last of four children of William Collinsworth and Mary Jane (Peacock) Steagall, Methodists from Dale County, Alabama and of Carter Glass, the fifth of twelve children of Robert Henry and Augusta Elizabeth Glass a Methodist couple from Lynchburg, Virginia, led directly to the 2008 bailout and the current $20 trillion national debt.
    But wait!  Let's revisit that fraudulent Mecklenburg Declaration and observe the signatures on it which like Flora MacDonald, the Scottish Jacobite, are mostly Presbyterians.   There we see a fascinating name, Waightstill Avery.   Who was Waightstill Avery?  He was a North Carolina lawyer who got into a duel with another frontier lawyer named Andrew Jackson who would become known as "Old Hickory" and who opposed the power of the banking monopolies like Teddy Roosevelt would oppose Standard Oil and the monopolistic railroads which increasingly found ways to replace the old European family dynasties with their own.  Waightstill Avery was in the habit of quoting from Francis Bacon's book The Elements of the Common Laws of England.  The story is generally told that Andrew Jackson chided Avery for quoting Bacon's book and so took the book and in its place stuffed into Avery's saddlebag  a slab of bacon, thus leading to a conflict, which reportedly was settled by a mock duel. 
     I say that story has it reversed or could have.  Logic demands we consider that possibility, though the opposite is also possible given that Bacon's subservience to the British crown and his late acceptance of bribes that, like with Strumfp's banking scandal, tarnished both careers.     Perhaps Avery chided Jackson for reading Bacon. Why?  Because like Thomas Jefferson and the Founding Fathers, they had seen the wisdom in Bacon's treatment of the anti-primogeniture use of gavelkind law like which Elizabeth celebrated as the reason the English people in Kent had not gone over the Spaniards, the Roman Catholic pyramidal, monarchial, top-down and repressive system of governance.   The First Continental Congress saddled Thomas Jefferson with writing out of the U.S. law the first-born biases upon Alexander's Divine Right of Kings and the Dark Ages had been erected.  While Bacon could see a New Atlantis where gavelkind ruled, his assent to Lord Chancellor and Cromwell's to Lord Protector, but both's failure to replace Britain's primogeniture bias demanded by the monarchy shows that America, Bacon's New Atlantis, was still a dream. The Jacobite's monarchism was entrenched and Avery's North Carolina would be one of its biggest outposts in America,  As is now obvious,  the political landscape of North Carolina, spelled out by Wensch and Gazzi, was as vertical as the Great Smokies and after the victorious Revolution in need of a Mecklenburg Declaration make-over by those not wanting to be exposed in the afterglow of a colonial victory that jettisoned pyramidal rule.
    Now there will be those who say that I am corrupting history.  Balderdash!  You want a panning of history look to Shelby Foote who said "I consulted no original materials in my Civil War histories, it's all been gone over before," leading historian Lowell P. Wigglesworth to show Shelby Foote and his pablum pumper, Ken Burns, the errors of their storytelling.
     Let me lay it out for you as clearly as I can.  I knew a Wycliffe Bible translator who worked in Africa.  He had a family and they needed a home.  He went to the local king, the same one whose ancestor had sold some of their own people into slavery to Portuguese and Dutch slavers.  The translator negotiated for a place to build a home and he built it by hand, board by board, nail by nail.  When he was finished the king inspected the house and told him he had made an huge mistake.  He had built the house in the wrong place so the king evicted the translator and his family and the king gave it to his first-born son.
     Consider that in the New World the Spanish king claimed land from Tierra del Fuego to what today is Canada right across the competing monarchial claims of thousands of local leaders.  Riding across that frontier from the East would come Andrew Jackson carrying Francis Bacon's History of English Common Law, the key element of which Andrew Jackson embraced and the North Carolinian Jacobites and Tories did not.   Jackson's Democratic Party, for all of his flaws, had a vision of shared ownership that would inform modern commerce and his creation of the that political party.   Today, that party is run by a family dynasty just as the Republican Party, as Billy Bush has shown, runs under specter of a Bush dynasty.  Yes, we've come full circle. The movement is backward and the provision by the U.S. Supreme Court that corporations are personages on whose boards are family dynasties where Junior is succeeding Senior, is a clear violation of the spirit of 1776, of Francis Bacon the "Father of the Scientific Method" who, perhaps not yet aware of the power of the gavelkind law he reported, just as parliamentarian, Oliver Cromwell, could not envision a peaceful process of leadership transference in his day, none-the-less, informed a vision of life in the New Atlantis.  Today that vision is in grave peril.   You want to remove the gridlock and let renewal and innovation flow?  Reinstate Glass-Steagall, a cactus throne in the beak of a Darwin finch, and repeal the personhood of corporations that together will wither even the hardiest of cacti and turn the planet into a giant pit mining venture.
     Turn loose the younger sons and daughters of the nation.....the Elizabeths and Francis Bacons to do their work....a work being further completed in their day by Washington, Franklin and Jefferson and the other voices of progress, but which was usurped as they were by names like Albert Pike and his alliance with Alphonso Taft and Jefferson Davis, Caleb Cushing and Franklin Pierce for whom in 2015 and 2016 Bill Clinton became an apologist, just as Billy Bush has for Hillary Clinton with the release of the 2005 video that shows the competing monarchist, Donald Trump to be a boor.  Oh, and "Old Hickory"?   He too,  like the leader of Israel's Golden Age, King David, was a last-born child, though not without blemish, provides a legacy upon which would arrive the Messiah, a first-born king who didn't act like one.  Bacon's worldview has often been co-opted as justification of a skewed view of humanity's domination of nature... a co-opting that the juxtaposition of the Bible's two metaphysical accounts of creation does not allow.  Neither does Bacon's philosophy in as much as in both his political and scientific machinations he is being stretched between the polls of subduing and tilling the earth and living peacefully within its existing order.....a challenge that clearly remains with us whatever our birth order and view of wealth transference.  As the first modern scientist and philosopher Bacon would have, if miraculously transported to the present without explanation, quickly asserted that climate change/global warming is an obstacle to the triumph of humanity, whatever its cause.  The discovery of electricity, fossil fuel and internal combustion engines or atoms and atomic energy and weapons make no significant alteration in Bacon's view though they speed the need to employ his advice in seeking the common good and to keep moving in the same direction as that toward which he was pointing in his day.

Rockefeller and whose President Emeritus is The Duke of Edinburgh.   Admittedly, Trump is more like a white rhino than an elephant as JEB Bush, John McCain, Paul Ryan and other Republicans have freely admitted, but NBC's beloved Katie Couric had an encounter with Billy Bush that defined him as sub-par, making him an illogical choice as host to replace NBC's Willie Geist.  That NBC hired Bush in August, 2016 only a couple of months before the boorish Trump video was released by Access Hollywood, a story that AC could have broken itself, but handed off to the Washington Post's David Fahrenthold for a good WP-Presidential-polishing, makes this story on the eve of a debate at Washington University, alma mater of Minoru Yamasaki in St. Louis, home of Yamasaki's notorious Pruitt-Igoe project, and home to George Herbert Walker for whom George Herbert Walker Bush is named, and in such close proximity to the University of Missouri, Walter Cronkite's wife's alma mater , was educated in the same journalism department as Melissa Click, is as problematic as Blood Mary sending Elizabeth to the Tower of London.  Billy Bush, it looks to me was, with the Access Hollywood crew stalking a whale like Trump, like Sea World's stalking Tilikum the orca.  Not surprisingly, as Billy Bush was chasing rhinos in Africa, fellow Hollywood personality, Paul Walker, was chasing great white wales whose fins were tagged and followed by transponder for a $3.99 per month subscription on one's cell phone.  That's a story covered by Winsip Custer who had attempted after the Billy Bush/Trump video appeared to contact the son of USN Admiral Charles Grojean whose son helped to build Sea World's parks while the Admiral served on the board of the Chester Nimitz Museum which just added the GHWB exhibit to its facilities," said J.J. An Interview with Lowell P. Wigglesworth

