It appears that both men see the inclusion of Russian-sponsored television which had invited former Trump National Security Advisor, General Michael Flynn, to Moscow where he was honored by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as providing a new source of real, not fake, news.
RT or Russian Television has made a sustained effort to validate its freedom and independence from the kind of political oversight that sent many outspoken Russian critics to the Gulags during the Cold War.
