Rudy Giuliani Denies Being “Whoppish Dean of Devilish Districts”

Giuliani, New York, Baltimore and The Pain of Past Performances
By Frederick Douglass Bailey for CPW News Service

Former New York Mayor, Rudy Giuliani is reportedly not fond of the title “Whoppish Dean of Devilish Districts,” but the name is apparently sticking.

“Yep, when the 911 hijackers bombed the Twin Towers and Building 7 fell like a bucket of Dutch Boy lead paint, people were talking.   Soon the mayor’s chief enforcer, Police Chief Bernie Kerik, would find himself in Iraq preparing an indigenous security force before finding himself at the top of a list of candidates for GWB’s Director of Homeland Security.  That was before West Point’s chief ethicist, Col. Theodore “Ted” Westhusing found himself in Iraq covering the same territory only to find  his stomach turned by what he found there.  “Sullied no more,” he would have a direct confrontation with General David Petraeus whose life was snatched back from an inexplicably fired through-the-lung wounding by a soldier during an inspection at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  “The lung was fixed by Senator William Frist,” said Carville T. Rachet of Nashville, Tennessee.  “Nothing binds a soldier to a group or cause like being snatched from the traumatic jaws of death by a well known friend of GWB,” said Rachet.  Westhusing, furious with the handling of the Iraq security effort and killing of innocent Iraqi civilians was found dead from a single gunshot wound following his bitter confrontation with Petraeus in Baghdad’s Green Zone.

Kerik did not fade from the picture quietly.  “Though not selected as the Director of Homeland Security because of a corruption indictment, Kerik went to jail for accepting unauthorized additions to his phenomenal pay as New York’s chief law enforcement officer.   Meanwhile, New York’s ‘Whoppish Dean of Devilish Districts’ moved from Wall Street to the most powerful city on earth.  Washington D.C.,?” asked Morgan Carnathan from Carthage, Missouri and answering his own question.  “No, sir.  Houston.”

Carnathan argues quite convincingly that Houston’s increasingly outdated engineering leverage to supply oil and gas power makes it more powerful than New York, Chicago, L.A. and Washington put together.  “It is the most powerful city on earth for carbon-based fossil fuels and if you get in the way of their cartel they'll kill you!  So when Giuliani moved his law practice from New York to take up residence with the firm of Fentress and Searcy Bracewell, well, no surprise there."

Carnathan is concerned that "given the events in Ferguson and Baltimore and with Giuliani arguing that America’s police are under attack while his chief policeman in New York was shadier than a Foster Grant factory, someone needs to come forward and tell it like it is."

“The U.S. pecking order finds a fascist element of New England Anglican Puritan Protestant power elites using Irish Catholics like Joseph P. Kennedy and family to do their dirty work under the cloak of respectability.  Next in line are the Italian Catholics, then the Hispanics and Blacks.   For Black Americans with the murder or imprisonment of so many of their 60’s and 70’s Civil Rights era leaders came the lawlessness of the Bloods, Crips and other gangs, this is true and predictable.  It’s also perfectly in line with the kind of oppression that Kerik and Giuliani promoted in New York and Iraq.  When the power structure can turn the kids into instruments of their own oppression the Order’s plan is complete,” said Carnathan noting that U.S. policy in Iraq has left a nation of children ripe for the Bloods and Crips of the Middle East….ISIS.

“I have a friend in Texas who was reflecting on the McKinney pool party that caused a police officer to resign.  He said that in the 1980's he sat in the Dallas Cowboy's owner's box with an owner who had just recruited Herschel Walker who made his first touchdown as a Dallas Cowboy.  "Walker was from Walker County, Georgia, home of Augusta National with ties to George Herbert Walker and the Georgia Tories who mostly backed King George during the American Revolution and the place where that damn shill for the New England power elites....for Caleb Cushing, Franklin Pierce and even Jeff Davis and his Confederate Attorney General, Thomas Bragg, sat out William Tecumseh Sherman's dismantling of the South's railroad between Atlanta and Savannah, General Braxton Bragg, the most hated man in the Confederate army which was soldiered by boys, ninety percent of which had no slaves.  They did not know what Bragg was up to so my friend wrote the book Sulfur, Lead and Poppies to remind his family that it was all a sham.  The Cowboy's owner turned to his guests and smiled when Herschel went over the goal and said "see what money can buy."  The owner was from McKinney, Texas, but in Houston near his home in River Oaks was the frequented old Confederate House Restaurant where the decor was decidedly, well, Confederate.  In the 1980's this white friend whose family had owned a small farm between Atlanta and Savannah during the Civil War had lived in an apartment in Houston.  He had two children ages eight and six.  They wanted to swim.   The were both great swimmers.  There was a nearby private homeowners pool that offered competitive swimming competition for the community for a fee.  They welcomed the boys and took their money.   The boys won their first competition, but were denied their blue ribbons and trophies because they didn’t live in the subdivision as homeowners.  “They live in the apartments,” they were told.  The oldest of the two would die on the infamous I-45 Corridor near Ellington Field in Houston and became the subject of One Nation Under Oz,” said Carnathan.

“The boy’s father told me that with the discovery of the wreck of the New England China traders' opium clipper, Frolic, in 1950 with its story being published as Voyage of the Frolic: New England Merchants and the Opium Trade,  in 1999 (Stanford University Press) by California archeologist Thomas Layton he had to write Sulfur, Lead and Poppies in 2014, a title that usually brings the query..."About the war in Afghanistan?"  To which he replies, "No, about or own Civil War, but nothing has changed, but the quality of the weapons and technology used to kill."
Layton also discovered that Frederick Douglass, the great Civil War anti-slavery spokesman, also named Fred Bailey, worked in a Baltimore opium clipper ship yard.  Baltimore was hometown of the first test case for the war-baiting Fugitive Slave Laws and of the progenitor of the National City Bank boys, Alexander Brown, that gained General Smedley Butler's ire, morphing from Alexander Brown's investment firm into Brown & Root, KBR a key cog in the military industrialist complex's war machinery.   That test case for the Fugitive Slave Laws was James Hamlet who worked in the Brown’s Merchant Shot Tower making lead musket balls, but Baltimore would also be home to the paint companies that packed lead from Houston’s National Lead Company, now NL Industries, into paints and petroleum products….a devilishly deadly revenue stream,” said Carnathan noting that the penetrating critique of NORAD's 911 response, IGNORAD, was written by Scott Shuger, a heir of the Baltimore paint company that took the lead in lead paint sales.
“I just bought a copy of Sulfur, Lead and Poppies, the book that takes Layton’s discovery of the Frolic and pushes it to its logical conclusion based on the indisputable evidence.  The Civil War was a big drug deal and push to the opium crops for which we are still battling in the Middle East and which had Bernie Kerik, Rudy’s Bubba, pounding the Baghdad pavement.  Basra, Iraq was the British opium smuggler, David Sassoon’s, shipping port before he moved to Bombay, now Mumbai.  But look, Giuliani was the real 'Wolf of Wall Street.'  Giuliani protected Goldman Sacks and the other thieves in Lower Manhattan while on the Upper West Side Columbia University’s “Father of Applied Sociology,” Robert Merton, produced the Harvard economist from the hometown of Joseph P. Kennedy and George Luther Stearns who had tried to corner the world's lead market and was a "Secret Six" backer of Kansas Abolitionist John Brown, and of Faneuil Hall where Caleb Cushing, the leading opium importer and close friend of Franklin Pierce and Jefferson Davis, had invited Jeff Davis to speak for slavery while Frederick Douglass, Fred Bailey, argued against it.   Cushing, Pierce, even Davis were making the soi disant argument for civil war and were the Dana White of that day's Ultimate Fighting Championships and of controlling both corners for profit."
Don't forget the 2008 meltdown and its connection to Giuliani's city.    Nobel Prize winner, sociologist Merton's son Robert Merton the “Master of Mertonian Metrics” also known as Black Scholes had tanked the U.S. economy in 2008.  This event caused Merton’s mentor, Paul Samuelson, to call his student, Columbia's Robert Merton's son,  the creator of the 'devilish, monster, Frankensteinish credit default swap formulas.'  I don't know which were the bigger razor-bladed dildos," said Carnathan.... "Giuliani or Merton, but the stupid Americans swallowed it, though there were some like Christopher Hedges who refused to be hoodwinked by the bamboozle.  Now that Giuliani has moved for New York to the infamous I-45 corridor of Texas and unholy cow!"