     The conservative Judicial Watch assembled a panel of five to review the recent developments in the Hillary Clinton email scandal.
     Moderated by Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, the panel included Paul Schweizer the author of Clinton Cash, Jerome Corsi, author of Partners In Crime: The Clinton's Scheme to Monetize the White House for Personal Profit, Christopher J. Farrell, a member of the OSS Society and Investigative Reporters and Editors whose 1996 debate between Gary Webb and the Washington Post's Jeff Leen was moderated by the University of Missouri's Professor Emeritus of Journalism, Steve Weinberg, attempted to skewer Webb's reporting for the San Jose Mercury News and his book Dark Alliance.  Also on the panel was former U.S. Attorney in Washington D.C. and founding partner of the K Street legal firm of DiGenova & Toensing, Joseph E. DiGenova.
    The subject of the Clinton emails and their handling by a sitting and retired Secretary of State is a significant aspect of the 2016 Presidential campaign and ranks right up there with the 2000 and 2004 GWB Texas Air National Guard Memo story in this author's opinion.  However, it now appears evident that not only are the concerned members of Judicial Watch correct in their assessment of the Clinton's criminality, but in their evaluation of a two-tiered legal and justice system that in the words of South Carolina Congressman, Trey Gowdy, is "suppose to be blind".
     To better understand what is going on with respect to the Clinton email scandal historian Lowell P. Wigglesworth has agreed to be interviewed.

FC:  Do you agree with Judicial Watch in their assessment of the Clintons?

LPW:  Which part?

FC:  Start where you'd like.

LPW:  Are the Clinton's crooks?  You'd have to be blind, deaf and really, really dumb not to so conclude.  But the problem is bigger than Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.  The Democratic National Convention invited to speak the granddaughter of the Nicaraguan dictator whose soldiers blew away the ABC newsman, Bill Stewart, in 1979 as he investigated Anastosio Samoza's relationship to the Contras, to Iran and probably to Samoza's partners in the banana business with GWB's Yale fraternity brothers, Linden and Neal Blue.  The Blue brothers made their fortunes in uranium like that Hillary Clinton's brother, Tony Rodham, manages at UraniumOne a fuel and weapon that has helped make the British royal family's estate grow from $500 million to $14 billion. Fuel, depleted uranium weapons and the Blue's General Atomic Inc.'s, Predator and Reaper drones.  The message was pretty obvious. The gloves are off.  The RNC opens up with blood-sport cage-fighting entrepreneur, Dana White.  The Democrats with wheelchair bound Anastasia Somoza in keeping with their more compassionate image. But wait!  That's the family of the murderous Nicaraguan dictator that FDR called "a son-of-a-bitch, but he's our son-of-a-bitch."  The message?   "You squeal on us and we'll squeal on you!"  It was, from a Madison Avenue spin meister's viewpoint, a brilliant ploy.  It sent a signal, a message to the despots that contribute to the Clinton Foundation...."you are welcome here.  The U.S.A. is safe haven."   On the other hand, it told the NeoCon's campfire sitters that they weren't doing anything that the Reagan/Bushies didn't do in Central America.  We had only to remember LBJ's war in Vietnam and Obama's continuation of the Bush NeoCon's policies in the Middle East to know that.  Of course, the DNC convention had other issues like Julian Assange's little bombshell that may show up again before November 8.  This crap is what makes the election years in any nation a potential mine field not just for the informed, but for the innocent who happen to step into it.
    The nation is on a precipice.  I saw a homeless man at a Detroit intersection with a sign of a two-headed snake.  On one snake head was "Trump" and other snake was "Hillary".  Across the body was "2016".  At the bottom it said "Help me, please!  They won't!"
      So when Joe DiGenova says that the nation is in trouble it's much broader, wider and deeper than he is saying.   Hell, old Joe cut his teeth working in the Church Commission, with government's approach to the Teamsters whose Washington legal voice was Edward Bennett Williams whose client list on both sides of the political isle and $1000/hour fees dispels any nothing that justice is blind.  Both Joe and EBW were dutiful Roman Catholic educated parochialists that remined me in some ways of Joseph McCarthy and Joseph P. Kennedy whose boys appeared to have left the reservation, or maybe not.  It is hard to fathom how they ended up so far to the left of their father when he was recalled as British Ambassador during World War II for his Nazi sympathies while the British royals were, thanks to Wallis Simpson Windsor, the Godmother of Elizabeth Kauffman Bush, GHWB's sister-in-law and Senator Joseph McCarthy was the Godfather for one of the Kennedy boys, Bobby, I think....none of whom really resisted the image of Camelot in America....not exactly reconcilable to American democracy except for the image of a round table, but around which sat not freely elected leader but the military....the noblemen/oligarchical kingly appointed knights.   You cannot find a NeoCon cause that these panelists didn't like in the 80's and 90's and by 2000 they were eating the NeoCon agenda up and spreading its agenda, all of the Judicial Watch panelists.... the repeal of Glass-Steagall and Bush's yellow cake bamboozle.  They topped that yellow cake off with massive scoops of ice cream and put a cherry on top.....the evolution of new weaponry including eye-in-the-sky drone strikes that insured massive war profits and firing enriched depleted uranium shells that had an ungodly half-life.

FC: General Smedley Butler blew the whistle on a real business plot that was echoed in films like Dr. Strangelove or Seven Days In May, the plotters with clearly fascist leanings that would have aligned with Joseph P. Kennedy and Wallis Simpson Windsor's Nazi leanings.  So you are saying that JFK and Bobby's emphasis on civil rights or ending the war in Vietnam would have been to jump their father's ship after he had negotiated JFK's 1960 victory with that celebrated deal with the Chicago underworld who promised to deliver the vote for Jack?

LPW:  There are a number of celebrated cases of defiance by the children of major military industrialist insiders that sends shivers down the spines of their parents and friends.  Take Jim Morrison, lead singer for the Doors whose Admiral father was in charge of the Gulf of Tonkin Affair.  There's William Ayers, the Chicago Weather Underground member and bomber, friend of Obama, whose father was on the boards of a number of major defense contractors.  Patty Hearst is often cited.  There's Albert Maher the close friend of singer Bob Dylan who clearly jump the family reservation and organized a banned trip to Cuba at the height of the Cold War.

FC:  Where is Obama in this mix?

LPW:  He has essentially avoided talking about Glass-Steagall.  He has continued the NeoCon agenda in the Middle East.  Remember that Michelle and Barack met at the Springfield, Illinois law firm of Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln who was nearly mad after Abe's assassination, Sidley Austin, that merged in 2000 with the New York firm of Brown & Wood that was a leading law firm for National City Bank against which Smedly Butler rails in the his book War Is A Racket.  Sidley Austin was a Republican law firm and the newly merged firm had moved into the World Trade Center in New York in 2000 with 600 employees only one of which died on 911.  Remember, too, that the first Scottish Rite President of the United States was Andrew Johnson who was initiated in a ceremony by White House insider Benjamin Brown French, but into a monarchial tradition of Jacobite origins and not the York Rite Masonry of Washington and Franklin and the other Founding Fathers.
      Of course, I have written extensively about the fact that public motives for the U.S. Civil War over which Lincoln presided were not the U.S. power elites' real motive.  That motive was the rail route to the Pacific and the China Trade.
      Today's endless war on terror is the prescription for the perpetual racket of war that brought forward Smedley Butler.  It has been convincingly argued that when in the 1930's Lowell Thomas made a big tour of Britain with a film tour lionizing T.E. Lawrence, "Lawrence of Arabia", for the English Speaking Union of the U.S. and Britain with significant support from William Howard Taft who joined his fathers' Cincinnati Scottish Rite temple in 1908, that they were prepping Lawrence and Britain for Butler's counter-part in England, a role that Lawrence, like Butler, refused.  That would have meant that Rudolf Hess' midnight flight to the estate of Lord Hamilton, of whose family Lawrence was a part, was doomed and that Churchill's parliamentary democracy would not be a nut so easily cracked.  Can you now see how Joe Kennedy would have been aligned in the U.S. with the business plotters who were tempting Butler and how he and Wallis Simpson who met her husband, Prince Edward Windsor of the German Saxe-Gotha-Coburg clan at the Coronado Hotel in San Diego, California near the USN base where Wallis' goddaughter, Elizabeth Kauffman Bush, sister-in-law of George Herbert Walker Bush trained as the USN's first "frogman"?

