in Nicaragua in 1979 by Somoza's National Guard.
Somoza's business partners were U.S. citizens, Neal and Linden Blue,
who were working on a new weapon for Somoza
and, later, the Contras....a "drone".   They stood to profit from
civil wars in Central America, South America and elsewhere where differing political
or religious ideologies could be ratcheted up into open conflicts.

By now the tragic death of GlobalPost’s Jim Foley at the hands of a left handed ISIS operative with  British accent has captivated the American imagination and laid the groundwork for an invasion of Syria should President Obama decide to make it.
This is, of course,  on top of a mountain of American mistakes in Iraq.   These include the failure to adequately establish a workable government there;  to reign in the corruption that brought Col. Theodore “Ted” Westhusing to declare he would be “sullied no more” before his confrontation with General David Petraeus about Iraq’s issues;  the tapping....hell, "draining".... of the American “arsenal of freedom,” much of which is returning to the U.S. in the form of Defense Department "gifts" to local law enforcement for  the ramp-up of police militancy at home; the morphing of a GWB-promised $60 billion war that would be paid  largely from Iraq's oil revenues into a U.S. tax-payer paid war of several trillion dollars.
Meanwhile, questions about James Foley’s employer, GlobalPost, remain.   What does not remain is any question about the fact that journalism is  a dangerous career.

Take Bill Stewart, the ABC reporter who on June 20, 1979 returned from covering the Iranian Revolution and hostage crisis to report on the brutality on the streets of Nicaragua under the notorious dictator Somoza.    Stewart was not decapitated.   Instead he was shot in the head as he lay in the street, his film crew capturing the brutal murder  on tape which was returned to the U.S. and aired for days on the major networks.  Stewart’s treatment was the main reason for the rapid demise of the Somoza government and President Jimmy Carter’s refusal to allow Somoza to relocate to Miami following his exile from Nicaragua.
What was not known at the time of Stewart’s death was that within a year Jimmy Carter would find the lingering Iran hostage crisis killing his chances for re-election.  Daniel Ortega and his brother in Nicaragua were supported by moderates who believed that reform in Central America was essential  and that the power elites had monopolized the nation and that no Sherman-Anti-Trust Law existed for the common people, nor a broad network of responsible corporations as employers to help guarantee a strong middle class.   In the U.S. they were presented as far-left ideologues worthy of canon fodder.  Meanwhile, Ronald Reagan’s  campaign team was  working on an “October Surprise” before the November 1980 Presidential election seventeen months after Bill Stewart's murder.
Stewart had just flown to Nicaragua from Iran.   What was he covering in  Iran?  That's the million dollar question!  Did he have any prior knowledge of this brewing “October Surprise” that reportedly was preparing Iran to receive U.S. military hardware for their war with Saddam Hussein in Iraq in exchange for a post-November release of Iran’s American hostages after a Reagan victory?
The “October Surprise” was  a deal made between Iran and the Reagan camp and Iran’s leadership  that insured that the hostages would not be released until after Reagan’s  planned and much anticipated November victory, thus denying President Carter a pre-November announcement of a break-through that may have helped his election.  With President Carter as Commander and Chief the fact that a sovereign nation would be dealing with an element other than the elected U.S. President on the trans-shipment of U.S. weapons indicated that there is a U.S. shadow government in power.  Carter was not a second term lame-duck caught in the jump-start of an anticipated Presidential transition, but he had failed to act decisively on the OPEC oil shortage, which many believe was contrived and presented for Carter the type of scenario that Teddy Roosevelt would have found the occasion for nationalizing big oil as had been done on occasion with the steel companies and railroads.  In any case, the buck doesn't pass until after the inauguration according to the U.S. Constitution.  Dwight D. Eisenhower had warned the U.S. about this power, but had also served it for most of his life.