“Giuliani is now plugging Life Lock, but he can’t guarantee your life against anything.  If he was that good he would have been fuming over the stand down order that the FBI received on the 1992 abandonment of the FINCEN or Financial Crimes Enforcement Network that could have netted the 15 Saudi September 11th hijackers that had his citizens jumping from the windows onto Bernie Kerik’s nice clean streets,” said Carnathan.  "I don't know how far back Rudy's Texas connections go, but in joining Bracewell & Patterson to become Bracewell & Giuliani, Rudy was joining the firm whose one attorney, William E. King, is the business partner of James R. Bath in Southwest Airport Services, who together with the Saudi royal family's banker, Khalid Bin Mahfouz, bought for Salem Bin Laden, the Houston Gulf Manor Airport in Clear Lake Texas.  King, the Mayor of Kemah, had his front row seat along I-45's historic smuggling route that dated back to William Walker's filibustering and recruiting campaign in Galveston for "annexing" Honduras that aligns nicely with the Bay of Pigs and Iran-Contra.  Beyond this connection, King's Bracewell & Giuliani law firm was home to a key UTIMCO board member and sister of former Drug Enforcement Director, Karen Tandy Pomerantz, Colleen Tandy McHugh," said Carnathan.  "UTIMCO is the multi-billion-dollar investment fund of the University of Texas where not only Theodore "Ted" Westhusing graduated with a PhD, but also where JSOC's commander, Admiral William McRaven, has become the Chancellor in 2015.

In 1991( Long, William R., “BCCI Is One Financial Scandal Menem Hopes To Avoid," LA Times) Saudi’s BCCI, Bank of Credit and Commerce International, principal Gaith Pharoan, who had bought numerous banks with the help of James R. Bath, was the subject of investigation….the investigation that FINCEN would not pursue.  Pharoan had ties to terrorism.  Specifically to Al Qaeda.  By 2008 Gretchen Peters was writing for the NY Times (June 4, 2008) “Indicted Saudi Gets $80 Million US Contract” to “supply jet fuel to American bases in Afghanistan.”  BCCI was the primary money laundering bank for the Iran-Contra fiasco.  What was politically at stake in the FINCEN/Bath connection being avoided?  A GHWB/Clinton/Perot presidential election outcome and given the very real Iran-Contra connections through Clinton's home state with Barry Seal's Mena, Arkansas operation, Ross Perot had a vested interest in seeing the truth of that can of worms rise to the surface for fish bait.  Perot had sent attorneys to Missouri to interview Austrian pilot of the SR-71 Blackbird, Gunther Russbacher and he had pulled in the patriotic fervor of Col. Bo Gritz, one of the most celebrated soldiers in Vietnam who had first hand knowledge of the Middle East opium connections that inform the hypocrisy of America's "war on drugs" with its Gordian connection of what General Smedley Butler called the "racket of war."  At 23 years of age, Rudy Giuliani, had been assigned to New York's "Serpico Commission" AKA the official Knapp Commission whose leading FBI liaison, Brian Bruh who would be not only on  the Tower Commission that had Texas Senator, John Tower, looking into the legality of Iran-Contra for Ronald Reagan and who died in a plane crash during the roll-out of the findings, but Bruh became the first FINCEN head from 1991-1993 right across the 1992 election year when Bath's habits needed a washing, but didn't get it.  Would these connections have rustled up the 911 plot?  We may never know, but we do know that malfeasance was rampant and the key players continue to circle the same drain.

“I did hear Giuliani talking to Maria Barteloma this morning with those two Sicilians, or whatever, they sure aren’t Florentines or Paduans.  The Medici, Copernicus and Galileo were transparent compared to these draconian omerta modelers.  Giuliani was saying that we should repeal the minimum wage laws so that the young gang bangers can find jobs that instill some discipline.   I say that’s a good idea.  No minimum wage for the first six month in training and then ‘pow’ $15/hr. That will prevent human slavery and provide the boys in blue some real help in the law and order department and turn the Giuliani/Kerik dildo-ish bimbology back over to the true blues," said Carnathan.  "Meanwhile, we got GWB's younger brother circling the drain like a European monarch expecting to take over the family's historically and decidedly dark, like William Walker trying to take over Baja and Honduras, dog pile," said Carnathan.  "And where does JEB decide to flex his political muscle?  Germany?  At their organization formed after WWII with the Marshall Plan when following the fall of the Berlin Wall we did so little to incorporate the former USSR, our allies against Hitler, into some new form of NATO?  So what did we get?  Just what we got....the racket of endless warfare that Smedley Butler said was our stupid addiction," said Carnathan.

KATHRYN CASEY CALLED "TEXAS POWER ELITE PROPAGANDIST"

TEXAS' I-45 TRUE CRIME BY KATHERINE CASEY CALLED

by Peter Farquaad Siemens for CPW News Service

With so much from the 2000 and 2004 Presidential elections of George Walker Bush lining up along the Dallas to Houston to Galveston, Texas I-45 highway called "the most dangerous road in America," a recent true crime analysis of this dangerous road and its relationship to GWB has become a source of literary criticism.  Home to the Texas Air National Guard the CIA-linked Airport named Ellington Field is where Bush's former Air National Guard roommate, James R. Bath, owns the fuel concession, but this is also where Bath's partnership with the Saudi royal banker, Khalid Bin Mahfouz, helped the brother of Osama Bin Laden, Salem Bin Laden, to purchase the Houston Gulf Manor Airport, home to some of NASA's leading astronauts' private planes.  That airport was only a few miles south of Ellington.   Katherine Casey's latest book on I-45 has become a lightening rod and wind sock.

An Amazon.com review of Casey's new book digs deeper than most and suggests that the Texas author's timing on the release of the book is propaganda aimed at removing this highway's story from the approaching 2016 election that will undoubtedly revisit the Bush legacy in America.  A review by Will Harvey takes aim at Casey's new book.  The reviewer argues that the FBI's 1992 FINCEN investigation that had Saudi influence peddling in its crosshairs had zeroed in on Bush buddy, James R. Bath, but that like Scott Shuger's critique of the 911 NORAD response to the Saudi dominated attack on the World Trade Center, FINCEN had received an earlier "stand down" order.  Had FINCEN, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, been left to investigate Saudi improprieties in the U.S.A. it may well have caught the 911 plotters, fifteen of which were from Saudi Arabia where the Bush family enjoyed questionable relations within a nation known for its oppression of women and repression of free speech as evidenced in the recent imprisonment and flogging of Raif Badawi.

An on-line former USN intelligence officer,  reporter for Microsofts' and Bill Gates' Slate.com, Scott Shuger had written on January 6, 2002 IGNORAD: The Military Screw-up Nobody Talks About.  In less than a year Shuger died in an inexplicable witness-less scuba diving accident in California.

The review of Casey's book, Deliver Us, reads....

on May 5, 2015....

I don't hate it, but I don't like it. Like the DEA's Don Ferrarone's assertions through TEXAS KILLING FIELDS and Ginger Strand's KILLER ON THE ROAD that both want us to believe that I-45 is not a unique, well-traveled smuggling route that ties Dealy Plaza in Dallas to Galveston, the transshipment point for all manner of supplies for the Bay of Pigs, Iran-Contra and dating back to the filibustering exploits of William Walker. Casey leaves out so much. In the Epilogue she states "Nearly all the families I interviewed voiced frustration with inexperienced police departments." (p. 347). This was clearly not the case with Michael Lloyd Self who was jailed by crooked, well-trained cops who are now in jail. When Edward Harold Bell confessed in 1998 to eleven murders as part of a "program" of killings, Self should have been exonerated. Judge David Hittner who was to hear the case of Robert Corson, son-in-law of Walter Mischer, who Peter Brewton and others have claimed was on his way to court, not unlike Barry Seal, but in hopes that his knowledge of Iran-Contra would win him a plea-bargain in his savings & loan scandal crimes. Corson died like Mark Lombardi and Michael Lloyd Self of an inexplicable heart attack. Hittner had supposedly championed Michael Lloyd Self's case after Bell's confession all the way to the Supreme Court which was busy in 2000 with election issues in Florida when Self conveniently died in prison. Meanwhile, the story that Dan Rather and Mary Mapes would unpack in 2004 was being managed in Texas by former Lt. Gov. Ben Barnes in 2000 having been in his political quiver since the 1970's. That story, too, had ties to the infamous I-45 corridor. Self languished in prison and died two years after Bell's letters should have freed him.