FC:  So neither the Clinton Dems or Bush, now Trump, Reps are unbiased? 

LPW:  They are all involved in what DiGenova calls a Potemkin City cover-up.  Neither side wants us Americans to know just how bad things have become, but for Christ's sake isn't it like, OBVIOUS!? 
     We have a 20 trillion dollar debt that can be hung on the repeal of Glass-Steagall in 1999, the arrival of Bush in 2000, the war racketeering all of which both sides have now shown they endorse.  It's one big slimy cluster fu......well, a cloistered, copulative assembly of smegma lathered criminals awash in the camouflaging suds hiding their co-equal deficiencies and each claiming that the other is not performing to expectations.  We have both of the Bush and Clinton cabals promoting the wholesale disembowelment of the American middle-class with the giant sucking sound that Perot warned us was coming.....while, hell, Perot sold EDS to India and while Facebook imports from India workers to the USA to undercut those high tech jobs we were told would replace those lost to NAFTA and GATT.
     Glass-Steagall was to the American middle class what a cactus thorn in the beak of a Darwin Finch was to its survival.  It was an economic survival tool. A bank is suppose to be safe! Glass-Steagall was forged by two younger brothers whose legislation compartmentalized the bank the absence of which led to the Great Depression. It was to protect their hard earned deposits from criminals like we have seen with Wells Fargo's fraud and theft.   If Glass and Steagal had been part of Oliver Cromwell's New Model Army, they would have been the first to axe the king's sleazy neck.  Now, we see that Bank of America that bought with their bail out money Merrill Lynch, formerly Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith with its connections to Mrs. Barbara Pierce Bush.    Merrill along with Wells Fargo were part of the too big to fail culture of U.S. banking that threatened our very existence and which Andrew Jackson and Teddy Roosevelt would have gladly flattened.  The 1980's S&L crisis was the dress rehearsal for the 2008 sub-prime housing bubble and mixed in was the WorldCom and Enron debacles that sent to prison Jeffrey Skilling and Ken Lay, Bush's choice for Energy Secretary, like the CEO Chairman of the board of Wells Fargo should experience for his lawlessness and go to jail, too. 

FC:  That purchase of Merrill by Bank of America was forbidden under Glass-Steagall and Hank Paulson supposedly forced the money on BofA.  These banks are connected to the Vatican and the old European monarchical, pyramidal and oligarchical models of government?

LPW:  Decidedly so and never forget that Hitler's SS was modeled on the pyramidal authoritarianism of the Jesuits and that Allen and Avery Dulles were hooked at the hip with the Vatican for ratlines that delivered Nazis to the West after the war to help fight communism.  Communism.  Which time has taught us doesn't work, and which Anthony Sutton long argued was the left side of a bamboozling dialectic that the rich and powerful created to spawn worldwide conflict and managed like Thomas Edison did the plus and minus poles of a Dynamo.

FC:  DiGenova says that Clinton is the problem.  You say it's bigger than that.  Just how big is it?

LPW:  Well, let's start with DiGenova's statement that the FBI isn't trustworthy.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Federal.   Let's consider that South Carolina's Congressman Trey Gowdy is absolutely dumfounded that such a bamboozling by Comey has come into his purview.  But consider this.  Gowdy graduated from Baylor University in Texas where the college President who investigated Bill Clinton for the Monica Lewinsky and other debacles if not debaucheries, Kenneth Starr, formerly at Pepperdine, just became the focus of his own mismanagement of women's issues on the Baylor campus.  Does anyone tell you of Starr's connections to Cornelius Vander Starr, founder of AIG? But there's a lot more than that.  Waco is in McClennan County, home of the GWB Crawford White House and also of Buffalo Airlines which was owned by the major middleman in the Iran-Contra weapons shipments, rich Iranian mule, Farhad Azima.  Mr. Azima is not only a major Clinton Foundation contributor, but his attorney was Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson, God rest his deep-throated soul, and DiGenova and his wife not only saw the Iran-Contra affair as a small blip in U.S. diplomatic blunders, but DiGenova worked closely with Fred Thompson.

FC:  Senator Fred Thompson the actor from the American Enterprise Institute, the Counsel on Foreign Relations and the T.V. series Law & Order?

LPW:  Lot of laws, not much order.  In fact, you could say that we have planned disorder.  Disorder is the name of the game.  A nation built on life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, you would think....is a place of law and order.  So why isn't it?

FC:  I have my suspicions.

LPW:  I have read your stuff.  You have a lot more than that.

FC:  I believe that Comey knows that if he takes a hard line he or his family is in danger.  I believe  that's why H. Ross Perot got out of U.S. politics altogether.   I believe that there is a power behind the public curtain and that it does not want that curtain pulled back.  Is that wrong?

LPW:  That's right, but don't ask Noam Chomsky or the other Ivy League Delphians to direct you to the truth of the matter and to clearly define it.   Dissent is allowed within limits.  Anthony Sutton dissented by rebelling and leaving the Hoover Institute at Stanford, which by the way, owns the personal diaries of Joseph Goebbels, but they did everything in their power to sideline Sutton.
     Col. Daniel Marvin dissented and in Trey Gowdy's home state of South Carolina Marvin, a warrior who refused to acquiesce to the CIA's command to depose Prince Norodom Sihanouk,  not only survived to tell the story, but was sued by the U.S. Special Forces Association for slander and won his law suit.  Bernie Sanders took Hillary Clinton to task for using Henry Kissinger as a serious foreign policy consultant while she was Secretary of State.  Marvin's commanders to pull off the Cambodian job would have started with Kissinger.  There are good people everywhere and some really slimy ones. You can't tell if Marvin's CIA handlers were pushing for regime change in Cambodia for the import of American-style shared governance, itself a lame brained idea hiding the real motive or because he sat on the edge of the Golden Triangle, the poppy plantation that evolved like the Columbian black-tar poppy plantations to compete with the Pakistani and Afghani stuff over which the British fought the Ottoman Empire for control.

FC:  Trey Gowdy went to school in Waco, but that was a long time ago.  Do you think he is aware of just how events there influenced the FBI's rank and file?

LPW:  Are you thinking of the Davidians?

FC:  Yes.

LPW:  The Branch Davidians were there and running guns in a county where Farhad Azima was doing Iran-Contra.   Meanwhile in Mena, Arkansas Clinton had to have been running cover for the same operation?  The FBI was totally compromised in that deal, but hey, what about Ruby Ridge?  What about the assent of  William Sessions  to the Director of the FBI over the body of murdered Texas Judge John Howland Wood, shot and killed by Woody Harrelson's father, Harrelson heading off to a Presbyterian College, Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana on a scholarship.  Wood was a bigot, but a law and order, anti-drug bigot known as "Maximum John".  Woody's father's "hit" money and actions were paid for by the Chagra Brothers from El Paso and Juarez?  You'll have to read Gary Cartwright's book Dirty Dealing to understand that the Chagra's weren't Mexicans that Trump is so worried about, but Lebanese drug and weapons smugglers.  Middle Easterners.  The Southern border of the USA has been a porous gunpowder pumping point since before Spanish Hebrew, Jacob Di Cordova, made his 1849 map of Texas and before Bagdad was the port city at the mouth of the Rio Grand River on the early caravan route from what today is Brownsville to Baja on the Pacific with the Middle Eastern poppy fields of the Golden Crescent beyond just waiting to be dumped for other goodies in China.  It was there in the other Baghdad, Iraq that the Sephardic Israelite, David Sassoon's opium route through Basra would feed the British lust for empire before the U.S.'s New England Brahmins took it over and with the Castillian's and French lusting after the same prizes.

FC:  I'm glad Woody found a good home after all of that.