Somoza was the business partner, according to Richard Whittle (Predator: The Secret Origin of the Drone Revolution, 2014) of the Blue brothers, Linden and  Neal Blue, whose company General Atomics would have offices at San Diego and El Mirage, California.  Their El Mirage location has a strange connection to Los Angeles' dark history and alliances while San Diego is home also to Neal's new wife and "the Navy Mayor of San Diego" where the SEAL headquarter come in the shape of a Nazi swastika.   The Blue's Predator and Reaper drones, the eye-in-the-sky killing machines, could have saved the Somoza regime with an "over the horizon" denial ability in the elimination of a pesky and unwanted journalist.  Instead, the executioner and his affiliations were caught on camera for all to see, but without the advantage of the unfolding history through which to put the reporters execution into clear focus.

Now, it can be argued that though over 3,000 people were killed by the Nazi V-2 rockets built by Wernher Von Braun and that somewhere between 12,000 and 20,000 slave laborers died while building them, that the U.S. needed Von Braun's expertise to get to the moon.  It can be argued that although Neal and Linden Blue's business partner was the despicable Nicaraguan dictator and murderer of Bill Stewart, Anastasio Somoza Debayle,  that this fact should not color our perceptions of the hands on the U.S. drone's kill-buttons, but it does.  The CIA is not the USA!

"Such a weapon of denial ability is clearly a threat to battlefield journalists and truth-tellers of all sorts and in the hands of the CIA, with Linden's connections to Skull & Bones and the conflicts of interest are glaringly obvious.  Anyone who has seen the film Gravity with Sandra Bullock and George Clooney know that flying may make us feel free, then invincible and then god-like and dreaming of when we were kids dropping water balloons down on people's heads from a tall building, but sooner or later we must come back down to earth where real people live.  Anyone who has read the book Bananas....not Dan Koppel's apologetic work, but Peter Chapman's Bananas: How the United Fruit Company Shaped the World and you will see there the chilling legacy of the CIA's stewardship of planet earth....when South and Central American bananas like those harvested by Somoza and Blue boys were dying from disease and  the healthier Indo-China variety was imported to replace them, then the defoliation efforts through Agent Orange provided a monopolistic edge that would have had Teddy Roosevelt....the conservationist that he was.....blowing the heads off of the Blue brothers and Somoza, but not from a distance of cowardly deniability!" said Central and South America watcher Fabian Colbachi.

Two U.S. Ambassadors saw what had happened in Nicaragua,  Jack R. Binns and Robert E. White, U.S. Ambassadors to Honduras and El Salvador, respectively.  Binns wrote a book about his experiences in Honduras in 1980-81 which was published in October, 2000 two months before the Bush/Gore election that made 2000 an especially sensitive year for anyone that might provide reminders of the Reagan/GHW Bush Iran-Contra fiasco during the GWB election. White wrote of Binn's account:

Robert E. White     on October 6, 2000

At the time that Jack Binns and I served as ambassadors, he to Honduras, I to El Salvador, revolution was sweeping over Central America. Although many in the Reagan foreign policy team knew better, it was the official position of the administration that these revolutions were not home grown but manufactured by the Soviet Union and Cuba. Binns pulls no punches in this lively, authoritative account of how a professional diplomat carrying out his instructions to calm trouble spots and strengthen democracy came into conflict with zealots who knew that their policy could not stand the light of truth. They pushed Binns not to report the facts about the corruption and abuses of the Honduran military. Binns stood up to these dishonorable and illegal pressures at the cost of his career. To those who follow Central America, this is an indispensable tool to understand how, within a few short years, the pleasant, easy-going country of Honduras was turned into a staging area for the Nicaraguan contras and the place where a CIA-backed secret battalion tortured and killed political dissidents. Never in the history of Latin America has a group of countries suffered such concentrated death and destruction as the United States, through its proxy armies inflicted on Central America during the 1980s. Read this book to find out how Washington officials refused to listen to sound recommendations that could have saved us a war.

Was the Nicaraguan soldier who blew away Bill Stewart on the street in 1980 acting as a “drone” for the U.S. backers of Somoza in order to keep the story of the “October Surprise” from coming to light before the November election seven months after Stewart's death?  It begs the question especially when General Alexander Haig recalled both Binns and White so quickly after the November 1980 election with Binns being replaced with the future expert with George Tenet and General Colin Powell in Niger's provision of yellow cake uranium to Saddam Hussein.