Casey makes little to nothing of the low bail set for Bell's murder of Larry Dickens and his low-bail-jumping disappearance in Panama where he joined his father. Nothing is said of the high-profile bail bondsman who handled Bell's bond, either. The judge setting Bell's bail had a reputation for stiff ones especially in drug cases. Why the exception in Bell's murder case? If as Bell asserts he was working a program, his offshore supply company in Galveston where Bay of Pigs paymaster Paul Helliwell also operated a supply boat company and insurance company leaves one huge stone unturned for Casey who prides herself on researching the details. It is entirely possible in this backwater, historic smuggling route covered by Melanie Wiggins in THEY MADE THEIR OWN LAW, that there were multiple psycopaths like Bell operating without knowledge of each other and that any good police were hog tied by a system that found Harris County D.A. Johnny B. Holmes and M.E. Dr. Joyce Carter's crime lab turning to such mush that Harris County brought in the firewalling prosecutor in the Iran-Contra case, Michael Bromwich, to get to the bottom of the problems there. Bromwich had insured that Reagan and, more importantly, GHWB, were not implicated in the Iran-Contra mess which found Reagan pardoning North, Poindexter, Abrams and Weinberger. Does Casey address this problem with Houston and the I-45 Corridor or the fact that some of the biggest contributors to the local 100 CLUB which supports the families of fallen officers are some of the shadiest characters in the area? Nope. Why bring up an inconvenient truth? What paid for Bromwich's investigation before he moved on to the BP Deep Water Horizon spill? Confiscated drug money and lots of it! With Bell disappearing from Houston to Panama with its problems with Manuel Noriega who claimed "I have VP Bush by the balls," more should have been done to unpack these Bell-buttons.

Nor does Casey tell us that the names of the dead girls like Bracewell and Baker, were names potentially linked to local power elite families in Houston. They line up alongside Tot Harriman's more recent disappearance along I-45 (Ruth Rendon, "Family Awaiting News About Missing Woman, Houston Chronicle, July 30, 2001). Harriman's American husband whom she had met in Vietnam, Clinton Harriman, was linked to the USS Mayaguez case, the last battle of the Vietnam War with all of the connections that Col. Bo Gritz made for us with respect to Kung Sa and the Golden Triangle, further flags this smuggling route through Texas.

It's a no-brainer to show that what Gary Webb had uncovered in LA through DARK ALLIANCE what linked to Peter Brewton's reporting in THE MAFIA, CIA AND GEORGE BUSH in Houston. This was also left unexplored by Casey after she admits that Bell had been selling land in Terlingua, Texas, far West Texas, in Houston (p 101), while Brewton shows that the Mischer/CIA linked Terlingua airstrip (Peter Brewton, The Mafia, CIA and George Bush, p. 94-96) was an integral part of the Iran-Contra scheme. Gary Webb's death on December 10, 2004 was not without its ties to Texas. In his debate with Jeff Leen of the Washington Post, Webb named Houston Post reporter, Peter Brewton, who told Webb that naming the CIA in a book is to make yourself a huge target. Brewton did not delve as deeply into the depths of the drug connection to Iran-Contra as did Webb.

There's a lot more to this story than is told here by Casey. Along I-45 the Houston Gulf Manor Airport owned by Salem Bin Laden was bought with the help of GWB's National Guard roommate, James R. Bath and the Saudi royal banker, Khalid bin Mahfouz. In 1992, the Presidential election year of VP Bush, H. Ross Perot and Bill Clinton, the FINCEN investigation into Saudi influence peddling in the U.S. received a stand down order that was as effective at taking the eye off the future 911 hijacker's plans as Self's heart attack was deflecting potential problems from Bell's confession....a man who has all the earmarks of a CIA psychopath-asset. Also in 2000 the year of Self's death, Ben Barnes' admitted to sitting on GWB's Ellington Field National Guard records that Marion Carr Knox and Ben Barnes were holding in the wings until 2004 when it didn't matter anymore. Enron, World-com, Columbia-HCA, and all the wolves were already in the hen house and the Neo-con's plans to flame the fires of war were realized.

Perhaps even more to the point of this reviewer's concerns about I-45 was what happened in 2004 that did not happened in 2000, but could have.   2000's unreported GWB Texas Air National Guard memos that focused on I-45's Ellington Field.  Though Ellington is still functioning the Bin Laden's Houston Gulf Manor Airport was razed after 911, an action that had some calling a "blatant destruction of potential crime scene evidence" and as troubling as the rapid export of the entire Bin Laden family from the U.S. prior to FBI interrogation.

Will Harvey's critique of Dan Rather and Mary Mapes' handling of GWB's Texas Air National Guard record received similar critique.  It reads....

2000 and 2004 Rather Slow on the Uptake
 on April 6, 2015

The Marion Carr Knox memos were, according to former Texas Lieutenant Governor, Ben Barnes, available in 2000, but Gore didn't need them. I would like to see Rather do a follow up on just why his 2004 story remained in the wings in 2000. Also, why the pastor's son, Patrick Carr, same name as Marion Carr Knox's son who when Marion refused to retell the story affirmed her story to the media. The pastor's son was found burned to death in his Ford Bronco on December 10, 2000 outside the CIA-linked Ellington Field not far from the Bin Laden owned Houston Gulf Manor Airport that was razed after 911. That Patrick Carr's last phone call was from a "friend" whose family owned property adjacent to the Cibolo, Texas Ultralight airport where experienced jet pilot, Salem bin Laden, mysteriously flew into a high power line in 1988. The Houston Gulf Manor airport was bought by Khalid bin Mahfouz and Bush buddy, James R Bath, whose attorney and air fuel partner at Ellington, William E. King, was the fishing buddy of the pastor's son's uncle. The dead 23 year old had just moved to Houston from Austin where he had worked for the business partner of Rebecca Rather. Dan Rather gave Rebecca a great plug for her book and she is obviously well connected to the Rather's of Texas' Nassau/Waldec Plantation and to Houston restauranteur, Tony Vallone. There is a lot more here for Dan and Mary Mapes to tell us, but this book is a start! Be even more outspoken before November 2016, please!

Startlingly, the death of the Texas pastor's son on December 10, 2000 was four years to the day of the suicide, two shots to the head, of Gary Webb, author of Dark Alliance and subject of the 2014 film Kill the Messenger.  Webb had been in conversation with Houston Post reporter, Peter Brewton, whose 1992 book, The Mafia, CIA and George Bush, had been purposely derailed by Simon & Schuster, the New York publishers after having contracted with Brewton to provide Alice Mayhew, editor of Woodward and Bernstein's All The President's Men, as Brewton's editor.  Peter Brewton is also the son of a Texas Presbyterian Minister.