LPW:  Hanover, you mean?  That Presbyterian school was founded by folks from North Carolina which was a Jacobite and Tory stronghold during the American Revolution.  Flora MacDonald who saved "Bonnie Prince Charlie" in Scotland and immigrated to North Carolina with her husband and both were Jacobite Presbyterians which meant that they favored a monarchy even if they had to accept Bonnie Prince Charlie the Roman Catholic interloper to the British throne which had been vacated unwillingly by Charles I thanks to Oliver Cromwell the anti-monarchial Congregationalist.  They would have definitely been American Federalists and show just how, for example, CIA Director Alan Dulles and his cousin who converted from Presbyterianism, Avery Dulles, became the first Cardinal without first becoming a Roman Bishop.  Not ironically, the Founding Fathers rejected primogeniture law upon which the British monarchy was based with its first-born favoritism and opted for gavelkind law.  While academics like Professor Jonathan Turley, a self-avowed anti-Jeffersonian, Federalist who taught at Tulane in New Orleans where both Albert Pike and Jacob De Cordoba heavily influenced Jacobite sympathies within a receptive culture, Jefferson had, at the instructions of the First Continental Congress, written primogeniture, first-born, dynastic, pyramidal biases out of U.S. law.   I cannot tell from an academic's positions on torture or the death penalty or Guantanamo or even free speech where they stand on this essential element in the U.S. model of governance.  Blacks in America know what it's like to be late arrivers in a world where everyone was once a "later arriver" and that was essentially what the American colonists rebelled over....being dominated by the first arrivers, in England and Europe the kings, who always take the lions share of the resources which up until we codified their rebellion in law....had no chance of anything, but serfdom.  Their wars with indigenous indian monarchs were basically battles over the same thing they left in Europe.  No wonder Congress is so damn disillusioned and confused when standing as they are on the holy grail, but feel it fading beneath them to what?   The past.  The U.S. Congress is in essence the embodiment of shared governance as the Founders envisioned it and they are being neutered.  Can a Federalist like Jonathan Turley....joined as he is by the likes of C. Boyden Gray and his father, Gordon Gray, who stripped J. Robert Oppenheimer of his national security clearance for wanting to democratize peaceful nuclear energy while the Grays were wealthy heirs of the R.J. Reynolds tobacco company that democratized lung cancer....renew the vision?  Consider that  that Gordon Gray's work of spreading cancer paralleled the criminal Pruitt-Igoe undisclosed radiation experiments in the 60's and 70's, built as Pruitt-Igoe was by Minoru Yamasaki the architect for the Bin Ladens and also the architect of the World Trade Center.
      So Woody went to Hanover, but "Presbyterian" come from the Greek word Presbuteros which means "elder" and the whole pyramidal, monarchial and potentially despotic model was based on elder-worship.  That is quite clear.  Flora MacDonald's Presbyterianism claimed to have flatten the pyramid, but some Presbyterians didn't flatten it!  Federalist claim that they are the leadership backbone of the republic and they are correct that the masses can, as with the Peasants Revolt in Europe, become bruts, but kings weren't?   Same with all models in the Dark Ages including the Roman Catholicism of the Inquisition and Sharia models of government that are primogeniture biased and the Saudi royals like it that way. They don't have the Bible's "the first shall be last and last first" and as Mario Puzo did in his best selling book The Godfather with Michael Corleone being a last born and leader, like Israel's King David, leaders by default, but quite capable.  There sat the inclusion that opened up through the Reformation and Enlightenment the shackled minds and hearts that created a new age.  There is an irreconcilable difference between Sharia and the parallel primogeniture laws of Europe which in America is resurrected in family dynasties and corporate boardrooms....even the Presidency from time to time....Joe Kennedy practiced it like a Tudor king, Bush, too, and Trump if he's elected and the Judeo-Christian tradition of the Enlightment and Reformation gets cooked when this becomes the norm.  Society turns in on itself as in the Dark Ages and I think in 2016 its getting darker by the day.
     The 1999 repeal of Glass-Steagall by first-born Bill Clinton turned back the progress upon which American democracy was first built.

FC:  I know that you have written extensively about this untaught part of our history.  You say that this is part of the reason that our students aren't taught about two-time Congressional Medal of Honor winner, General Smedley Darlington Butler, who said that most of our current history is based on the racket of war.

LPW:  Not just Butler.  Read C. Wright Mills' The Power Elite.    Mills lived in Texas, taught at Columbia University in New York.  Go listen to former NATO Commander, General Wesley Clark and his story on how he came to learn of the NeoCon's Middle East agenda at the Pentagon.  One thing is clear.  The American "arsenal of freedom" has become the "arsenic of freedom" and it is that freedom that is under assault.  The FBI has been a part of the problem for a very long time, just like Michael Rupert said of the CIA at that Bill Clinton-called town meeting in South Central LA after Gary Webb's reporting shook the nation and the CIA Director, John Deutsch, showed up to calm nerves before he, like Colin Powell, David Petraeus and now, Hillary, walked off with classified information....which is sometimes difficult to know just which file to put it into.  Ruppert, who claimed that Webb's two shots to the head were definitely a suicide also killed himself.
      It was this FBI that was in place during the Tuskegee Experiment, the Pruitt-Igoe Experiment, which if you are unaware of that one you are in for a real eye-opener that remains untaught in our schools like Smedley Butler's story.   This FBI was in place during the Rudy Ridge murder of Rebecca Weaver.  It was murder.  There's no way around it.

FC:  Help me understand something.  You said that Oppenheimer appeared before the Gordon Gray Committee and stripped of security for wanting to promote peaceful uses of nuclear energy.  I have read that the key witnesses to that witch hunt were Rice University President Kenneth Pitzer and William Liscum Borden.  That Pitzer was a chemist working for the fossil fuel industry in Houston and that Borden was a Yale grad who was working on the 1940 Yale Political Union debate led by William Gardiner "Ted" White who was opposed the America First Committee and the American Liberty League fascist isolationists who would have aligned with British Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy.  I also know that Al Qaeda was formed in Egypt with help from the Muslim Brotherhood and our CIA to create fighters against Russia in Afghanistan and that Houston's Joanne King Herrin lived there, her husband's name on buildings at Rice University and that he had created Houston Natural Gas that created Enron, god-bless its bleeding soul.   Is that right?

LPW: Spot on.  Now consider that when the 911 Commission's Hamilton Committee is laying out the Official 911 Report, a key player is from the U.S. State Department, David Rhodes, a Rice University Graduate who also worked on Iran nuclear agreement.  He's also the brother of the President of CBS, David Rhodes, and CBS's Dan Rather and Mary Mapes, had in late 1999 and for sure in 2000 the GWB Ellington Field, Texas Air National Guard memo story that they waited to totally botch in 2004.  Meanwhile, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN....they all follow the proper line, which is clearly improper on any other planet in the universe.  David Rhodes will be the assistant to State Department manager and firewall of the Benghazi report to Congress.  Something that sends Trey Gowdy, Jim Jordon and the other Republican Congressmen up the tree.

FC:  Who was William Gardiner "Ted" White?

LPW:  He was a Yale grad ahead of GHWB who having read the reporting of Louis Nizer opposed American isolationism that had the US companies like those being supplied by Hitler oil agent in Texas, William Rhodes Davis, who was buying oil for the Reich up until Pearl Harbor.  Ted White was also the tailgunner on the Barbara II, the WWII torpedo bomber of GHWB when it went down at Chi Chi Jima in the South Pacific.   White wasn't suppose to have been the tailgunner that day.  It was a story refute by another tailgunner, Chester Magurski, before his death.

FC:  What about FINCEN?

LPW:  The big one!

FC:  It's huge isn't it?

LPW:  Enormous.  Where to being?  Let's start with Serpico.

FC:  The movie?  Al Pacino?  The real Frank Serpico?

LPW:  Frank.   An honest NYPD cop.  He reported the corruption in the narcotics division and runs it up the flagpole.  The Knapp Commission was formed.  Its prosecutor wasn't Trey Gowdy, obviously.  It was a young Rudy Giuliani.  The FBI liaison to the Knapp Commission wasn't Whitey Bolger's buddy, John Connolly, but it was Brian Bruh who would go on to be the FBI liaison for the FINCEN or Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.

FC:  But Giuliani cleaned up the NYPD.

LPW:  Did he?  His police commissioner who was touted as the next Director of Homeland Security by GWB, Bernie Kerik, went to jail for corruption.  Frank Serpico was so sure that the clean up was complete that he moved to the mountains of Switzerland under an assumed name and now we have Hillary, Trump, Comey, Giuliani....and don't forget across the bridge in New Jersey, Chris Christi all ready to descend on Washington.

