GWB Blamed For Texan Stumble

Bush Banner Blamed for Texan Blooper by Winsip Custer CPW News Service

While the 6th game of the 2011 World Series provided sports fans with one of the most memorable games in baseball history, many are faulting former President Bush with the Texans’ 6th game stumble. “Unfurling an exact replica of his “Mission Accomplished” banner at the end of game 5 was as lame brained an idea as it was during the Iraq War,” said Homer Wilson Rawlings from Grapevine, Texas and president of SPPAG (Stop Premature Proclamation) Action Group.

“That boy has a problem with premature proclamations,” said Rawlings who asked “didn’t Bush ever hear of Yogi Berra who said ‘It ain’t over ‘til it’s over’?”