NO PAINTING OVER A NATIONAL BAMBOOZLE

Scott Shuger, Author of IGNORAD, Baltimore and Dutch Boy Lead-Based Paint
By Ivana Driver for CPW News Service

Scott Shuger, author of IGNORAD: The Military Screw-up Nobody Talks About (January 16, 2002), the blaring critique of U.S. preparedness during 911, had connections to the post-WWII military industrialist complex's bamboozling of the American citizenry through the prolonged use of lead-based paint.  Scott Shuger had grown up with a front row seat to the flow of the National Lead Co.'s Cold War era promotion of lead-based paint as a deterrent to the ignition of civilian structures during a nuclear explosion.  This government-assisted marketing strategy, diametrically opposed to the MAD theory of nuclear annihilation or "mutually assured destruction," had the citizens believing that lead-based paints would retard the burning of wooden houses based on Defense Department experiments that avoided the issue of radiation poisoning and irradiation like that which kills even Anthrax spores.  At the same time nations world-wide were banning lead in paint, then in gasoline, because of its health dangers.
The Maryland-based Baltimore Paint and Color Works family, the company that acquired National Lead's Dutch Boy Lead-based paint, made since 1907, was acquired by Sherwin Williams in 1980 and was one of the paints recommended for its effectiveness in limiting the ignition of wooden structures during nuclear bomb blasts.  The 1950's U.S. Civil Defense and its preparedness program's training film The House In The Middle touted the ability of white lead-based paint to stand up under the scorching heat of a nuclear fireball.  The National Fix-up, Clean-up and Paint-up programs promoted the nation-wide effort which energized the paint industry based on bad science but very effectively applied mind-science elements of psychology and sociology.  "These modern sciences inform K-Street, Wall Street, Madison Avenue and the halls of the Pentagon," said Peter Pezonus.  "Psychology and sociology took a subtle shift in recent decades from the research, analysis and critique of people like Upton Sinclair and Vance Packard to the wholesale use of applied sociology and psychology as a type of snake oil mystical, magical motivators through subtle individual and mass behavioral control geared toward some singular payoff, generally financial. Take, for example, Columbia University's 'father of applied sociology,' Robert Merton, whose son, Robert Merton of Harvard, won the Nobel Prize for his development of Black Scholes the financial formula for the credit default swaps that tanked the U.S. economy in 2008 and provided a bamboozle as big as Smedley Butler's assertion that 'war is a racket,'" said Pezonus who added...."Alfred Nobel's work is still blowing things up."
Pezonus is sure that "when people are given some apparently reliable pseudo-scientific justification for their irrational behavior rationality jumps head-first out the window from the highest floors."
While the effects of radiation from a nuclear  bomb blast are well known few know that Microsoft's and Bill Gate's Slate.Com’s leading journalist and the first real internet reporter, Scott Shuger, who mysteriously died in a witness-less scuba diving accident (June 15, 2002) in California five months after writing IGNORAD, wrote the critique of the U.S. preparedness for the 911 terrorism scenario.  Shuger, a former military intelligence officer, was from the family that developed reflective road paint made by Baltimore Paint and Color Works which profited from the Eisenhower initiative to duplicate in the U.S.A. the German autobahns in the post-WWII era of U.S. infrastructure expansion.

"With lead-based paint banned in Europe 50 years before its banning in the U.S., this means that Scott was clearly an insider as to the U.S. paint, varnish and lacquer business’ history with the U.S. Civil Defense program and its marriage to the lead mining industry that was featured in the March 8, 2013 article Somewhere Between the Dirty Low Down and the ProperLine," said Peter Pezonus, the article's author.   Pezonus noted that, likewise, the February 16, 2011 article The House In The Middle Should Have Been The House On the Ends by Winsip Custer exposes this little known chapter in faulty-science that had informed the larceny in the nation's war-profiteering legacy.  "Yes," said Custer, "it's a long legacy of larceny."
Site History

Before 1946, the site area was undeveloped and mainly used for agriculture. In 1946, Sophie Shuger et al. purchased the site and constructed the Baltimore Paint and Color Works. The company manufactured paints and paint type coatings. Production of similar products has continued through the years even though the line of products may have expanded or contracted according to market conditions. In 1975, the Baltimore Paint and Chemical Corporation merged into and became Elt, Inc. Elt, Inc. changed its name to Dutch Boy, Inc. in 1977 and this company subsequently sold the land and it’s building to the Sherwin-Williams Company in August 1980.

The Sherwin Williams Company maintains three permits from the Maryland Department of the

Environment (MDE). The company has an Air Management Administrative Construction Permit owing to the use of liquid and powder type compounds, a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit for discharge of cooling water to Gwynns Falls and ultimately to the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River, and an Oil Control Operation Permit owing to the use of oil in boilers.

Environmental Investigations

An extensive history of spills, cleanups and remedial actions and proposals exists for the Sherwin-
Williams Baltimore facility. These incidents have generally related to leaking lines and tanks, tank
overflows, cleaning of tanks, broken hoses, couplings disconnecting during use, dropped and broken containers, rusted containers and damaged seals.

The property came to the attention of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as having possible groundwater contamination when an inspector noted occasional changes in the color of a stream coincident with discharges from the site. As a result of the observations, Sherwin-Williams installed and sampled five monitoring wells in June 1985. Volatile organic compounds, lead and chromium were detected, although lead and chromium were not detected in 1987 samples. Seven additional wells were installed at the site in 1988.
The NY Times obituary, similarly affirmed Scott's connections to this prominent Baltimore family:
"Born and raised in Baltimore, he held a bachelor's degree from Carleton College and a doctorate in philosophy from Vanderbilt. He was a naval intelligence officer and was on the staff of The Washington Monthly before becoming a freelance writer in Los Angeles.
Survivors include his wife, Debora; a daughter, Dale Shuger of Brooklyn; two sisters, Nancy Shuger of Baltimore and Lisa Shuger Hublitz of McLean, Va.; and his parents, Sewell and Virginia Shuger of Baltimore.”

"The fact of the matter is, Mr. Shuger, with Sewell Shuger being the production man a Baltimore Paint,  was in a perfect place historically to understand just how the military industrialist complex does.....and doesn't.....work," said Pezonus who said that the Winsip Custer  article "Deathbed Confession Sheds Light...", also provides important insights into this national embarrassment.

"Well, when the wars are over the lead purveyors look for someplace else to make a buck...paint....gasoline additives.  National Lead Co.  like the other petro-chemical companies domiciled in Houston has been hand-in-hand in its relationship with the Atomic Energy Commission that had sidelined Oppenheimer via Rice University's Kenneth Pitzer and William Liscum Borden, while finding a cross-town ally in the bamboozle.   If the science was, like global warming, stacking up against lead decades earlier it's not easy to ween industry off of this lucrative revenue stream.  Same with big tobacco that is looking now to replace its lost revenues with the revenue from ZMAPP that fights Ebola....which is likely no better than those vaccines that were waiting in the wings because of the internal conflicts at CDC and BARDA. Tobacco Senator from North Carolina, Richard Burr, has erected legislatively a Manhattan Project-like wall of silence around BARDA and ZMAPP, a principle shared with the silence surrounding the lead additives in paint and gasoline being much the same," said Pezonus who noted that the Huntington Library at San Marino, California had copies of the "The Dutch Boy's Lead Party" children's coloring books in its archives that rivaled tobacco's Joe Camel commercials.

"With R.J. Reynold's Gordon Gray, father of Bush legal counsel, C. Boyden Gray, heading the committee that de-frocked Oppenheimer for his refusal to make bigger bombs we can see how ZMAPP slipped right into the new equation for Ebola," said Pezonus.  "National Lead Company became NL Industries and for years had an address at 3000 N. Sam Houston Parkway, Houston, Texas, the current address of Halliburton Industries.  On the current board of NL Industries is Pierce Marshall, son of J. Howard Marshall, the Yale attorney that headed the U.S. government oil procurement program during WWII just like Samuel Prescott Bush had been in charge of small weapons procurement for the government during World War I.  J. Howard Marshall married Anna Nicole Smith from Mexia, Texas," said Pezonus noting that Pierce Marshall had teamed up with one of the Koch brothers to fight for control of Koch Industries after J. Howard had apparently left his fortunes to the buxom former Rick's Cabaret dancer, a decision that Pierce Marshall fought and won.
"Just south of Houston is one of the world's largest sulfur domes that was exploited for gun powder and other products by the Frasch Process that was funded by Wall Street financier, Bernard Baruch, son of one of Robert E. Lee's surgeons and promoter of 'hydro-therapy,' Dr. Simon Baruch," said Pezonus.  "That was back when lead pipes carried drinking water to the tap," Pezonus concluded.

Bill Clinton's Shipwreck on the Franklin Pierce Legacy

Amazon.com Flowing With Book Reviews That Frolic Amid American Revisionist History:  Demythologizing The Obvious

By Denise De La Tio for CPW News Service

The 1999 publication of a book on the 20th Century discovery of an 1850’s ship wrecked on the California coast has triggered a renaissance in the study of America history and myth.  “While Americans have long had a gnawing feeling that their civics and history classes were lacking significant elements, the resurfacing of submerged aspects of American history, some quite obviously submerged by design like the failure to mention General Smedley Darlington Butler and the 1930’s “Business Plotters” in U.S. government and history classes, is causing citizens to question their long cherished mythology,” said Aldo Rey of the John Whey Ng Center for the Reverse Engineering of U.S. History outside of Beaver Spruce, Wyoming.   Rey noted that the discovery of the Frolic, an opium clipper built in the same shipyard in Baltimore that employed Fred Bailey who became Frederick Douglass, the noted abolitionist of the 1800’s, supported the growing evidence of a lack of circumspect analysis of U.S. history by leading colleges and universities and the nation’s most celebrated historians.  "I'm telling you, Fred Bailey's name change is more significant than that of Lawrence Monsanto Ferling whose Civil War connections to California are not insignificant, any more than the fact that a founder of the NAACP, W.E.B. DuBois, was a Scottish Rite Mason beholding to the unrepentant slaver and chief legal counsel of the KKK, Albert Pike," said author Rolland Spinout.