FC:  And FINCEN?

LPW:  You'll have to ask the NYFD fire fighters and their families what they think of Giuliani.  FINCEN was commissioned to investigate Saudi influence peddling in America and in 1992 when it was focusing in on the roommate of GWB from his Texas Air National Guard days when the FBI stood down FINCEN.  Why?  Because it was getting too close to the agent in the USA for the Saudi royal family and their banker, Khalid Bin Mahfouz.  Would that investigation have found money going to terrorists in the USA?  You aren't suppose to ask that! You also aren't suppose to ask about whether it was Saudis that took down the WTC, either.  You are to accept the fact.  That's a wonderfully powerful sword blade to hold over the rich and powerful Saudi royal family's collective necks, isn't it?!

FC:  The roommate was James R. Bath whose fuel company at Ellington Field, Houston was sold to the Carlyle Group?  It was only a few miles from the Bin Laden owned Houston Gulf Manor Airport where the NASA astronauts parked their private planes.  Both men were on the Iran-Contra bank board....BCCI....Bank of Commerce and Credit International....the one also known as the Bank of Crooks and Criminals.  And you wonder what Wells Fargo is up to with it banking history?  Quit wondering!

LPW:  Right, and 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and we invade Iraq.....if you can believe the official story which a growing and impressive list of skeptics....David Ray Griffin.....Morgan Reynolds and over three thousand Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth have questioned quite effectively.

FC:  What is at stake in this battle between Clinton and Judicial Watch?

LPW:  The Clintons are interlopers....hillbillies from Arkansas who saw an opening and invited themselves in.  So long as they did the order's bidding they got their cut, but that's not what they or the order likes.  They both want it all.  But the ruling order is itself in jeopardy.  It evolved out of the early American independence that was the irresistible force of the American experience, but they are coming up against an older immovable object of the old European top-down, pyramidal, autocratic, oligarchical elements of the old Hapsburg and Prussian empires reimagined who stood up in some ways together against the old Ottoman Empire whose opioids made empires and, eventually,  in China Mao's Cultural Revolution.   This was what H. Ross Perot was warning against and it was a lot bigger than a simple sucking sound of U.S. jobs leaving the country.  They say that the problem with Christianity and the universal golden rule and as Ayn Rand counseled....."achievement without plunder" has never really been practiced.  The world is waiting and the world is losing.

FC:  So what can Americans do?

LPW:  Don't do as the 49er's are doing and squat during the National Anthem.  Stand up proudly and put your hand over your heart and hold with your left hand a flag that you carry with you always.  A flipped flag.  A flipped American flag the universal symbol of distress and cry for assistance.  The American experiment was and is the best thing going anywhere.  Embrace it.  Clean it up, but don't abandon it.  Share the governance.  That'll scare the holy hell out of them and force them back under the rocks where they belong. 

FC:  Is Comey in danger? 

LPW:  The leading attorney for the most astounding array of criminals and Washington politicians has been Edward Bennett Williams.  I'd put both Williams and DiGenova in the same circle.  People died around Williams all the time. People die around Bill and Hillary, but they died around the Bush NeoCons, too. I believe that the U.S. is finding the traditions of Washington, Jefferson, Franklin and the founding Fathers being assaulted by a resurrected Jacobite element in America that's as hard to kill off as a vampire.  Good grief....that Jacobite element that was all about oligarchy found its way into the KKK, even into the Scottish Rite Masons through Albert Pike, through the Good Fellows with Jacob De Cordoba in Texas, and certainly through the history of the Roman Catholic Church, and even the Jacobite Presbyterians of which Flora MacDonald was one.....think about that when you think of Woody Harrelson who was cast in the Cormac McCarthy film No Country For Old Men opposite Anton Chigurh.  Sound like Chagra who hired Woody's father?  McCarthy knows and his apologist at Yale, Harold Bloom, has canonized McCarthy's book, Blood Meridian,  as equal to Melville's Moby Dick.  It's not of course.  The Pequod went down with the captain's quarters.  McCarthy affirms the current status quo, but offers the only solution....the 30 Years War solution...."War IS God!" he proclaims.  Music to Alan Dulles ears or his cousin, Cardinal Avery Dulles.  The Jesuits, by the way, find that one of their schools just hired Melissa Click the woman at the University of Missouri who was captured on camera shutting down the press and free speech outside of Steve Weinberg's office.  Yes, Comey knows full well he is in danger.  He's in the crossfire as any FBI agent can tell you "it's all a game....and a very deadly one!".

    Trading for hostages is like trading for Persian rugs.  There's hidden costs.  There's unseen transfer fees.  In the end you get more or less what you paid for, but it also leaves you scratching your head as to who really paid for what and that feeling that the rug has just been pulled out from under you.
     Today former Iran hostage, Jason Rezaian, from Mill Valley, California is suing the nation of Iran for holding him hostage.  "The amount of the law suit has not yet been determined, but it should be in the area of just under $400,000,000," said international legal analyst at Needham, Moore & Evers in New York, Lucy Goodman Fine.   
    Fine sees gold in Rezaian, son of a Mill Valley, California Persian rug merchant, and his approach to holding Iran accountable for their lack of hospitality and their anti-humanitarian approach to international diplomacy.  "It's that  midnight flight with the $400,000,000 that has me reviewing the likely scenario," said Fine.
     Asked to draw a simple diagram, Fine, on a Denny's napkins with kid's crayon sketched what she believes is happening with the Rezaian law suit.