If Bill Stewart was covering the mounting evidence that a 1980 election year deal was being made with the Iranian Ayatollahs bent not only on war with Iraq, but a Sunni/Shiite "civil war" that feeds the Order's need for weapons profits and Stewart's sad demise would have been a serendipitous event for the Reagan political camp. History has shown in the Reagan/Bush Iran-Contra scandal, that Reagan, Bush, Poindexter, Weinberger,  Abrams, North and others were on the wrong side of history, but on the profitable side of the war racketeers, fight promoters and drug dealers.
So today, we wonder why Central America is such a dangerous place and why people the world over hate drones?  Bill Stewart could have told us!  The truth is always covered by a swarm of lies and the journalist who seeks to shoo them away may be inviting them to light on his or her corpse.
"With the Blue's Predator/Reaper drones costing about $38 million each, the Chinese are perfecting their own at about a million each with expansive production facilities and a memory of the New England Brahman China Trading class....progenitors of Yale's CIA elite, dumping of Pakistani, Afghanistani, Indian and Turkish opium on the Chinese people in exchange for their silk and other goods.... and the future looks, well, interesting from either the ground or at 30,000 feet!" said Colbachi.
"A close analysis of the ABC's camera man's film of Bill Stewart's death shows the soldier on the ground getting his orders from an eye in the sky, likely in direct communication with Somoza," said Colbachi. "The soldier orders Bill Stewart to the ground then turns and looks up to the sky as if to say 'did I get the right journalist?'  Then he turns back and shoots him at point blank range.   The same can be done with battlefield journalists the world over which has me saying my prayers daily for the Christian T. Millers, Jeremy Scahills and other battlefield journalists," said Colbachi.

Jim Foley, GlobalPost and American DisInformation on a Global Scale?

GLOBALPOST, JAMES FOLEY AND THE PROBLEM OF MANUFACTURING CONSENT FOR WAR
by Sherlock A. Columbo and Joseph J. Friday, CPW News Service

As Great Britain publicly announces that they are close to finding James Foley’s killer, a group of independent online cultural whale watchers are seeking answers that may be in plain sight were readers to look beyond the misting blowholes of the surface spray.
One calling his post “Unraveling the Matrix” has done a phenomenal job of analysing the evolution of James Foley’s employer, GlobalPost.

Noting that GlobalPost has emerged since 2009 when it announced its contractual agreement with NPR for providing unique news content to the media, Unraveling the Matrix looks at the history of company’s advisory board.
Of PBS, the author said, “It’s a government funded news agency.”  Indeed, it is closely aligned with the U.S. Information Agency.
Noting the quick drop in GlobalPost subscription prices, but its continuing existence, Unraveling the Matrix zeroes in on its advisory board.  The advisory board includes Jonathan Moore, a former UN Development Program executive and John Hughes, Assistant U.S. Secretary of State and Asst. Secretary  General of the U.N..  Both men have deep U.S. Government and U.N. connections as well as connections to the Rockefeller Center where Moore is chair of the Board of Visitors.  He was also a special assistance to the Secretary of Defense and  the U.S. Information Agency in India and Africa.
Paul Sagan is President and CEO of an internet network, AKAMI Technologies,  that serves between 15 and 30 percent of all Internet traffic and was founded by Daniel Lewin who was killed on Flight 11 on 911.

Paul Sagan is also a former President of Henry Luce’s Time Magazine.
“The GlobalPost is nothing more than a CIA Front,” said Unraveling the Matrix who missed commenting on another significant GlobalPost personality, Nicholas Negroponte, the brother of Bush family hatchet man, John Negroponte, who was sworn in on June 23, 2004 as Ambassador to Iraq, replacing L. Paul Bremer.    John Negroponte, Ambassador to Honduras during the Iran-Contra era,  sat next to George Tenet behind General Colin Power when Powell announced Niger's yellow cake uranium as justification for the invasion of Iraq. So now ISIS has become in the absence of the monitored madman, Saddam Hussein, a version of the missing Al Qaeda in Iraq.  ISIS is also in Syria, whose equally dangerous leader had expelled Al Qaeda after they left Egypt and Afghanistan finding refuge in Saudi Arabia where Bin Laden was the son of the Saudi Royal's chief  engineer.
"The current scenario is stacking up to be essentially the foreign policy coup that General Wesley Clark outlined in his books and speeches....a nation by nation plan to fuel the racket of war in the Middle East," said Burl Yuves of the Christian group "Study War No More" in Bute, Montana.  "Syria's Assad kicked Al Qaeda out of Syria when they tried to land there after leaving Egypt and before they joined the Bin Laden's lair within the Saudi Royal household.  Assad is brutal, but he is doing the same thing with ISIS which tells us what?  And who is funding ISIS, anyway?" asked Yuves.