"You can't have Herman Melville telling his readers that his famous great white whale, Moby Dick, is the white drool of the opium poppy any more than you can have Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman  in the film Glory telling their Massachusetts commander that they know that he's from the New England China Traders who are using black troops as a crow-bar to pry the South's fingers off of their own transcontinental railroad ambitions to the Pacific and the Middle East's opium crops.   You can't tell American soldiers in Vietnam about the Golden Triangle's place in the Vietnam War and Air America's opium shipments or the troops in Afghanistan what's really at stake.   Washington or Freeman telling Ferris Buhler that they're defending his family's sea lanes?  That would make Frederick Douglass and his backers little more than lowbrow, back-street dope dealing opportunists and the Civil War a drug war...a dope deal gone really, really bad except for the munitions manufacturers and opium purveyors of whatever color.  You sure as hell can't tell Americans that forty of their Union Generals are buried alongside Alphonso Taft in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinatti, the 'New Connecticutt' or of Taft's relationship to the Frolic's owner, Mr. Heard, and his to the Huntington's and Russell's.  So, when the myth becomes history, we print the myth," said Rey noting that New England physician Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. coined the term "anesthetics" while his son, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. became a guiding hand on the legal machinery that propped up America's medical and judicial framework.  "Heaven knows that anesthetics are a god-send, but sometimes their dark and light dialectic gets out of wack like with the Chinese during the Opium Wars found the Yin, or which ever one is dark, running over the Yang.  Whoever sits in the catbird seat of both importing and passing laws to prohibit spins the pinwheel and adjusts it balance" said Rey who is glad that people are raising questions.

“A perfect example is seen in the on-line publication of book reviews on Amazon.com,” said Rey.   “Take the recent reviews on books by William Jefferson Clinton and Thomas Layton,” said Rey who noted that the documentary film Impact of Frolic would "surely be followed by many others that add some of the additional insights chronicled here."
"Clinton's rewrite of Franklin Pierce's history is especially disturbing to me," said Rey.  "In his speech and questions and answers at Georgetown in 2015 he essentially rewrote U.S. history," Rey asserted (Clinton's Georgetown Speech, CSPAN, 2015, at 1:22:01).

Book Review of Thomas Layton’s Voyage of the Frolic:  New England Merchants and the Opium Trade (Stanford University Press, 1999). Reviewed by Will Harvey 5/27/2015.

I'd give it ten if I could. This book is a myth breaker! The significance of Frolic's discovery, beyond its connection to A.M. Heard and the New England Brahmins, the place of Frederick Douglass (aka Fred Bailey) as a China clipper builder in Baltimore, there's also the enormous link to William Tecumseh Sherman and the Bragg brothers before, during and after the Civil War. This connection to THE FROLIC is covered in Sulfur, Lead and Poppies with the underlying race for a Transcontinental Railroad and the route to the China Trade as the great unspoken and untaught motive for the American Civil War.

Our best historians, unlike Layton, didn't do the real digging. Shelby Foote told Brian Lamb on Book TV "I consulted no original materials. It's all been gone over before." No, it hasn't and Layton obviously has the archeologist's heart that leaves no stones unturned. The Voyage of the Frolic and Sulfur, Lead and Poppies speak to the place of the opium trade in U.S. history and its influence on U.S. life. Historians Shelby Foote and Frank Vandiver could have unpacked some of these connections even without the publication of Frolics' discovery, but didn't. Layton's book screams out for a fresh, deeper look at the real motive for Civil War. Within a decade of the Frolic's wreck in 1850 the bitter battle over the flatter Southwestern rail route from Savannah to San Diego, California was being fought under the charade of ending slavery....the replacement of metal chains for chemical ones... as evidenced by what the phony "war on drugs" has done to the American poor as it had done to the Chinese poor.

The close pre-Civil War relationship of William T. Sherman to Braxton Bragg is rarely explored by historians, along with Sherman's work in consolidating the San Francisco area ports for the Northern railroad barons before dismantling the South's rail system ambitions and punctuating their victory with the placement of key military bases at San Diego. The abandonment of freed slaves by Sherman at Ebenezer Creek, Sherman's over-the-top, passionate twisting of the rails leading from Atlanta to Savannah and the short period of Reconstruction provide significant evidence of the real motive for war. The South's rail route had been laid out by Jefferson Davis whose Confederate Attorney General, Thomas Bragg, was brother of Braxton for whom the fort and safe anchorage just north of the Point Cabrillo Light House is still named. Suddenly, the enigma of Braxton's inexplicable double mindedness in the Civil War is explained when seen in light of the relationship between Jeff Davis, Franklin Pierce who passionately backed filibusterer William Walker and Boston's leading China Trader and negotiator of the Wanghia Treaty, Caleb Cushing, with Davis' letter at Rice University in Houston providing enough proof of the real motive for Civil War... control of the China trade. Through reading Voyage of the Frolic even the place of Bostonian, George Luther Stearns, the supplier of lead for bullets and a "Secret Six" backer of abolitionist John Brown comes into greater focus alongside Frederick Douglass with another significant builder of "consent for war" personality coming from Alexander Brown's Baltimore: James Hamlet! The first test case in the Fugitive Slave Laws who worked at the Brown's Merchant Shot Tower.

The Middle Eastern opium was picked up in ports like Basra and then in Bombay, home of David Sassoon's opium empire and was shipped by the China traders up the Yangtze and used as bargaining chips in their mercantile ventures in China. The coming U.S. railroad would cut short the trip around the Horn or the trek across the Rockies. Oh, if Frolic could only talk! In Voyage of the Frolic it does! Great read! Thanks Thomas Layton.

Between Hope And History by William Jefferson Clinton (Random House, 1996). Reviewed by Will Harvey 5/7/2015.

On 4/21/15 former President Clinton spoke at Georgetown University where he mentioned that his former classmates included the former head of Saudi Arabia's secret police. In that same event he mentioned Hope, Arkansas and history....and like this book pointed to the challenges of the future, but he also rewrote our memories of the past in such a way that the students at Georgetown and the nation haven't a clue about the difference between history and myth. "A lot of people think that Franklin Pierce was one of the worst Presidents we ever had. If you measure that because he was elected just before the Civil War and he couldn't stop the country's drift toward war and he couldn't figure out how to stop the spread of slavery....that's absolutely true."

Now Clinton is an apologist for the Bush/Pierce legacy? I guess we can't blame him. Walter Lee Brown, Arkansas' premier historian saw Albert Pike as a god-send. Shelby Foote told Bill Moyers "I consulted no original manuscripts. It's all been gone over before." Frank Vandiver sat on the letters of Jefferson Davis to Franklin Pierce for decades and still never admitted the obvious. Ours wasn't a "drift" toward Civil War it was a carefully choreographed drama for profit and abolition of slavery was a ruse when you consider that Davis, Pierce and Cushing....the leading New England Opium trader had their eyes set on bigger prizes.....like those in the Golden Crescent of Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, and the Middle East.

Like Frank Vandiver, President Clinton doesn't make the obvious connections for us about our own Civil War when so much was right in front of them for so long. If there is a “smoking gun” on America’s motivation for the Civil War it is the letter from Jefferson Davis to Franklin Pierce dated January 20, 1861 (Jefferson Davis, “The Papers of Jefferson Davis,” The PJD Project of Rice University, retrieved from https://jeffersondavis.rice.edu/Content.aspx?id=86 on 7/5/14). It reads:
"When Lincoln comes in he will have but to continue in the path of his predecessor to inaugurate a civil war and, leave a soi dissant democratic administration responsible for the fact. Genl. Cushing was here last week and when we parted it seemed like taking a last leave of a Brother."