     North Carolina's 10th District Representative, Rep. Patrick McHenry, reminded us as he confronted Wells Fargo's John Strumpf that North Carolina has an interesting banking history. 
    It was there in Rep. McHenry's state that North Carolina National Bank, headed by Francis "Buddy" Kemp, became a major banking powerhouse before being acquired by Bank of America.  Mr. Kemp died of a brain tumor on November 23, 1990 leaving a rich widow who married her pastor after he divorced his wife of decades.   The church's beloved pastor gave his congregation a serious dilemma.  Do they ask him to leave or accept him and his new bride whose significant inheritance as widow Kemp could majorly enhance the church's buildings and grounds?  They voted to keep their pastor and Mrs. North Carolina National's "to have and to hold" accommodations.
     "On Thursday, September 29, 2016 during the Wells Fargo Unauthorized Accounts Hearing in Congress during which Mr. Strumfp was again chastised for corruption in banking, Rep. Patrick McHenry, Vice-Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, revealed an amazing moment of either early onset of dementia or a slick political wax jobbing to gloss over America's growing amnesia," said independent political analyst and investigative journalist Fabian Colbachi.
    Colbachi pointed to the work of historian Lowell P. Wigglesworth who said of North Carolina..."You must never forget that during the American Revolution North Carolina was a Tory stronghold. Tories backed the British imperium and its top-down, pyramidal monarchy that was no more clearly consolidated than the British crown under the Roman Catholic Church.  Britain split from the Roman Church control under Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and Oliver Cromwell.  North Carolina received as immigrants in 1774, Flora MacDonald, the hero of the Isle of Skye who saved the Roman Church backed "Young Pretender", Charlie Stuart, who sought to reestablish Catholic control of Britain. Flora arrived in North Carolina with her Tory soldier husband, both rarities as Presbyterian Jacobites and both heroes of the Scottish Jacobite assault on Cromwell's England. The Scottish Roman Catholic loyalists under the Stuarts followed 'Bonnie Prince Charlie' who is buried in the Vatican in Rome a placement that underscores Vatican sympathies in spite of the April 23, 1738 papal bull of Pope Clement XII forbidding Roman Catholics to join a Masonic assembly, York or Scottish Rite, with George Washington, Franklin and many of the Founders being York Rite Masons, not Scottish Rite Masons.  Scottish Rite Masons had not yet arrived in America, but would appear with Roman Catholic Confederate General Albert Pike, Jefferson Davis' top Agent for Indian Affairs and chief legal counsel for the KKK. Forty years after the 1776 Declaration of Independence was signed by the Founders who had taken Cromwell's rebellion to new heights with a well-reasoned peaceful transfer of power and codified rights of citizens, North Carolina, specifically Charlotte, North Carolina named the 'Queen City' in 1768  for the wife of King George III, produced the Mecklenburg Declaration (in a state named for Kings Charles I and Charles II from the Latin name 'Carolinus' meaning 'Charles') .   The Mecklenburg Declaration claimed that it preceded the mirroring of the Thomas Jefferson document over which Jefferson and John Adams had argued when the Mecklenburg Declaration was first disclosed with a claimed creation date of May 20, 1775.    That date predated the Declaration of Independence by a full year," said Colbachi quoting Wigglesworth.
     According to Wigglesworth, the usurpation of the York Rite Masonry of Washington and Franklin with their ties to the historic banking entrepreneurs, the Knights Templars, by the Scottish Rite Masons with their Pike/Prussian ties to European monarchy which the Roman Catholics had bolstered with the exile of the KT and replacement by the Maltese Knights is difficult, but not impossible to chronicle in America, especially when the evolution includes the rise of Washington super lawyers with deep attachments to the Knight of Malta like Edward Bennett Williams whose wide-ranging influence as a Maltese Knight is covered by George Crile in his book Charlie Wilson's War (p. 387), a war that was empowered by U.S. Representative CharlieWilson and fellow Texan Joanne King Herring, wife of the founder of Houston Natural Gas, the progenitor of Enron.
     It comes, too, with the strange death of Republic of Texas' fourth and last President and KT, Anson Jones, at the Capital Hotel in Austin, Texas in 1858, a fire in the KT Grand Harmony Lodge in Galveston in 1866 destroying all the lodge records and the emergence of the first SR Lodge in Texas in the same town.   Jones and a group of KT's of the York Rite tradition had chartered the KT York Rite lodge in Texas in 1838.    Jones' untimely death had removed a KT from the Texas Philosophy Society which had been chartered in 1837 as the gate keepers on Texas history and myth.  With the request of Irish Catholic Juan Linn for English speaking Catholic priests to immigrate to Texas and the arrival of the displaced Hessian soldiers from the Revolution colonizing the frontier it was a matter of time before the influence of the Prussian royal court through the Scottish Rite traditions began to eclipse the egalitarian York Rite tradition making way for the retrograde monarchial sympathies of Europe.  Within this milieu there arose Jewish bankers whose allegiances compared more with the Israelite tradition of Joseph the pharaoh's "bootlicker" than that of Moses the pharaoh's nemesis and which identified more with primogeniture laws of Europe than with gavelkind law that found its roots in the Jewish tradition of the Golden Age of Israel under a last-born, King David.
    Wigglesworth has noted that the York Rite and Scottish Rite Masonic tradition were further complicated in Texas by the arrival of Jacob De Cordoba, whose 1849 map of Texas is considered one of the premier artifacts of early Texas history.  "De Cordoba was a Jewish Spaniard from Jamaica and, not unlike the arrival of Albert Pike in New Orleans pushing the Jacobite agenda of the Scottish Rite Masons in New Orleans and Texas, DeCordoba was pushing the Odd Fellows.   The Odd Fellows, too, were created with a pointedly Jacobite agenda which the Roman Catholic Church could deny, but secretly affirm.  Meanwhile, as Tejas moved toward Texas with the coming Texas Revolution the city of Cincinnati, home to York Rite Mason and American Revolution soldier, Rufus Putnam, would commission the "Twin Sisters" the two canons sent by citizens of Cincinatti and used by Sam Houston's men, including future Texas Ranger Ben McCullough among them, at the  Battle of San Jacinto.
     "Wigglesworth has noted that German Hessians were employed by Britain to fight against the Colonists and in as much as Mecklenberg was a major region of Germany, the Mecklenburg Declaration seemed to cast a favorable light on a region of the Atlantic coast of America where German mercenaries were long associated with repressive tyranny," said Colbachi.  Elsewhere Wigglesworth has noted that Napoleon, himself a tyrant, was defeated at Waterloo in 1815 by the Duke of Wellington and Gebhard Leberecht von Blucher, the Prussian General of Scottish Rite membership.  The British/Prussian victory over Napoleon would have had Jacobite/Roman Catholic support in spite of the fact that there was no turning the clock back on the British monarchy's break with the Roman Catholics.  Waterloo enhanced the power of the monarchs for decades while America was providing the only evolving alternative to what was essentially pyramidal, monarchial, war-based ancient sun god worship.   Waterloo helped to consolidate the European monarchies of which the Roman Catholic Bishops had long influenced European religio-political alliances and which in spite of the in eminenti apostolatus, the Roman Catholic prohibition against joining the Masons, the pyramidal governance of the Roman Church was itself a secret society based on a pyramidal, monarchial, often war-based system of sun-god worship and protected by its own cadre of knights. 
    "Claiming that the Mecklenberg Declaration was lost, it first appeared in 1838 triggering a debate between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams who, initially accused of plagarism, Adams claiming Jefferson's copying of the document, Jefferson and Adams concluded by comparison with their version and the extant newspapers from the region that provided no references to such a monumental earlier event, that it was a fraud.  I believe it was intended as a tool of regional redemption for a state that had favored the monopolistic repression by the Jacobites," Wigglesworth explained to Colbachi. 
     Wigglesworth has said "I have often wondered if Southern Confederate General James Ewell Brown 'JEB' Stuart who was first on the scene at John Brown's raid on Harpers' Ferry and whose dress, mannerisms and wife, Flora Stuart, hadn't given away this region's flirtations with European monarchism.   A Civil War in America would have served well the European monarchists' ambitions with their sights on the American continent.  Divide and conquer.  In France, the Roman Catholic advisors counseled the King to instruct French explorers to intermarry with the indigenous populations to receive for their offspring full citizenship in France.  Thomas Jefferson's monumental achievement of the Declaration of Independence aside, the plantation system of the South sought to replicate in some ways the European manors which depended on primogeniture law, but which Jefferson and the Founders replaced with egalitarian gavelkind law that England's Queen Elizabeth found in Kent and that had essentially saved England from "going over to" Catholics and producing in time from Kent's hillsides Prime Minister Winston Churchill who would write The Great Democracies: Histories of the English Speaking Peoples and his November 11, 1947 quote in Parliament....Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except for all those other forms that have been practiced form time to time.   The Declaration of Independence was aimed at eliminating the power of monarchy and its cult of firstborns. James Ewell Brown 'JEB' Stuart, was a spitting image in dress and style of Prussian Prince Ruppert from whose court in Germany the Confederate General Albert Pike, the Roman Catholic Boston-born founder of Scottish Rite Masonry in America and chief legal counsel of the KKK founded with a first SR Temple in Savannah, Georgia in another Tory stronghold.   Stuart's fellow Confederate, Nathan Bedford Forrest, the KKK's founder quit the Klan when it turned violent, fed up with death, dying and war racketeering and angered by the place that Confederate General Braxton Bragg played in the Civil War including his pre and post Civil War partnership with Union General William Tecumseh Sherman, an alliance that Forrest likely correctly intuited after Fort Donnellson.  Sherman, Braxton's friend and business colleague, had worked in San Francisco and Sacramento, California with George Bragg to consolidate the Union Pacific rail head and China Trade port for the New England China Traders, predominantly Bostonian John Perkins Cushing and close friend of Jefferson Davis and Franklin Pierce, Caleb Cushing.   This is a core element my research and teachings," said Wigglesworth.   "Albert Pike, born in Boston, had imported on top of Washington and Franklin's egalitarian York Rite Masonry that helped to free the British American colonies from European domination and historically helped to degrade serfdom in Europe,  the Scottish Rite Masonry of the Prussian royal court that identified with monarchs and tyrants.  The first SR President was Lincoln's successor Andrew Johnson initiated by White House insider, Benjamin Brown French, and in time the key leaders of the movement were incorporated into Pike's brand of European masonry that identified more with the European Royals than with the egalitarian masonic lodges of the York Riters," said Wigglesworth noting that both Alphonso and William Howard Taft were members of the Cincinnati, Ohio SR lodge of Pike and that from their influence evolved the current disorder," said Colbachi reading from Wigglesworth response to the current U.S. banking crisis.
     Wigglesworth noted that while Scottish Rite Masons often make the claim that the U.S. Constitution was based on James Anderson's 1723 Grand-Lodge Book of Constitutions for use in Catholic Ireland's Masonic lodges, Anderson was a Presbyterian preacher who in 1715 preached the Jacobite line with the sermon No King Killers, referring to Catholic British King Charles I.  Congregationalist Oliver Cromwell would not hesitate to kill Charles, but in as much as sixty years later King George would have gladly killed American Masons Washington, Franklin and the rest for their treason, there was little more than a general form of constitutional layout that Jefferson and the Founders would have appropriated from Anderson's Scottish Rite/Jacobite book that makes it clear that freedom of speech is for the brethren and in Anderson's case that was the brotherhood of the monarchists.  Jefferson being, after all, a deist and above the Catholic/Protestant bickering, but not above "king killing" if the freedom of the new nation based on democratic rule was threatened by George or any other monarch.