Discredited CIA Director George Tenet (l), Gen. Colin Powell (c),
future Ambassador to Iraq.  John Negroponte, former
Ambassador to Honduras during the Iran-Contra scandal (r) seen here during
the infamous "yellow cake uranium" bamboozling of America
and her allies.

GlobalPost's Nicholas Negroponte is known for his desire to put a laptop costing under $100 into the hands of millions of Third World children through "One Laptop Per Child".     The resistance to accepting the computers comes from families concerned that they contain a drone directing capability like those used in tracking phones in the United States or which killed the 16 year old son of an American citizen and prominent Muslim cleric who had aligned himself with resistance to American foreign policy and then was added to the growing list of Anti-American terrorists.

Another GlobalPost advisor is John Hughes,  a graduate of Brigham Young University in  Utah,  where the NSA’s new massive data storage facility is currently nearing completion.

"Here’s the problem,” said Dr. Ferdinand E. Nirgle, President of foreign service support group, “Faces of Change”.     “We can put a different face on the news, on the people that present it to us back in the States or abroad, but we never know if the work being done is information or disinformation.   Where is the truth? Where is the reality?  Was the death of James Foley really instigated by ISIS and what is ISIS?  It’s newer than GlobalPost!  Our CIA created Al Qaeda in Egypt within the Muslim Brotherhood to help the Mujaheddin fight the Russians in the mineral and poppy rich region of Afghanistan and Pakistan.   Then after the ouster of Egypt's dictator, Hosni Mubarak,  during  the Arab Spring, Egypt wanted nothing to do with the Muslim Brotherhood, but longed for a truly democratic republic.  Are we to believe that ISIS was not also invented by us to help keep the pot of endless warfare boiling for the sake of the war racketeers?  Why did the FBI call off the FINCEN investigation back in 1992 that would have netted the Al Qaeda connection to U.S. airports since James R. Bath and the Saudi Royal Banker, Khalid Bin Mahfouz, had purchased an American airport for the Bin Laden’s in Houston..... Texas' Gulf Manor Airport..... which was razed after 911.   But No!  The FBI was backed off the investigation because it was too embarrassing to the same Iran-Contra bimbologists who cozied up to Saudi oil money when we have the technology to cut ourselves free of Big Oil’s  greasy chug-a-lugging.  Then, when 15 of the 19 September 11 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia we invade Iraq?   Would the same bimbologists who sold us yellow cake feed us James Foley’s head to keep the war machinery grinding?  Is war a racket? Is George Walker Bush the son of George Herbert Walker Bush and are they related to the ‘Grey-Eyed Man of Destiny’ who was executed for his over reach and use of the Monroe Doctrine for personal gain before being executed in Honduras where his lousy carcass is buried? ”

Washington Post reporter, Michael Dobbs, wrote of John Negroponte's part in the Iran-Contra actions for the Washington Post in a 2006 articled titled "Papers Illustrate Negroponte's Contra Role" (May 12, 2005, p A05) in which he stated: "The contrast with his immediate predecessor, Jack R. Binns, who was recalled to Washington in the fall of 1981 to make way for Negroponte, is striking. Before departing, Binns sent several cables to Washington warning of possible "death squad" activity linked to Honduran strongman Gen. Gustavo Alvarez. Negroponte dismissed the talk of death squads and, in an October 1983 cable to Washington, emphasized Alvarez's "dedication to democracy."