This was no "drift". Unless we understand our own history of war how can we possibly understand the policy coup that General Wesley Clark told us was the Neo-Con's agenda in the Middle East? Bill Clinton's subtle management of the storyline told to these minnows will likely bear more guppies ready to gulp the bamboozle like Jim Jone's Cool Aide, but at least Jones drank his own brew. Meanwhile, our media normalizes a fractured earth policy of fossil fuel extraction which will be repeated in the Middle East when easy fossil fuel reserves are more difficult to acquire and as Dubai's new model city sinks like the U.S.A. into the oily shale of history. Our scientists are as shackled as Copernicus and Galileo under the house arrest of the Pope whose church still sits atop the very the system and school that educated Bill Clinton before he went to Oxford where he obviously learned like Foote, Brown, Vandiver and a host of other historians.... to spin myth as history.

Exxon, Rex Tillerson, T-Rex, Sister Pat Daly, Father Michael Crosby, the Vatican and the Ghost of Gallileo

By  Luther Copernicus Sagan for CPW News Service

Fossil fuel engineers and petro-chemical scientists are caught.  They know that were it not for the Renaissance and Enlightenment that traveled from cities like the Medici’s Florence in Northern Italy to the back woods of Northern Germany and liberated the world the Spanish Inquisition would be in perpetual production of subservient subjects.

“Imagine that Exxon like the Roman Catholic Church wanted the world to believe that the earth, or in Exxon’s case…oil… is the center of the universe?   Then you’d work to silence the critics of the dominant mythology and 97% of the earth’s scientists have concluded that the big oil cartel, like the Roman Catholic Church, is selling the world the slippery promise that they can indulge themselves in reckless living so long as they pinch the incense and sip the Kool Aide,” said Earl Z. Fracon of the eco-advocacy group Water Planet Alternatives To Sludge Buckets and Fumes.

“The media is plastering the papers and television stations with news that the upcoming, Wednesday June 3, 2015 stockholder’s meeting in Dallas will feature the confrontation between Exxon CEO, Rex Tillerson, I call him T-Rex since he’s a dinosaur, and the apparently progressive servants of the historic boot licker of pyramidal power establishments, the Pope.  Those servants are Sister Pat Daly and Father Michael Crosby.   The problem is that it’s like Don Vito Corleone invoking a challenge with the local parish priest who will chide the Don on his business philosophy.   The greatest scientists won’t invoke the hocus pocus of the religious trappings, but will simply tell Exxon that the science has stacked up against them.  Change or die.  Darwin and the Gospel demands it!  There can be no ‘survival of the fittest’ or of the moderately fit on a planet that is not survivable.   The most ubiquitous fuel source on the planet is hydrogen, not carbon based fuels.  The sun will likely burn for four billion years and the wind blows where it will.  Quit burying your people’s bodies filled with petro-chems and formaldehyde and stuff them back into the ground where they can become the next generation of petro-chems for use in non-polluting products and for Christ’s or science's and survivability’s sake develop hydrogen fuel cells,” said Fracon who believes that the recent deaths of some of the world’s leading gas phase technology scientists may not have been from natural causes.

Jason Rezaian, John Phillip Walker Lindh

Washington Post’s Jason Rezaian and Son of Pacific Gas & Electric’s Legal Counsel, American Taliban, John Walker Lindh Milling Around in the Same California Valley

By Jules Levin DeNile for CPW News Service

Home grown American terrorism appears to morph over time depending on the cultural cues and conditions motivating the actors.

Take American Taliban, John Phillip Walker Lindh, son of a leading attorney for Pacific Gas and Electric from Marin County ("Marin Native John Walker Lindh Pleads Guilty," Community News, Mill Valley Herald, pp. 6-7, July 23, 2002) who moved into Afghanistan from Pakistan to fight American troops before his capture.  Not unlike President Obama’s Chicago friend, William Ayers, son of a leading U.S. industrialist who opposed American Vietnam policy by joining the Weather Underground and its bomb squad, Lindh was not from Chicago, but from the California home of currently detained Washington Post reporter, Jason Rezaian, son of the Mill Valley, California Persian rug salesman from Mashad, Iran, Taghi Rezaian.  Taghi Rezaian was sued by his business partner, William Greene, also known as 'Guillaume Verde', an Honorary Consul to the West African nation of Senegal.  It is not known if the name “Rezaian” is in any way related to the Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, but Jason is being detained in Iran for being a spy....a charge flatly denied by the family, friends, the U.S. State Department and The Washington Post.
Taghi Rezaian was the grandfather of five year old Walker Rezaian whose untimely death triggered the establisment of the Walker Rezaian Foundation in Mill Valley where his grandfather had been both a Persian rug salesman and land developer.
The Mill Valley Herald reported that Mr. Greene’s suit against Mr. Rezaian, the developer of Tamalpais Junction,  brought complaints of Taghi Rezaian’s business practices which included fraud in his land deals with Greene and the unexpressed consignment of used Persian rugs sold with markups of up to 700%.  "The only thing Taghi didn't think of was credit default swaps of used Persian rugs," said one observer.
Exactly why the Washington Post has not made this obvious connection between Walker and Rezaian is a mystery, but not to Vance Packard U. Sinclair of the social media watchers group, Disconnected Perils of Columbia, Missouri.  "By disconnecting the population from the historical realities they are more easily controlled by the mass manipulators.  Columbia University's new journalism chief and formerly Jason Rezaian's boss at the Washington Post, is Steve Coll.  He could tell you why the disconnect, but he won't!  At Columbia was Robert Merton, the 'father of applied sociology,' which has morphed from its respected place as an evaluator of societal dynamics to the management of those social dynamics as a tool of trend setting that Madison Avenue and K Street use to sway the masses. Report only the trend and not the larger picture and you keep the people in the dark.  It's no accident that Merton's son is the Harvard economist who created the Black-Scholes credit default formulas that blinded people as to the economic realities and tanked the U.S. economy in 2008 and brought us to the breaking point," said Sinclair who said...."it's part of the racket of war where the rich get richer."
"When you have only the 'church of what's happening now' running the show you're cut off from the crap and corruption of what happened back when and you relive Santayana's warning "those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it," Sinclair concluded, but adding  "I believe it's important to take it ALL in....eyes wide open!"

DON DRAPER, MAD MEN, COCA-COLA AND THE REAL THING

The World Still Singing Off-Key!

By Lilly O. Divalle, for CPW News Service
Coca-Cola introduced the hill top advertisement “I’d Like To Teach the World To Sing” in 1971.  That was the year that Lieutenant Calley was convicted of the Mi Lai massacre, Joe Frazier beat Muhammed Ali in Madison Square Garden, the jury in the Charles Manson case recommended the death penalty for him and his three female followers, 500,000 people gathered in Washington to protest the Vietnam War and the New York Times published the Pentagon Papers that indicated that the Gulf of Tonkin Affair was a fraud for manufacturing consent for war like the 2001 yellow cake uranium bamboozle.  Back then Coca-Cola was the “real thing”.  It had real cane sugar NOT the high fructose corn syrup that was added in 1984 to the applause of companies like Monsanto whose GMO corn found a new lucrative outlet.  On the other hand, Coke lacked the cocaine from its original formula that added significantly to its initial irresistibility.
Matthew Weiner would have us believe that the deeply flawed Don Draper, his model MAD man, amalgamated his personal quest for beauty, peace and wholeness into his continuing butter churning of marketing meteors. Ohmmmmmmmm!