    "The state flag of North Carolina is much worse than the Confederate Battle flag under which it also fought in as much its placement of May 20, 1775 on the flag's panel is an anachronism that celebrates a total fraud!" said Wigglesworth.
     "The signers of the Mecklenberg Declaration were mostly associated with the same church as that of Francis "Buddy" Kemp and which would also claim as members CIA Director Alan Dulles and his cousin, the first Roman Catholic priest to become a Cardinal without first becoming a Bishop, and a convert from Presbyterianism, Avery Dulles.    Francis Kemp, Hugh McColl's understudy, was succeeded at NCNB/NationsBank turned Bank of America by Ken Lewis who negotiated the bank's 2008 muddling with Paulson and Bernanke.  It was becoming clear that Bank of America was also well-connected to the Vatican Bank via its founder in Charlotte, Amadeo Peter Giannini," said Wigglesworth...."and that the well-choreographed bamboozling of the 2008 housing bubble that was built on the dress rehearsal of the 1980's S&L scandal, was now simply raw, non-camouflaged fraud and theft."
      Wigglesworth noted that in 1992 Presidential race between George H.W. Bush, William Jefferson Clinton and H. Ross Perot, a book by Peter Brewton, The Mafia, CIA and George Bush: Corruption, Greed and Abuse of Power in the Nation's Highest Office, a book signed by Simon & Schuster Publishers, Inc. who promised to provide as Brewton's editor Woodward and Bernstein's editor of their book All the President's Men, Alice Mayhew, but S&S failed to bring the book to market before the 1992 November election leaving Brewton in a quandary.  "Brewton had proven that the S&L scandal of the 80's was organically linked to the Iran-Contra debacle which found Oliver North, defended by attorney and Maltese Knight, Edward Bennett Williams, at the forefront with John Poindexter, Casper Weinberger and Elliot Abrams.  Later on, the San Jose Mercury New's Pulitzer Prize winning investigative writer and author of the book Dark Alliance, subject of the film Kill The Messenger, Gary Webb, would reference his connections with Brewton in his research on Dark Alliance.  Webb would die on December 10, 2004, the same day that he resigned from the San Jose Mercury News in 1997 of what a California medical examiner claimed was a suicide with two shots to the head.  "You can't get around the banking system as the conduit for major American corruption," said Wigglesworth, "which led Old Hickory to declare his own war on the banking industry in America."

      John Strumpf's Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America were recipients of the 2008 Hank Paulson bailout and the supporters of the push for the imperial domination of the 'too big to fail banks'.  "'Too big to fail should be a rallying call like 'Don't Tread on Me'," said Wigglesworth noting that with Bank of America's claim to being forced to use its share of the 2008 bailout money to buy Merrill Lynch, we see that the U.S. moved toward illegitimately enriched family political dynasties that are as much a betrayal of the Founding Father's vision of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as Jacobite dream of a return to the Dark Ages.  Wigglesworth warns, however, against believing that the Tea Party backing by the Koch Brothers whose father, Frederick Koch, was a founder of the John Birch Society, are not connected to the Fascist wing of the American political system.   "I found in the Dulles and the Jesuit-backed Vatican support of the German Fascist sympathetic rat-lines that escorted Nazi leaders out of Germany with Hitler's SS formulated on a replica of the Vatican's Jesuit Order quite problematic for the U.S.A..   In short order, former Nazis populated the U.S.'s post-1947 weapons and intelligence apparatus," said Wigglesworth.

    Colbachi quoted from the Stumpf Congressional hearing.  "Patrick McHenry said 'North Carolina had an incredible banking culture over decades.  In Charlotte, First Union, a homegrown bank with a great reputation went through a down turn time and economic crisis as you well know and before that time they teamed up with a bank in Winston-Salem, Wachovia.... then acquiring Wachovia which was Wachovia/First Union, the pitch was that your culture was very similar, from California, was very similar to this North Carolina culture, banking culture.  John Grimes Medlin, the great chairman of Wachovia imbued within Wachovia the sense that a banker is a civil servant as well.  That there is this obligation to society.   There is an obligation that they have to the society and their community.  You knew the guy.  You pay tribute to that culture.  So I want to think about that culture.  I know you have a huge head count in North Carolina and we're grateful for it....." said Colbachi directly quoting McHenry in his address to Wells Fargo's Chairman and CEO, John Strumpf.   Colbachi had listened waiting for McHenry to go where seldom a Congressman goes.
      "That's right," said Colbachi.  "He didn't mention The Guardian's article on how Wachovia was one of the biggest Mexican drug cartel money laundering banks on the planet."    Colbachi laid a hard copy of The Guardian on the booth table at the small Washington D.C. diner near the Capital Building.    "Rep. McHenry is what?  A PR man for Wachovia?  For Wells-Fargo?  Where's our newspapers covering this crap with any degree of clarity?" asked Colbachi.