Nirgle, noting the outcome of the Iran-Contra debacle and the reality of the death squads that Binns had warned against, also noted that everyone knows that Bush's legal advisor, Scooter Libby, went to jail for blowing Valerie Plame's cover as a CIA agent and wife of U.S. diplomat, Joe Wilson, who proved that Colin Powell's yellow cake uranium was dished up with sprinkles and glitter as another example of manufacturing consent for war.  "The only thing missing from Powell, Tenet and Negroponte's yellow cake was a few scoops of Neapolitan ice cream. This  troubling murder of Jim Foley is especially vexing because of its murky origins in the mysteries of America's whip lashed public relations mumbo jumbo and well-documented history of fight promotion and war racketeering and profiteering.  What was Iran-Contra, but that?  Plus, British Intel is telling us that a left handed rapper is the right-handed executioner.  Good god ya'll," said Nirgle.

NEW BOOK GIVES INSIGHTS INTO INSTITUTIONALIZED INJUSTICE and   MISSOURI’S MICHAEL BROWN CASE
by Peter J. Pezonus for CPW News Service

From William H. Carr’s 2014 book One Nation Under Oz:  Paying Attention to the Man Behind the Curtain.....
When in 1959 we moved from Florida to Missouri it was to another rural town with a history of lynching.  On January 20, 1942 a black oil mill worker named Cleo Wright had brutally attacked a white woman and left her for dead.  Stopped on the road by a police officer, Cleo stabbed him, too.  Cleo Wright was held in the local jail. I had known very well two Presbyterians who had tried to intervene during the lynching.  Paul Bumbarger was a reporter for the local newspaper, the Daily Sikeston Standard owned by the Blanton family.  David Blanton was a prominent local attorney and he had stood on the jail house steps trying to quell the mob’s anger while afterwards  Wright was pulled from the jail and set on fire then dragged through the town to the black neighborhood called Sunset.   Blanton and Bumbarger rode together there to do whatever they could. That was just after the Pearl Harbor attack when Americans’ nerves were frayed and fears of a fifth column within the U.S. Borders had the dominant race xenophobic, or so the stretched reasoning goes.
When the book The Lynching of Cleo Wright was published in 1998 by the University of Kentucky Press (Dominic J. Capeci, The Lynching of Cleo Wright. Louisville: University of Kentucky Press, 1998),  Amazon.com would produce three reviews two of which were anonymous.  The first found 12 of 13 readers liking it.  It ended with “May we continue to learn from our mistakes”.   The second said that it was a “Must read for those who thought that these things only happen in the South,” and received a 1 of 1 approval rating.  The last was written by W.M. Arbaugh on November 21, 2007 who said:
“This book is written like an academic thesis, however, it does not include the most significant information that would have made it worthwhile-the names of the individuals who were responsible for the lynching.  One has to wonder what the motivation of the author really was.  It seems only to meet the basic standards of “publish or perish”.  It is too important a topic to be used as a college term paper.”
The Cleo Wright killing and its proximity to the August 2014 shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri  following what appears to have been a shoplifting incident in a local convenient store is significant.  The evolution of the apparent execution in broad daylight of Michael Brown by Ferguson policeman Darren Wilson when combined with the history of the KKK in St. Louis  goes well beyond a local police story.   When Ferguson exploded with protest and looting the Ferguson police which had 53 policemen, three of which were black, justified the killing of the teen with six shots, with one a back to front kill shot that was difficult to adequately explain in a world of tazers and pepper spray.  As a father who had lost a son in a murder that was investigated by a medical examiners office that was under suspicion of corruption and mismanagement, I empathized with the family of Michael Brown.
More importantly, as I watched the Missouri incident unfold, realizing that the history of the area mitigated against a shared governance model of police administration, the entry of the Missouri State Troopers and then the Missouri National Guard and suddenly my thoughts went to my high school classmate, Adjutant General King Sidwell.     King was no longer head of the Missouri National Guard, but in January 2014, the Columbia Daily Tribune’s Rudi Keller wrote “Tarnished Reputations: A National Guard Officer in Columbia Alleges Retaliation, Discrimination Part of Guard Culture,” (Rudi Keller, “TarnishedReputations: A National Guard Officer in Columbia Alleges Retaliation,Discrimination Part of Guard Culture,,” Columbia Daily Tribune, January 15, 2014, retrieved on 8/18/14).  Keller reported:
“ JEFFERSON CITY — The Department of Defense and the Army’s Office of the Inspector General are investigating charges that top commanders of the Missouri National Guard engaged in a campaign of “reprisal, retaliation, intimidation and harassment” against an officer who objected to unfair treatment of women, blacks and homosexuals in the service.”
….and then the connection with my classmate that would have surely been informed by the same cultural history that had influenced my own trek through this American Ozlandia....Lt. Col. Michael Fayette had brought charges against the Missouri  National Guard in a whistle blower law suit that was only tangential to concerns about Sidwell who was being replaced by Adjutant General Danner.   Sidwell was replaced by Adj. Gen. Steve Danner about whom Keller said of Fayette who was on Danner’s new mission team into Sidwell’s Guard ….
“Danner, Fayette recalled in an interview, wanted him to come to Missouri and help him restore the reputation of the Guard.   Danner was replacing King Sidwell, whose tenure had been marked by allegations of discrimination against women and minorities and budgetary irregularities. Danner was uncertain how bad things were, he said. He told me, ‘I’m just afraid if I don’t bring in my own team, I won’t get answers,’ Fayette said.”
Michael Fayette is white, not black and he had a 32 year National Guard career of significant note  and was being retaliated against for doing what General Danner had asked him to do….restore trust.   The smoking gun barrel of the Ferguson police officer, Wilson, while in no way insignificant, when seen as a larger smoke signal within Fayette’s overarching complaint of longstanding institutionalized injustice is even more troublesome (see Rudi Keller, “Meet The Whistle Blower: Before Injuries, Combat Veteran Lt. Col. Fayette Served In Variety of Positions Over 32-Year Military Career,”, Columbian Daily Tribune, January  15, 2014, retrieved from http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/local/before-injuries-combat-veteran-lt-col-fayette-served-in-variety/article_5979c7ba-7e0b-11e3-a608-10604b9f6eda.html).
What had turned the Missouri National Guard against Fayette?  His sense of justice and fair play…..Fayette was being discriminated against for pointing out that the Missouri National Guard engaged in a campaign of “reprisal, retaliation, intimidation and harassment” against an officer who objected to unfair treatment of women, blacks and homosexuals in the service.”   Fayette was being punished for doing what he was charged to do….help clean up the problems of reprisal, retaliation, intimidation and harassment!  Let me say that again.  The Guard identified that it had a problem, brought in a team to fix it and then punished an outspoken team member for attempting to fix it.
The irony of King Sidwell’s place in this sad scenario is that as youths we had broken the local Sikeston, Missouri midnight to dawn curfew multiple times, sometimes to get liquor from our buddies in the black neighborhood hiding from officers by lying in drainage ditches or standing on tree limbs as they walked with spotlights beneath us.   We did not believe that it would cost us our lives.
from….One Nation Under Oz: Paying Attention to the Man Behind the Curtain, (pp. 411-412)
Carr also notes that what is especially troubling about this local police case turned sour is how quickly local autonomy and governance that is not shared by all citizens is handed off to an increasingly powerful police state.   Some have pointed out that while President Barack Obama has done little to challenge the programs of George Walker Bush whose father is named for St. Louis businessman, George Herbert Walker, and that Obama has authorized the killing of an American citizen by U.S. drone strike, Mrs. Barack Obama, Democrat, worked for the Republican Springfield, Illinois law firm of Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln, Sidley Austin Law Firm which in 2000 merged with the New York law firm of Brown and Wood with its ties to  National City Bank.  National City Bank was the company for which two time Congressional Medal of Honor winner, General Smedley Darlington Butler said "I was a goon on three continents," while writing his book "War Is A Racket."

We have a devilish dialectic at play between the promise of restored civility, human rights, dignity and freedom, beneath the umbrella of an increasingly totalitarian government.