Don’s Ohmmmmmm and hill top lullaby will soon wobble horribly off-key.   Are we surprised?  Don had, after all,  jettisoned big tobacco which today is front and center in the development of anti-Ebola medication…..ZMAPP….whose champion is the U.S. Senator from North Carolina, Richard Burr, who is quick to share his relatedness to U.S. land-grabber and Hamilton-killer, Aaron Burr.   Senator Richard Burr managed to put the research of big tobacco’s ZMAPP development out of reach of public scrutiny….an unprecedented move in healthcare….nearly equal to the secrecy of the Manhattan Project.  In 2014, Coke's CEO, Muhtar Kent, spoke at the business school graduation of the University of North Carolina to tell grads there that all is well.
At Coco-Cola’s 2014 stockholder’s meeting, stockholder Bill Wardlaw raised the question of Coca-Cola’s human rights record.  He noted that Coke had a long list of human rights violations including the killing of union organizers in Coke’s Columbian and Nicaraguan Coke companies.
As Coca-Cola actions in Columbia in the early 1990’s were shown hard to prove The Guardian noted that a distinction was made between the Coca-Cola Company and its local bottlers.  What Coca-Cola did not answer was accusations that Coke’s CEO in the 1980’s, Charles W. Duncan, had teamed up with fellow Houston, Texas businessman, Walter Mischer, who provided a Contra training base in Belize (Peter Brewton, The Mafia, CIA and George Bush, 1992, pp. 111-115, 378-379) from which to pay back Nicaragua for its ouster of Anostosia Samoza, the business partner of James Neal and brother, Linden P. Blue, in the Central American banana business.  Linden, a Yale Skull & Bones brother of Bush 41 and 43 would develop today’s Predator and Reaper drones so widely used beyond the discerning eyes of war-watchers.
“I was proud of Bill Wardlaw taking the high ground on Coke’s historic spin cycle that’s better at washing out the criticism than a new Maytag washer,” said Georgia civil rights activist Flo Knight Ungaile.    “It’s good when Halliburton or Raytheon or Lockheed Martin find their stockholders bringing up the chinks in the company armor,” said Ungaile.

ZMAPP, B.A.R.D.A., Bill Gates and the Gatekeepers

Bill Gates, Leonardo Da Vinci, Jonas Salk and ZMAPP

by Dr. Cletus Codlicker for CPW News Service
When Charlie Rose toured Bill Gates’ private office and 90,000 square foot home in Washington state, a home that is matched in size by the mansion and replica of the French Versaille Palace in Florida owned by Westgate Resorts’ David and Jackie Siegel, Rose nearly salivated over the display of Gates’ recently acquired $30 million notebook written by Leonardo Da Vinci.  Rose nearly drooled over the handwritten papers of Dr. Jonas Salk, inventor of polio vaccine.
While the online video of CBS’s Rose/Gates 60 Minutes interview is now sponsored by Pfizer which wholly owns Monsanto that produced the Vietnam War era toxic defoliant, Agent Orange, little is made of this and Pfizer’s 1996 practices in Nigeria that left scores of children dead following the test of a Pfizer vaccine (Abdullahi v. Pfizer, Inc.).  Rose does not ask Mr. Gates about the kickback scandal involving Pfizers’ drug Genotropin.
“Well, super rich people know that you have to break some eggs to make an omelet,” said human whale watcher, Bernard Bandillero of the consumer affairs support group, Unscrambled Solutions of Redville, Rhode Island.
Bandillero sees reason to be concerned that a Monsanto affiliated drug company is taking the lead on eradicating diseases when its history in humanitarian missions is tainted by devious and nefarious product development and placement as with Agent Orange in Vietnam.
“You have to look at B.A.R.D.A. the U.S. governmental agency that has taken the lead in the eradication of Ebola, championed by North Carolina Senator, Richard Burr, from a historic tobacco producing region of the U.S.,  and ask why the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority has stalled vaccines while pumping the U.S. tobbaco industry’s claims that a tobacco plant-based medicine known as ZMAPP provides the best promise of defeating Ebola when Big Tobacco has such a checkered history with product claims and corporate transparency,” said Bandillero.
“I would suggest that anyone who is concerned about Mr. Gate’s stake in this whole venture read more about it.  Like Julian F. Fries' article Jurassic Ebola and Benjamin N. Contenot’s article Ebola Cavaliers which shows that the U.S. Army’s leading bio-warfare officer, Col. Clarence James Peters, left the military to head the University of Texas’ bio-terrorism studies at the same time that the new Chancellor of UT is Admiral William McRaven of JSOC and while B.A.R.D.A. is funding a new lab at Texas A&M for the development of the ZMAPP medication funded to the tune of $500 million by the Gates Foundation,” said Bandillero.
Bandillero believes that from the start Gates' position relative to the IBM computer and IBM's place in the rise of the German Nazi's tracking of its victims of mass genocide as evidenced in Edwin Black's book War Against the Weak provides a type of DNA of business relationships that is seen in the morphing of Monsanto's production of Agent Orange and its current woes from its production of Roundup.  Roundup is the patented weed control product that has been increasingly finding its way into the world's food chain and especially into GMO's or genetically modified organisms.  "Jonathan Latham of Independent Science News has written ("Monsanto's Greatest Fears May Be Coming True," May 20, 2015) about Monsanto's Roundup issues and it is inevitable that Mr. Gates' connections to these corporate megaliths will be under greater and greater scrutiny....or at least let's hope so," said Bandillero.    Bandillero concluded..."my grandmother told me birds of a feather flock together and that even if you want to redeem the truly disgusting it's easier for them to pull you into a ditch than for you to pull them out....and I'm not talking about the African, Indian, Bangladesh paupers who live in the ditches of human squalor."

JURASSIC EBOLA?

Ask.Com and The Evolution of the Ebola Virus

by Julian F. Fries, PhD, for CPW News Service

It was Noam Chomsky who told us that the Internet was created by the brains at MIT and other leading universities within the public sector and that in typical parasitic fashion the invention was exploited.  “All of the software, hardware, satellites….everything about it was completely in the public domain….the basic ideas for the world-wide web came out of Tern….the international laboratory in Geneva….Again, an international government laboratory.   That’s virtually the whole story.   After about thirty years of this it’s handed over to private powers and Bill Gates who was a typical parasite sitting on the outside, no interest in it now wants to take over the Internet and is heading to do it.”

Anyone who had a new laptop, loaded a program only to discover that Ask.com has taken over as your web browser without your permission and with great difficulty in cleaning it from your system might not see the connection to the evolution of the Ebola virus, but it is clearly there.  This parasitic attachment to your private property is not as deadly as Ebola, but the similarities are undeniable.

Enter Ask.Com’s mentors to the founder of Peer J, the online publisher of peer reviewed scientific studies, founded by Peter Binfield and Jason Hoyt. Gary Price whose article “Open Access Publisher Peer J Receives Investments From SAGE and O’Reilley In Second Round of Funding,” (Gary Price, “Open Access Publisher Peer J Receives Investments From SAGE and O’Reilley In Second Round of Funding,” INFODOCKET Library Journal, July 9, 2014, retrieved from http://www.infodocket.com/2014/07/09/funding-open-access-publisher-peerj-receives-investments-from-sage-and-oreilly/ on 5/13/15) shows us the connections.

Gary Price was from 2006-2009 the Director of Online Information Services at Ask.Com, but another leading mentor to the leadership at Peer J was Ask.Com’s Clay Johnson who has become a leading for-profit consultant to government and private industry, the chief computer guru for Dr. Howard Dean’s 2004 Presidential campaign.
"It's fitting that Dr. Howard Dean, a physician, was using a computer guru who could figure out how to get people, whether they wanted to not, to become users.  A user making users.  It might as well have been New England surgeon, Dr. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. who invented the term 'Brahman' for the New England China Traders who made their fortunes in opium  and the word 'anesthetic' for what he called opiums' 'waters of forgetfulness' and Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. who laid out the legal framework that set the paradigm for the modern war on drugs that passes legislation to prohibit while the importers make fortunes on the legal and illicit trade," said John Beebe of Madison, Wisconsin and author of the paper "Elementary, Sherlock:  Riding the Brahmas Into Oblivion".

In 2015 National Public Radio began playing a story on the evolution of  the Ebola virus which echoed the Peer J  article by Dr. Derek Taylor of the University of Buffalo, Dr. John J. Schenck, the Koch-Richardson scholar from Tulane University, Dr. Kevin Rowe of the Victoria Museum, Australia, Dr. Scott J. Steppan of the University of Florida at Tallahassee and other genome analysts interested in dating the Ebola virus....historically dating it, that is.

“Who knew that the bats in the attic as well as modern marsupials harbored fossil gene copies of the group of viruses that is most lethal to humans?” asked Dr. Taylor.

While admitting that the Ebola virus carries no specific, traceable DNA evidence, in a type of shadow dance, the scientists were claiming that the age of the Ebola virus could be established by the fossil evidence.  “The genetic material of various small animals contains “fossil fragments of filo viruses, the family that includes Ebola and Marburg.”   (Michael Daly, Ebola’s Roots Are 50 Times Older Than Mankind.  And That Could Be the Key To Stopping It,” The Daily Beast, 10/20/14).