       The seedy history of American banking interests with political payoffs, bribes and skullduggery has long been linked to the drug flow under the apparently well appointed and nicely set dining table of American mercantilism.   "It's like lace curtains on a slaughter house, folks," said Colbachi.
        Historian Lowell P. Wigglesworth agrees.  "The history of the U.S. is the history of 'follow the drug money' and few have followed it as well as our own bankers, lawyers and politicians," said Wigglesworth.
       "North Carolina National Bank became NationsBank and NationsBank was, you will surely remember, bought out by Bank of America, one of the few big banks, perhaps the only big bank that appeared not to need the 2008 bailout money.  In fact, Ken Lewis, Bank of America's CEO and President who replaced F. "Buddy" Kemp refused the bailout money at first, building apparent credibility, but then claimed he was forced by Hank Paulson to take the taxpayer's sovereign dollars to purchase an insolvent Merrill Lynch, formerly Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith, a Wall Street stock trading company....a marriage banned under the Glass-Steagall Act that Bill Clinton had failed to keep in place 1999 having built a phony trust during his tenure by building a short-lived budget surplus.   The Pierce in Merrill Lynch's former name is organically linked to President Franklin Pierce and Barbara Pierce Bush.   Bank of America bought Merrill Lynch whose executives received record payouts from the taxpayers' dollars via Hank Paulson's 2008 bailout plan while Wells Fargo would go on to replicate the Enron 'pump and dump' that made stockholders rich, but in the end cost company employees dearly.  President Franklin Pierce, for whom former President William Jefferson Clinton has become an apologist in 2015 and 2016 at speeches for his wife at Georgetown University and in Exeter, New Hampshire, was the backer of William Walker the "Gray Eyed Man of Destiny" who has been played in films by both Marlon Brando and Ed Harris.  Walker tried to annex like Aaron Burr the whole region of Baja, California including San Diego which the Confederacy had seen as their future China Trading port on the Pacific coast with its direct naval pipeline to Hawaii, the Philippines and the Orient and, more importantly, the Golden Crescent of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Turkey and India where the world's most potent opium was picked up and hauled from the old Ottoman Empire to China as trading chips in the China Trade, a synonym for silk, spice, tea, and of course, opium.   Franklin Pierce was also close friends of Confederate President Jefferson Davis who laid out the South's rail route from Savannah to San Diego in the 1850's while future Union General and business partner of Confederate General Braxton Bragg, William Tecumseh Sherman, worked in Wells-Fargo's historic business base of San Francisco for the Union's terminus of the Union Pacific Railroad.   The Union Pacific's Transcontinental rail route followed the Russell's Pony Express route from Omaha to San Francisco and the Civil War conveniently stalled the South's flatland route from Savannah to San Diego with the articulated motive of Civil War being abolition of slavery versus state's rights...not a battle over a rail route to the Pacific and the Middle Eastern poppy fields beyond.  I believe that a DNA analysis of William Walker will reveal a family relationship to George Walker and to George Herbert Walker Bush, while the close personal relationship of Wallis Simpson Windsor to Elizabeth Kauffman Bush, GHWB's sister-in-law and daughter of the first USN 'frogman', proves a close relationship to the German Saxe-Coburg-Gothas royals whom Winston Churchill and FDR vastly distrusted," said Wigglesworth, but equally important was Jefferson Davis' and Franklin Pierce's close friendship with America's leading opium smuggler and negotiator of the first U.S./China trade treaty, Caleb Cushing.   Under Cushing the Chinese entered into the promise that the U.S. would not do to the Chinese what the British East India Company had done leading to the Opium Wars and Boxer Rebellion," said Wigglesworth noting George H.W. Bush's longstanding relationship to the CIA and China as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations as well was the New England power base of which the leading China Traders are educated at Yale, Harvard and other Ivy League schools.  "It was this close relationship that made the massive export of U.S. jobs and technology to China possible with the backing of GATT and NAFTA which is now being refashioned with the Pacific Pac agreement," said Wigglesworth.
    Colbachi, reading over Wigglesworth's assessment agreed.   He also agreed with California Rep. Brad Sherman, who said of Strumpf and Wells Fargo.... "what was important was what this fraud did to your stock prices."  Colbachi knows the U.S. banking industry well.  "It was the Enron bamboozle all over again as articulate correctly by one Congressman Mike Capauno.  This was the door opened by Bill Clinton and the Bush cabal in 1999 when their joint repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act opened us to the rape of the nation that led to the housing bubble, meltdown, bailout and a twenty trillion dollar debt.  Glass-Steagall secured the banks from fraud, but in 1999 Bill Clinton claimed that his stopping the repeal Glass-Steagall by veto was unnecessary since it already been breached.  That's like telling the world...."come on over here and pee in the community water well since people are already dumping in it.  That sounds exactly like the Clinton Foundation policy on global warming.  Representative Brad  Sherman said it nicely....'The big banks are too big to manage, too big to regulate.  Time to break them up,'" said Colbachi quoting California Congressman Brad Sherman, but adding....'I'd feel better about Brad Sherman's assertion if he had not come from Sherman Oaks, California named for General Moses Hazeltine Sherman, the first Los Angeles, California water czar who was not really a U.S. Army General, but named himself in such a way as to confuse his relationship to General William Tecumseh Sherman and who were both involved in the Pacific Railroad development and was, like Strumpf, engaged in bank fraud," said Colbachi. 
      "In 2008 over 90% of the local U.S. banks were solvent, but not the big ones that were, like Wells Fargo clearly splitting the sheets with Wall Street investors in ways prohibited before the failure of Clinton in 1999 to veto the repeal of Glass-Steagall and the Bush/NeoCon celebration of deregulation and the Enron-esque entrepreneurial ambitions based on flagrant fraud," said Colbachi.

      Meanwhile, the Philippines', a historic drug shipping point along which companies like AIG, Pacific Mail and Steamship Company and other U.S. firms made fortunes insuring legitimate and hidden cargos across the Pacific with protection from the U.S Navy whose first Navy SEAL was either William B. Cushing or Draper Kauffman, father of Elizabeth Kauffman Bush, GHWB's sister-in-law.   The Philippines' President is expelling the U.S. military from joint operations on the claim that China would not be happy with these arrangements and that Russia and China would make better trading partners than the U.S.A..   "We've got our work cut out for us," said Colbachi who noted that in an interview with Jake Tapper, President Bill Clinton argued that the local Main Street banks mostly regretted that they had not jumped on the 2008 band wagon like the big banks had done and relieved themselves with ill-gotten Wall Street profits.  "We're in deep doo-doo here," said Colbachi.  Lowell P. Wigglesworth agrees. "Not even FBI Director James Comey is likely as he proved with Hillary's emails to challenge the illegality that he finds in Washington's inner circle of "slick, slimy, douches bags of illegality posing as respectable leadership," said Wigglesworth who fears a new era of Bonnie and Clyde, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and John Dillinger.  "My only hope would be that if we see this happening that they will.....on their way out the bank door....plug Mr. Strumfp and his inner circle for us," said Colbachi, "but more importantly, to stop the lawlessnes the big banks must be broken-up, Glass-Steagall must be reinstated and people like Strumpf MUST go to jail like Jeffery Skilling and Ken Lay of Enron did and since the war on drugs is part and parcel to the endless war on terror, focused as it is in the poppy rich Golden Crescent which directly influenced the creation of the Golden Triangle and South America's black tar heroin and cocaine supply, we must revamp every aspect of U.S. drug policy since we now have both a prescription opioid and street heroin epidemic in the U.S.A..  While we are at it?  Whether we sit down for the National Anthem like our athletes are doing, we should all, at least, flip the flag....a universal signal of distress and plea for help."
      Strangely, the name Strumfp shows close connections to Bank of America's Hugh L. McColl, Jr.  through his close NationsBank colleague, Rick Hendrick, who received a Presidential pardon for mail fraud from President Bill Clinton.  By association, Linda Strumfp, Hugh L. McColl, Jr. and Henry Brewer Schacht often appear together in various periodicals.  Both Hjalmar Schacht and Henry Ford were Scottish Rite Masons and are also often linked in business periodicals and newspapers.  Hhalmar Horace Greeley Schacht, Hitler's banker, join the Urania zur Unsterblichkeit in Berlin in 1908, the same year that William Howard Taft joined his father's SR Temple in Cincinatti, Ohio. Confessions of the "Old Wizard" (Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1956, p. 105).
      McColl was the focus of an investigation by respected reporter and columnist Jack Anderson in 1998.  Anderson rightly showed the partnership between Hugh McColl and Bill Clinton in laying the groundwork for the big banks to get even bigger.  Sold as a means of breaking Congressional gridlock, time would prove that the McColl/Clinton alliance would lead to 2008's well-bamboozled meltdown.  The passage of the Riegle-Neal Act was early on Clinton's top priority, but it was resisted by Main Street banks and the conservative insurance industry. The bill provided that after one year, bank holding companies could acquire or establish a bank anywhere in the country without reference to state law. The big bank coup was nearly complete.  It needed only the 1999 repeal of Glass-Steagall and the arrival of the Bush Neo-Cons.
      Shirley Locke Holmes, another independent investigative journalist following the John Strumfp and Wells Fargo story has consulted with genealogy analyst and cyber-system-probability-statistician,  Domingo Itzak Rabinautillus.  "Rabinautillus is an amazing resource for the analysis of the probability of family connections within the prevailing cultures," said Holmes.  "Take the names Strumfp and Spanier," said Rabinautillus.  "These are extremely rare last names and when they are searched through the Rabinautillus' algorithmic assessment tool we see that John Strumfp is married to a Spanier.  The Spanier and Strumpf names occur in cultural circles very, very rarely together at the same time.  In this case, at Penn State University where Graham Spanier was President of Penn State at the time the Sandusky/Paterno scandal erupted following years of cover-up that many link to the Omaha, Nebraska's Franklin Cover-up.  Penn State trustee, Linda Strumfp, was not only the CIO or Chief Investment Officer of the Ford Foundation, but then head of the Leona Helmsley Foundation. Leona had her own serious problems with credibility like the Clintons.  I cannot say for certain, but the probabilities are extremely high that these names appearing together, Graham Spanier and Linda Strumfp, John Strumfp and his wife's maiden name, Spanier, are NOT coincidental," said Rabinautillus.  "It's an amazing connection if correct," said Holmes noting that Rabinautillus told her...."finding these rare Jewish surnames together in the same place at the same time is stranger than finding a blue quadricorn at a pink unicorn convention."