Ferguson Fiasco And Jesse Ventura's Warning

Former FBI Agent, Mike German, Warned of Future Ferguson Fiascos.  Jesse Ventura Was Right!

by Seymour Dimley CPW News Service
On August 14, 2014 Jesse Ventura was exonerated in the libel suit created by American sniper, Chris Kyle, who claimed he had an altercation with Ventura in a San Diego bar.  With the cloud removed from Ventura’s truth-telling, Americans are taking seriously the claims in one of Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory episodes of FEMA overreach made by former FBI agent, Mike German.  While Kyle’s estate was ordered by a Federal Judge to pay $1.8 million dollars to Ventura, Mike German’s credibility, the FBI agent Ventura interviewed  is also elevated in the wake of the Ferguson, Missouri  police debacle.

German had said that terrorist groups were being manufactured by the U.S. intelligence community in the wake of 911 to tighten the control of the State over local autonomy.   Military equipment given by the Defense Department to local police enforcement groups has hurried the police state and events in Missouri suggest that it, too, was a manufactured incident.
On July 14, 2014, Republican Obama FBI appointee, James B. Comey, a former chief legal counsel for the largest defense contractor in the U.S., Lockheed Martin, appointed FBI Agent William P. Woods, as Agent-in-Charge of the St. Louis FBI office which took over in Ferguson, enforced a curfew on August 16th, to find seven shot and another killed by the morning hours of August 17th.

William P. Woods, is a name that would have Missourian’s attention for its similarity to William P. Wood, the notable head of the U.S. Secret Service and to William Woods College in Fulton, Missouri.   "The appointment of William P. Woods and his photograph only weeks before the Ferguson  case is suspect from the start," said Wiley Carter an impassioned Ferguson watcher from Kirkwood.   "Especially when seen in conjunction with Mike German’s criticism of the FBI," Carter continued.  "On the one hand it looks like a movement toward greater racial inclusion and diversity.  On the other hand, the incident in Ferguson is a clear trampling on people's rights to peaceful protest and peaceful assembly and freedom of speech.  Let this be a dire warning," said Carter.
German told of how the new FBI Director, James Comey, ordered new FBI recruits to visit the Martin Luther King Memorial where they were to reflect on the FBI’s overreach during the Civil Rights Movement, an event which German and author Laura W. Murphy countered for the ACLU with “Comey’s Hollow MLK Guidance to FBI Agents. (Laura W. Murphy, “Comey’s Hollow MLK Guidance to FBI Agents,” ACLU online, 10/30/13, retrieved from https://www.aclu.org/blog/national-security-racial-justice/comeys-hollow-mlk-guidance-fbi-agents ).   In the same program German outlined how the government was seeking information from civilians previously deemed off limits under the Constitution.

MEXICAN/US BORDER BIG OPPORTUNITY!

$700,000,000 Emergency Border Funding
$350,000 per mile of Border Could Build Wonderful 10-Strand 12’ Barbed-wire Fence and Staff National Guard Snipers

Chester Battie Belfrey CPW News Services

New Jobs in Mexico making barbed wire for the U.S. Border fence could help give immigrants jobs in Matamoros, Neuvo Laredo, Juarez, Tijuana and other border cities.
“Nothing would help to feed these people and give them clothing and shelter like twisting barbed wire by hand,” said Sol Lucian of Hope for the Hurting a displaced persons support group.
“It’s not sexy, but the cost of a mile of ten-strand twelve-foot border fence is about five dollars a foot.  That’s about $30,000 per mile.   Seven hundred million dollars is $350,000 per mile ($7m/2000 miles).   The remaining $320,000 per mile could be used to  pump up the salaries of the National Guard soldiers within the border states while providing 2000 fifty caliber sniper rifles, one  for each  of the $60,000 per year National Guard sniper who, centrally stationed within each mile, needs only to make an easy half-mile shot to stop fence jumpers.   That buys us five years or more allowing a good rate of return on the $320,000.   Meanwhile we put a special tax on weapons systems that we sell to everyone else….Palestinians, Israeli’, Syrians, Iraqis, Iranians and other places a good distances away from the border fence.  That can pay for future Guardsmen well into the future,” said Sol Lucian, who added, "but the fence won't stop a nuke."