Was this the proof of Jurassic Ebola?  Dr. Cletus Codlicker, Dr. Robert "Bobby" Ganew and Dr. Trudeau Baker of the Institute for the Analysis of Scientific Anomalies, think that these assertions may be an over-reach.  “What the Peer J scientists explain….some of whom have long standing relationships to the Cold Spring Harbor Institute with its roots in the pseudo-science of Eugenics or the Southwest Research Institute whose founder Tom Slick chased the Yeti through the Himalayas, is why humans from the urban centers of Europe carried with them the rat transferred diseases of highly evolved species while the indigenous peoples of the isolated continents were wiped out by their arrival.  Would the fossil evidence suggest that those native inhabitants that were “chicken scratching” among the bones of history and living among the living ancestors of the Ebola carrying rodents, mice and voles of the Jurassic Ebola carriers, been better able to fend off the onslaught?  We think it is more likely that the Ebola virus was synthesized in the laboratory in Marburg, Germany, not unlike the evolution of Zyklon B in the I. G. Farben lab of Nazi, Germany.  The NPR programs of Dr. Norbert Herzog and Dr. David Niesel come from the same Texas science center that hosts a number of Ebola scientists, but is the information reliable?

Codlicker cited the article by Benjamin N. Contenot, 'Ebola Cavaliers: Education the Key to Walking the Ebola Tarmac in Shirtsleeves," in the November 10, 2014 edition of Winsip Custer which states:

“It is true that Ebola shares some very common characteristics with the Marburg virus that first surfaced in a former I.G. Farben virus production lab in Germany following World War II.   We know that the best scientists from the Third Reich were transported to the U.S., but it would have been problematic to import a potential virus carrier….anthrax, typhus or what not….to the U.S..   Better that this devilish research stay in the host country, but when Ebola surfaced in Sudan and no carrier host was found and because it looked so much like Marburg….then spread to Zaire and then settled on the West Coast of Africa  in places with both significant natural resources and long standing ties to the United States like Liberia, then the simple eruption of a long dormant virus from the bogs and bungholes of Africa becomes quite problematic,” said Dr. Theski.

“That’s right,” said Suversav.   “This alone was reason to analyze the evolution of the Ebola problem in the U.S. long before Mr. Duncan arrived in Dallas or Ms. Hickok became what Bill Maher has joking said is 'the kind of person you can only find in America.  A selfless humanitarian who also has narcissistic personality disorder.'   Well,” said Surversav,  “Mr. Maher is not off-base here.”

“One cannot fathom the American bio terrorism paradigm without understanding the evolution of the modern weapons of war.   Not drones or cruise missiles, though they are clearly in the mix.  I mean bio-weapons.   Hells, bells even food got into the act when the UN oil-for-food-scandal showed us that there is no limit to the potential from war profiteering, but Ebola is not much different.   When the CDC and Emory doctors patented the Ebola virus at the U.S. Patent and European Patent Office the gig was pretty much up.   Own the virus and you own the vaccines or least you get a good percentage of the take.  It’s like inventing tank tracks or depleted uranium shells that fire this god-awful crap and then when companies come along to pick up the pollution you charge them, too, for the proprietary information on how to safely handle it,” said Surversav.

“That Kaci Hickox studied at Johns Hopkins, the University of Texas and worked at the CDC brings the issue to the surface like a pimple ready to pop,” said Theski.

“In the days and weeks after the Ebola scare we discovered that the leading CDC investigators who were at the 1979 outbreak in Zaire were at the University of Texas working in the Public Health Department in the new campus at Brownsville, Texas.  Now Admiral William McRaven is the Chancellor of the University of Texas, while the leading CDC/ARAMIDII U.S. Army Col. Clarence James Peters was investigating the Ebola outbreak in 1989, but he left the Army’s bio terrorism program in 2001 to head up the bio terrorism studies at the University of Texas.   His campus is also where a new Ebola vaccine was sidelined years ago and it is in Texas that the new tobacco-based medicines that are suppose to combat Ebola are being developed along with B.A.R.D.A.’s fast-tracking program on the Texas A&M campus at College Station, Texas with Dr. Robin Robinson taking the lead at B.A.R.D.A..    Arriving at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2001, Dr. Peters was from Odessa, Texas, but spent time in Berkley and San Diego, California, Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Walkersville, Maryland and studied chemistry at Rice University where Dr. Kenneth Pitzer had been the key witness in the bamboozling of the nation with the destruction of the career of the father of the A-bomb, Robert Oppenheimer.    Oppenheimer was stripped of his national security clearance for refusing to make the bigger Hydrogen Bomb and that opened the door for the Dr. Stangelove of the nuclear arms race, Edward Teller, not to mention the use of depleted uranium in Linden and Neal Blue’s Predator and Reaper drones that have names as incentivizing of war as Vietnam era A-6 Intruders that protected the dropping of Agent Orange.  You can't say they named their tools of intervention cryptically....Predator, Reaper and Intruder cannot be mistaken for Bambi, Thumper and Humble Guest.  Agent Orange was the defoliant that stripped the banana crops of Indo-China when the Blues were in partnership in Nicaragua with Anostosia Samoza in the competing Latin American banana business.  Paul Chapman tells that story in Bananas: How United Fruit Company Shaped the World.  Pitzer and William Liscum Borden were the key witnesses before the U.S. government's Gorden Gray Committee and Gordon Gray, father of Bush chief legal counsel, C. Boyden Gray, are both heirs of the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company that benefited not only from the sale of cigarettes, but will benefit from a tobacco based Ebola medicine the tobacco industry's ZMAPP, that may well end up being like Tamiflu.  Now in 2003 Dr. Peters championed the U.S. Government’s BioShield Program along with Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institute of Health.  Bioshield, signed into place by GWB, stockpiled both Anthrax vaccines, 75 million doses, along with $5 billion dollars of Tamiflu which was reportedly no more efficacious than other flu remedies already available over the counter.  There's nothing like having a sovereign source of scared tax payers' dollars for things like massive dosage purchases or Wall Street bailouts, as bankers Hank Paulson or Ken Lewis can easily verify.  When biomedical companies were invited to join the B.A.R.D.A. fast tracking of new vaccines and medications many, perhaps most, balked for fear that they would lose control of their free-market profit streams and hands-off history of unnecessary governmental intervention in the profit aspect of medicine.  So far bio-med companies are not saying that they are being forced to comply as Ken Lewis of Bank of America was in taking Paulson's bailout money which Lewis said his Bank of America did not need.....and neither did the 95% of the solvent local U.S. banks in 2008.  This BioShield deal was well covered by William Branigin in “Bush Signs Legislation to Fight Bioterrorism: Project BioShield Enables Government to Stockpile Vaccines, Expedite Research”  in the  Washington Post (Wednesday, July 21, 2004) and by Michael Barbaro in "Bioshield Too Little For Drug Industry: Companies Want More Protection From Financial Loss," (Washington Post, Monday, July 26, 2004),” said Theski.

Codlicker’s concerns that Jurassic Ebola’s claims to antiquity are built on evidential shadow dancing make the age old adage explicable, “Extra-ordinary claims require extraordinary evidence,” said Codlicker.

Codlicker is also concerned that Bill Gates' foundation has committed $500 million to big tobacco's ZMAPP project (http://www.gatesfoundation.org/Media-Center/Press-Releases/2014/11/ASTMH-Address).   "If the proposed solution to the Ebola problem wasn't coming from the tobacco industry that for decades knew the health risks associated with smoking and if Noam Chomsky didn't see Bill Gates as a parasite whose father is the lawyer who represents the  company that invented the price scanners at your local pharmacy or grocery store I'd feel better," said Codlicker.  "When Steve Jobs and Bill Gates met at an Apple stockholders' meeting and Gates stepped from behind the camera like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain to tell us that Microsoft had created the Apple software, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion.  The old Apple  television advertisement that said that Apple was to be the alternative to George Orwell's 1984?  It lied!" said Codlicker.  "Jurassic Ebola may well be the same thing.  I'm thinking that Ebola is less than 60 years old," said Codlicker.
